My daughter is afraid of needles and the sound that dental drill makes. She has refused to be serviced by several other pediatric dentist — crying at the mention of dental visit. Entire staff was super friendly and helpful — office is clean, bright, new with aquarium, doll house & train set for children. My daughter was treated like a princess with blankets & pillows to make her comfortable. She watched a movie in the ceiling while Dr. B worked. He made funny noises while drill was in use to distract my daughter and was super gentle. He also clearly explained to me what was being done and why. My daughter liked it so much she did not want to leave! This is the same Dr B in Campbell — check out those reviews. He recently opened new location in Pleasanton.
