Avoid dealing with Iris as she seems to think that she knows everything. She jumps in mid conversation and her Diva, I think I’m better and smarter than you attitude is pretty imminent. Instead of trying to understand the situation she adds chaos. When she finally realized that she was dealing with someone of higher education and caliber she calls her manager in panic and creates an embellished story. What a piece of work. She is dressed like she is going to the gym and is not professional in any way. Her manager jumps on the phone upset with me and mentions calling the police. After speaking with me he changes his tone and is very understanding and tries to assist with the problem. Wow, if I owned that store, I would make sure my staff was trained properly and set a dress code. The guys at this store are very nice and dressed professionally. It’s not their fault if Iris failed to train them in certain areas. I thought that they were handling things fine. Everything went south when Iris stepped in. I’m not saying avoid this place but I’m hoping that they clean up their act.

I purchased a Galaxy is 7 which was defective. They guided me to a replacement and did everything else that could to help me restore my service. Then they thanked me for being a customer.

I had amazing service from this store on several occasions in the last 7 months. I had a problem with my Galaxy 6s purchased in September 2015, it was not holding a charge anymore and Elija Green and a woman named Iris helped me in the store on 4÷12÷16 with explaining that the Galaxy 6 series does have this problem with the battery life. They both were very helpful to explain my options to me. I ended up taking advantage of a special promotion to get 2 Galaxy 7s for the price of one plus got a Elipse tablet for my son as part of this promotion. I had extraordinary service at all levels from the entire staff there every time I have visited this store. I had purchased a special service to get repairs in house for my old phone which could not be transferred to new phone so Elija just took that fee that I paid for and took money off the new phone and gave me a 32 gb sd card to make up for the money I had spent on the other service for the old Galaxy 6s. Thank you to all the wonderful staff at this Click away store in Pleasant Hill. Outstanding at every level of customer service and satisfaction. They did what it takes to please the customer. I had an average experience buying a new phone today, this place should get about 3 – 4 stars on average because it is like any other wireless retailer. The extra 1 – 2 stars comes from my experience with Eric Ross who went beyond my expectations for a wireless store rep. After noticing some lint in my glass screen protector I’d just purchased, I went back to the store to see what could be done. Eric took pains to make sure I had a new one on there perfectly, even asking another retailer to hold inventory just so he could give me their last S7 glass screen protector in stock. Doing so showed me his willingness to take his personal time to make a customer satisfied and that stood out to me. He was also very helpful and easy to speak with throughout buying the phone plan. I can say that was the best service experience I’ve had at a wireless store.

When I purchased my phone I loved this place. But my screen broke and my husband took it in to get repaired. When I got it back I wasn’t fixed at all, I can fit my nail under the screen on one entire side. So I brought it back again and the girl said they shouldn’t have repaired it to begin with and it was worse off then before but she could fix it if I brought it to her store in Brentwood. She assured me if I went first thing the next morning I could get it done. I work 11pm-7am stayed up and drove 30 min out of my way to go there and there was no technician there to fix it and the person who told me to come to that store wasn’t eve there. So I had to drive all the way home. On my way home I called this location to get some answers and got told«we will have to call you back.» Definitely feel like we got ripped off getting the extra insurance when they keep giving me the run around to fix it. Hopefully they call me back with some answers or I will have to call a corporate number to get some solutions. Well the district manager called my husband and arranged for me to go to the concord store where Teddy fixed my phone correctly and very timely. I was in and out in no time, he was very polite and my phone is like new. So I’d say if I go to click away mobile again id pick the concord store.

Sonny spent 1.5 hrs with me going over all the changes to my bill/contract when I wanted a new phone. Since I was going to be changing plans drastically, I really wanted to be sure I was getting the best plan for me and he was very patient, wrote everything down, went through everything so I would understand and be happy with the choices I was making. Helped me pick out my new phone and I walked out of there a very happy camper! I would definitely recommend and go back! All this and I didn’t have to wait like at the«regular» Verizon retail store.

This place is by far the best place to go if you need customer service! This is the first Verizon store in all of Contra Costa that helped me before trying to sell something to me. The 2 guys working were a great team and very very knowledgable. If I ever need help with my phone or need anything in the future I will be returning to this store and this store only

I’ve been to ClickAway Mobile a couple of times, once for my wife getting a new phone and then to get my phone set up. Both times they took whatever time was needed to get things right at a fair price. The second time I hadn’t even bought the phone from them and they helped me get it activated which they didn’t have to do. In addition, the owner, can’t recall his name is a perfectionist which is a good thing. I had asked if they would install a screen protector that I had brought with me and they even did that. However, one of the employees had kind of given up on removing a bubble but the owner came by, took a look at it and carefully pulled it back off and reapplied it and it’s worked and looked great ever since. It was a simple thing but meant a lot to me. I’ll go back when we up grade again!

Come in and say hello to Josh. He is a pro at customer service. Understanding and compassionate to all basic needs and assisted with some technical issues that could have resolved through verizon tech, but he took real good care of my situation. Awesome sauce.

I had a great experience at this Verizon store. I choose this store out of convenience as it is near my work. I got a new phone and great service. I was in and out in half an hour. Of course it made it easier that I knew which phone I wanted. But I didn’t know my phone came in 4 colors. They took the time to bring out all 4 phones and opened the boxes so that I could see the colors first hand. The staff was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. The store is now under new management and I definitely notice the difference in customer service. I strongly recommend this place for anyone that is looking for a break from the long lines at the other Verizon store at the other end of town. This store also has ample parking which is not only convenient but saves time and hassle.

I had a wonderful experience at this store, so I am surprised at how many bad reviews are here on Unilocal.I know that they are under new management, so that might explain why my experience was much better than those who reviewed before me. Anyway, I went in the store looking for a specific case for my iphone. The staff were really friendly, but they did not have the case that I was looking for on the shelves. One of the guys working, I think his name was Christopher, asked if he could help me and I told him that I was looking for a Lifeproof case. It just so happened that someone had returned a case the day before. He brought it out from the back and had me test it out, I guess the person who returned it had complained of a noise issue with their phone echoing too much, but it worked great on my phone. The best part is, he was able to sell it to me for a discount! I walked out all smiles, and when the time comes for me to upgrade my phone I will definitely return to this location.

Be prepared to wait. 2 ½ hours to get two phones on a shared plan. Keep in mind we were in the day before and got a quote. The manager told us he’d be there the next day and everything would be ready to go. Some other guy was working that had received an email in regards to helping us, still took FOREVER. Places like this are reminders that I could probably have a better experience if I was to order my products and service online. On a side note the guys working there were nice and provided friendly service. I think the problem with this place in particular is the type of equipment the staff has behind the desk. They were constantly being cutoff while on hold with Verizon. And only one employee working at 5pm?

The girl that worked here was rude and cocky. My iphone barely got wet and I went to see about replacing it since I bought the insurance. She walked me through the process I had to do. Which I unerstand and is fine. The part that was unnessesary was when I seemed upset about having to pay the $ 160 deductable she sarcasticly and rudely replied«or I can sell you another one for $ 600» um yeah ok lady. No need to be rude. You would think she would be a bit more understanding about paying the deductable considering it would take her a week to earn that kind of money working there, which might of been the reason she was grumpy.

The staff their doesn’t have a lot of usefull information. The guy that sold us the phone put down lots of wrong information he also gave us the wrong type of plan we asked for… we are still waiting for our refund. On another occasion we went there with a problem and it took three differnt employees to help us answer our question and two trips to the store. They need to work on training their employees better… and some of them are rather rude!
