My boyfriend and I came here tonight and ordered a caramel snow, from the cashier Christina. When we got our order, we noticed that it tasted like coffee was in it. We told her that the order was wrong but she refused to acknowledge it. She said, «I made it myself, I know that’s it’s right.» And refused to give us a refund or a new drink. Terrible service, don’t waste your money.

I don’t have high expectations when it comes to Quickly’s because well they are the McDonald’s of tapioca places. I only go here for the pure connivence of it being at the exit of DVC. The lady that works there in the morning messed up my order about 3 times already. Sometimes my sister and I order fried mini octopus 2 times already we found hair that ISN’T our own entangled in them. The girl that works there at night has terrible customer service, even when it’s dead in the store she rushes through your order even though you only said one thing just so she can go back to talking to her current boyfriend at the moment. I have been there 4 times with her serving me, and each time she is more focused on the guy leaning over the counter to talk to her about«cool new music» that is literally played on the radio 24⁄7. Also since she’s so focused on her conversation with current BF, she messes up the drinks. Asked for lychee jelly and boba in one drink, she separates them between the two drinks. I mean I guess.

This place is disgusting! It’s filthy! There is mold growing on the ceiling tiles in the restaurant. There is garbage all over the ground just outside the restaurant. It’s a new location, but c’mom how about some housekeeping before opening!!! The mold has to be a code violation! This location is just gross! Btw couldn’t give negative stars so 1 star is a bonus for this business/location.

Twice now they’ve been«out of pork», which is the one thing I wanted to eat here. So I ordered fried octopus. Disregarding the fact that it took 20 minutes for 1 order… THEREWASFREAKINGHAIRINMYFOOD. I’ve attached pics. I’m gagging. Stick to the drinks(which I hear are good), but don’t buy the food. Also, the bathroom had no soap.

It’s not gourmet fare, but if you can navigate the insanely long menu, you can find some lovely, inexpensive meals. I enjoy the popcorn chicken the most, and I like the fried octopus and the chicken bento boxes. And ah, the tea. This place has turned me into a certified boba tea addict. My go-to is the Taro milk tea with double large tapioca pearls, but honestly any of the flavors are amazing! I can’t keep myself away from the tea!

Bleh! I ordered a popcorn chicken from the too-cool-for-school surly teenager at the counter and got something that was burned, over salted, mostly breading –over rice. The cook came out from the back, running his hands through his hair like Doc Brown(«Great Scott, Marty, who ordered food?!»), then plunked himself down to a gigantic bowl of noodles that looked much better than anything being served here. This place is for the DVC folks to get sugary drinks with boba, and something to go with beer. I notice there is not a shortage of 1 star reviews for this location.

If you’re planning on ordering popcorn chicken and you’re in a rush just forgot about it, it took about almost 30 mins for my popcorn chicken to be done. Wtf !!!

Great food and very reasonable price specially for students. The chicken, ham and egg fried rice is so tasty! Delicious! The boba drinks are the bomb! You need to try it to believe it!

This place was just nasty. from the moment I walked in I noticed the cashier in gloves. I’m thinking okay she must keep then on for money exchange. So I ordered my food and the skinny lady with black hair talks so quiet u can barely hear her.(Customers couldn’t even hear her call food out) so I was there about 20 min. The whole time the lady did not once change her gloves. She went from money, atm, to making drinks, to touching her hair, to being in the back(yelling with the cook and we all could hear) to coming out to bring out the food in the same gloves. As we were enjoying our drinks she grabbed a dirty rag to clean the counters and around the utensils while with her dirty gloves touch the utensils so she cud wipe around them with a dirty rag and then used It to wipe off the tables. at this point we just left and will never return again. disgusting, people need to learn how to be sanitary and not spread the germs. They should be written up for this. I’m wondering what there letter is for this place.

