I was driving by along Foothill Blvd. and I saw some picnic tables so I resolved to stop off on my next trip. It was a most pleasant surprise. Winding path that made the slope gentle, nice view of the Valley, shaded deluxe picnic tables, and a slice of history. It was hot enough that I left swingout windows open so I did not stay very long. Someday I will go past on a cool day and stay longer. No admission fee, but if there are programs ongoing I suppose I would get in their way. It would be a nice spot for a wedding!

What a revelation.
And we thought we knew this area… but we came on this park by random chance. Wanted to eat our cupcakes somewhere green and here it was along the road. We had no clue this even existed.
Free to visit and it is a beautifully laid out and well thought out historical exhibit. The adobe ranch house is wonderful. The visitor’s center has activities for the kids. Plenty of families were enjoying picnics in the lovely grounds. There is even a bee and butterfly garden and they are clearly restoring natural habitat.
Definitely a must stop. Very peaceful, tranquil and informative!

It is a great historical park, and has games for kids. Admission is free, and it is definitely worth a visit.

As a small local — very local — piece of history this is a nice stop. For those who live in the area, here is a small gem of your past. The adobe was continuously used deep into the 20th century. For the school children the set up is great. come learn history and be a part of a dairy. The other reviews note camps for the children in the summer. Looks like the place is set up. The grounds, the museum, and the rest rooms are clean and very well maintained.

Had kid there for summer camp program for 5 days and happy with results. Kid loved it! Nice convenient location, parking. Very good staffing for kid ratio. Creative time spending. Definitely would consider for next year

A great little park. I loved seeing the inside of the former dairy barn and the historic adobe. It was a quick visit, but well worth it.
