So after a full day of Christmas shopping, we decided to stay here for the weekend. Front desk was very nice and helpful at check in and check out, and when we called down for room service and towels. Food at The Chancery which is the restaurant/bar connected to the hotel was AWESOME! We had an awesome bartender named Ellie who made our drinks just right and met so many friendly people here! We didn’t get a chance to enjoy the pool because we were so tired that we just slept and ordered room service for 2 nights but we will stay here again! The only thing I didn’t like is that they have no fridges and no mini bars in the rooms whereas other hotels of this price range normally would.

This hotel is very sub par. I have to say I didn’t really utilize all of the amenities they offer here such as the pool. However, I did utilize the room. The room was pretty nice. It wasn’t anything spectacular, but it was good enough for a night. The bed was comfy. It was a sleep number bed which didn’t work. I don’t know if it was just me and I couldn’t feel the difference, but I have to say the sleep number here wasn’t worth the hype. The room was nice and cool and the TV was very nice. The bathroom was pretty standard and they had hot water that lasted for two people to shower. The room was very clean which I like. All in all it was worth the price. However, the service was severely lacking. When we went there to check in, there was no one at the counter. We rang the bell, but no one came. We were standing there for a good fifteen minutes before someone came down the elevator. Now I know on slow days and times you don’t need a lot of people to work. Therefore, while no on is there employees can get things done in the office or otherwise. That is why they have the bell to let them know someone is waiting for assistance. Yet, waiting that long to be checked in is unreasonable. Perhaps if the lady at the front desk had been nicer and apologized or it didn’t happen AGAIN when we were checking out, I would have been more understanding. But the lady had an attitude like WE were inconveniencing HER and it happened AGAIN with the same lady the next day. That is bad service. Hopefully not all the employees here are like that and we just had bad luck.

This was a, «I’m not driving anymore in this winter storm, please have rooms available.» type of stay. I called and was connected to the front desk who informed me that I could book a room and use my AAA rate. Very reasonable rate. And, what? They have Sleep number beds? I love those things. They only had a room with two doubles, but I was just glad to get off the road. My room was at the end of the hall. This seems to happen more often than not. Free wifi, large bathroom, and a flat screen tv. There is a restaurant attached to the hotel and I checked it out for dinner. Surprisingly good and you can see that review as well. They have a gym as well and the equipmnet has individual tvs and free headphones if you don’t have your own.

We were in WI a trip and decided to get off of the freeway at that exit and choose the Radisson. Nice easy check in and out, clean room with decent amenities. Super close to outlet malls makes the stay even better. No complimentary breakfast but the Chancery restaurant attached is very good. Recommend any omelet for breakfast to try that good ol Wisconsin cheese.

Didn’t exactly want to stay in Kenosha for the weekend and found a great deal on Orbitz from the normal price. The staff was extremely helpful, room was clean everyday, and the Pool area was very nice. It was a great in between from Gurnee and Kenosha. Only a 40−30min drive to Chicago using I-94. If I’m ever in the area again I will be staying here. Only thing I didn’t like was no Food Network or Travel Channel on the TV, but that could just be my own preference.

Stupidly expensive for what is essentially a Holiday Inn… from 30 years ago. Has the vibe of wanting to be classicly stylish, but failing in the typical midwest we have no classics and we have no style kind of way. Things just look dirty instead of aged, odd or out of place instead of designed, and out of date. Sleep number beds in hotels? What for? Gimmick. Free wifi in the lobby. Unfortunately I had to put on headphones to avoid hearing the front desk staff gossip on how the one girl should get a divorce because it’s worse for the kids to grow up with parents in a bad relationship. Holy not work friendly discussion. All that being said it’s not a shitbox side of the road motel or a house with cats, so it did the trick.

Good value. Very convenient. Good news: Sleep number beds –which if you don’t know what that means… basically you can set the bed to be as firm or soft as you want it. My bed was so soft I felt like I was sleeping on a cloud. Flat screen TVs in the room with HD channels and HBO. The shopping outlets are walking distance. and McDonalds and Culver’s(damn good burgers) are just seconds away. Plus they have a restaurant and bar at the hotel. Gym is open 24 Hours. pool is not. Bad news: Bar closes at 11PM

This hotel is by the highway and by the outlets. So far so good. However, inside its nothing magnificant. It stays busy and the parking lot is always crowded. There concierge is friendly but sometimes absent and forgetful. The rooms are well kept, but the TVs and their remotes often do not work properly from all the use. The internet offered is nothing special. Even though its right by the highway, the noise is not noticeable on the upper floors. The exercise room is tiny but it offers a bike and a treadmill.
