Supercuts

So I have been going to this Supercuts location for about 3 years. I get my hair cut bi monthly. I ain’t no girl and far from metro sexual… but I was always satisfied with the service and haircut. I never requested a specific stylist.
Anyways, my last visit surprised me. There was a different energy. I went into the store and was immediately greeted by both employees. I then got my typical fade. My hairstylist was «Larander» I believe. I might have butchered that name. She had lots to talk about and made the haircut enjoyable. She also suggested a coloring service to blend in my few gray hairs. I didn’t even know I had gray hair, but she showed me! I tried the coloring, and OMG. Very happy. Will continue to go to this location, but after this past visit I feel like I owe this store a review!

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!!!
I have used Supercuts in the past and have had no issues but, this location sucks! They treat you as an imposition to do their job, have bad attitudes before, during and after your haircut, ask you how you would like it cut but don’t listen, and cut your hair however they feel like cutting it. Then they do a HORRIBLE job on top of everything else. I keep my hair pretty short and have straight hair (no guess work involved) and my 5 yr old could do a better job. I think the troll that cut my hair was Russian. WORST PLACE, TRUST ME DO NOT GO HERE!

I went here a few weeks ago for a haircut. I am pretty particular on how my hair is cut. I have had other supercuts butcher my hair in the past. I had Katy which she asked and understood how I wanted my hair. She did a great job on my hiar. She was also very nice.

Got the Russian lady. I left with an okay-​looking haircut. My tip was fair. But when I got home, after a bath, I noticed the back and sides were uneven. Like, super uneven.
I want my tip back.

To be honest, I have no idea why this has so many one star ratings. I went in today to have my hair cut (I wanted a total of like three inches off), and they took me right away. It was quiet, and the waiting area was actually pretty nice.
The lady who did my hair was really attentive to what I wanted. I brought in pictures and showed her, and she asked questions to confirm lengths and what I wanted, and all that. She wasn’t super talkative, but I’m often an awkward conversationalist anyway, so that was probably for the best.
After she cut it, I changed my mind and decided I wanted it a little shorter. She was more than happy to go back and cut the whole thing (layers and bangs and everything!) The entire time she never made me feel bad for asking her to change anything.
The cut was $ 17 without tax, which I think is amazing price for a haircut and the quality of service I received.
I plan to return as soon as I grow my hair out again, or do a really awful dye job and need to have it chopped off.

I went here for a haircut the other day, and when I left I thought I was happy…
Usually, I frequent the supercuts off of Treat in Concord, but this supercuts was closer and I was short on time to get a haircut. So I go in, and the place is empty, which was fine by me as I didn’t want to wait in line.
My stylist looked and spoke like she was mail order Russian bride. I didn’t think much of it at the time, but now… she will never, ever cut my hair again. Its not that hard, I’ve never gotten a bad haircut in my life! 1 ½ razor on the back and sides, and take a little off the top.
When my hair was cut, at first it looked good. But, when I got home my wife noticed that the back of my head was cut unevenly. Needless to say, I was not pleased. Perhaps that is why she didn’t put a mirror behind my head, so perhaps I wouldn’t notice.
Anyway, avoid the mail order Russian bride at all costs!

This place gave me the worst haircut of my life.
I provided the hairdresser with an abundance of pictures, but she said they weren’t needed, «she knew what she was doing».
She cut off much, much more than I wanted, even when I specified to her in detail how I wanted it to be. Nope– snip, snip, and before I could even blink she had cut off most of my hair. And I was left with a haircut that people ridiculed me about for months afterward.
Seriously, it was not fun going through hazing-​like bullying just because of my hair. It was truly traumatizing!
I usually give at least two stars out of mercy, but I really would not recommend this place to anyone.