One of the very first times I’ve ever tried Quickly was when I visited the Philippines, so imagine my excitement when I found out a few years ago that Quickly was in California. This is actually the first time I have been to this particular one. I’ve always frequented one in Concord. I’m quite happy to see that there’s one so close to school, close to the a gas station, close to other different types of eateries and shops. I like knowing a place has a lot of parking no matter how busy the area can get. Luckily, this place is a-okay in that department. They have a parking lot and across the street is another parking lot. There’s also the parking lot by the mall or the one by school. So there’s no excuse in not finding parking. The only thing these different parking spots provide is how far and how long one has to walk to get their boba. They’ve got two tables outside and a couple of tables inside. NOTE that the chairs for the high tables go down at the slightest push of your weight so be careful and tutor yourself in the chairs or you’ll end up going lower than the table itself. Two large screen television hang up on the wall. There’s places where you can charge your phone, or whatever you can plug into the wall. The menu is huge. Like my goodness, they have a ton of stuff. There’s slushes, tea, rice, chicken, fried calamari, etc. Not only can you get your sweet tea fix, but you can grab a snack or some lunch here as well. It wasn’t too busy on this day. I came at around noon. Looks like people were still in class. I only saw one person working. She didn’t greet me. Instead she just asked me what I wanted, took my order and went to work on it. I chose to order a regular sized Oreo Snow. It cost me $ 3.79. NOTE: They don’t accept card payment unless the price is over $ 3.50.) I wish it were a little cheaper or that the cup was a little bit bigger, but it wasn’t too bad at all.. This included the boba too. I didn’t wait too long for my drink. The woman was very quick in making the drink. I had barely sat down for five minutes when it was ready. Now I was concerned and wondered if the drink was probably mixed. Would there still be pieces of Oreos and ice that were whole not blended well? My fears were unwarranted. The drink was so cold. The ice was crushed and the Oreo’s were blended into it. There were a bunch of boba to suck through my straw. It was a pleasing beverage. I’ve had better in the Philippines. I’ve even had better at the place that wasn’t a chain. But I won’t intentionally walk past this spot because there are not a lot of milk tea places in the area.

I’ll say the bobas were amazing but we also ordered popcorn chicken. May I tell you, it was DISGUSTING. It had excessive pepper, the chicken was old and yellow, so much fat. I will never go for snacks there again.

sigh. came back her again today. ordered a chocolate milk tea, it was over all pretty good. boba was cooked, it actually tasted like chocolate this time. I also decided to buy food from here for the first time. it took about 20+ minutes for them to make me crappy food. I got the teriyaki chicken rice bowl. first of all, it wasn’t even teriyaki sauce. it tasted like honey and sweet and sour sauce. such a joke. the chicken was disgusting, it was about 60% fat and skin. it wasn’t even chicken breast, it was literally cut opened pop corn chicks mixed with horrible sauce. the chicken had a foul taste, I’m not sure how they cooked it, but it tasted old. it had a hint of sort of how most Asian meats taste like, but it also tasted like it was sitting in a refrigerator for awhile. I only ate a couple pieces because I was starving. however I will NEVER order food from here again. it was disgusting and disappointing. it was a huge damn waste of $ 5.75. will only come to this quickly for drinks, if that. so if you want a good teriyaki bowl, go to a sushi place. not this one. I posted a pic of how unappetizing this chicken was. the only thing good about the meal was the rice.

VERYSLOWSERVICE. I was only the one there and it took them over 20 min for potstickers and rice. This is the worst quicklys i’ve ever been too. I’ve been here a couple times only for drinks. This is my first time going in here in over a year and it still smells bad inside.

Place is great for a quick boba. Although they only take cash which is pretty inconvenient. I always get the 99 cent green tea with large boba: this is the best deal. I would say it’s a good place for boba tea but not for boba shakes. They don’t use real fruits, for a good boba shake go to a phở restaurant.

This place has slowed down a lot. I came here to order Thai tea which tasted normal. I also ordered popcorn chicken and it came out super dark and disgusting looking. Usually they’re light golden color, that’s disgusting that they don’t care to change their oil. Never coming here again, go to the other one in concord in the park n shop plaza.

I’m standing here as I make this review why you might ask? Because I’ve been here almost FOREVER for a milk tea boba. Why is it that I always find myself in one of these places and are here for 20 minutes for the same thing?!? What gives?! Can a girl get her taro boba QUICKLY???

To be honest, I really love the food here. It’s tasty and affordable. However, the female cashier tends to make mistake on the order. On top of that, the receipt can only be gotten some time after the order has been made. So it takes time to check the order thoroughly The old male cashier was also rude. No smile, all stare. Is that the attitude they want to tell everyone else how quickly cashiers are? I know some are nice but this one really gets on my nerves.

I love this place. I love my drinks here, I love my fried food here, I love reading here, I love waiting for people to get out of school here, I love coming here after getting my nails done, I like coming here at night to chit chat and smoke cigarettes. I hate that it is cash only, but apparently I love everything else.

First off, I love the boba here. I will still continue to come here regardless of the rest of the horrible things about this place but only because options are limited on this side of the tunnel. Downsides– Cash only. Seriously?! Is this 2015 or no. Get square and attach it to a phone! There is also no sign informing you of this before you begin to order. I do not carry cash so when I asked where I could get cash back, the girl shrugged her shoulders. I doubt this is the first time this girl has heard this question, and she doesn’t know? She said«maybe the mall». I walked outside and noticed there is a bank across the street and a Chevron and a 711 with an ATM inside. Thanks for the help, lady. After I come back after walking to get cash, I’m told now they are out of large boba. So I wasted 20 minutes to find out now they don’t have what I want. Obviously, the girl could care less. What a great experience. The Quickly on Willow Pass is only five minutes away and is a million times better than here. Don’t waste your money(cash)!
