Long line didn’t take long at all, esp when they have all 3 Almond pretzels in stock. She gave me my free pretzel, no problem and even reminded me to scan for my purchase. You have to get the app! It’s so easy to get a free pretzel. With a family of 4, it’s like getting a free one at every visit

I walk into Auntie Anne’s and I’m going to give this place one star because they charge $ 0.25 for a cup of water and I look at the one by new park mall and they are free over there but I can’t believe they charge $ 0.25 for water

I love the pretzels here, especially when it’s fresh! Service is good, customers gotta give the workers a little break because that line gets long and I’m sure it’s exhausting doing that for so long.

When the kids and I go shopping I always bring them here to get a pretzel. It’s an easy snack that makes them happy and they have something to look forward to!

Sorry, but when you’re in the mood for straight carbs – it’s heaven!!! I love indulging on a salted, buttery pretzel and diet coke while shopping – nothing better!

Normally Auntie Anne’s is great, but this particular one was out of all the jumbo pretzeldogs when we were there and the next batch would take 10 min. Under time constraints, I couldn’t afford to wait 10 min for a large pretzeldog so we left with just the last jalepeno pretzeldog(would have wanted to order 2 but this was the last one.) I think they should always have enough stock for customers by making more whenever they are close to running out! Making more when a customer orders them is already too late! Auntie Anne’s is also on the pricey side, but it’s good for when you have cravings

These have got to be the bestest warmest yummiest pretzels ever. I love it with cream cheese and cheese dip mixed… Or alone is just as good! I know it’s not the healthiest but it sure is worth the cheat. You can never wrong with auntie Anne’s…

they take credit card! i think its funny the guy that works there always has a bluetooth headset in… kinda weird… makes it seem like he has something better to do than pay attention to customers.

Whoever decided to lease this spot for Auntie Anne’s is a genius. It’s positioned right by the play area, so EVERY time we go to the mall/play area, I get pretzel sticks for my sons. I am not the only one, b/c a handful of parents in the play area always have pretzels for their kids as well. It’s an easy snack, AND kids happen to love bread-y things. The pretzels always taste great and the staff is always very quick and friendly. Since my son demands it, I will definitely be back to give them more of my money!

Love the pretzels here! cheap, fast and good. People who work there though is a different story. The lady who helped us today filled my lemonade with so much ice and very little lemonade so make sure you tell them that or you’ll end up getting a refill for an extra.

I am not a pretzel person, but everytime I head to the mall, I always visit this place for the jalapeño pretzels to go, and most of the time, I have to wait for fresh ones to be baked… They don’t offer the stamp card, buy six get one free, so I always make sure I pick a card up at another location like at Westfield at Stevens Creek… Hubby loves these pretzels only, we put em in the toaster oven and they are great…

Perfection! I come here at least twice per week O. o I’m in love with their sour cream and onion pretzels and their cinnamon sticks! Their lemonades are also very refreshing and delicious. They give stamp cards, so for every 5 pretzels you buy, your 6th is free. The people are always friendly, and even when there is a long line, they are quick and efficient. Pretzels can’t get any better than this. :)

First and foremost the pretzels here are always awesome. Always fresh and delicious, however… when I came here with my sister, we ordered the pretzel sticks and pretzel bites, with two cheddar cheeses and one cream cheese. Pretzels were great, and so was the cream cheese, but the cheddar cheeses were still cold when they were given to me. We had to walk back to ask if we could have warm cheeses, and the girl happily did it, but why would you give cold ones in the first place? Just wondering. Also, when the young worker was about to bag my pretzels, the bag fell onto the floor, which she picked up and tried to put my food in it… after it fell on the floor… the same floor that she walks in her dirty shoes on. Gross… I had to stop her and ask if she could please use a bag that hadn’t fallen on the floor. Bummer.

So looking forward to redeeming a bday coupon. Woohooo, buy one get one free(equal or lesser value). Alright… here goes… gimme a large pretzeldawg. Um… whhaat…the coupon is for a «pretzel item» and this isn’t one of them? Pray do tell, why is this not a pretzel item? They couldn’t explain. So they finally give in and say OK, buy the big pretzeldawg, you just can’t get the same for free… Um…what does«equal or lesser value» mean I ask. The gal goes on to challenge me pointing to the coupon«WHEREDOESITSAYTHAT». I try not to get provoked and I politely point to the line on the coupon. Then the response comes back…“Well I have to ask the manager about that”. So I say«Yeah, let me speak to the manager». Suddenly the manager isn’t available… Hmmmm…scratching my head… isn’t THAT a co-incidence. So I finally get my freebie. Wow, I haven’t had to work that hard for a freebie anywhere! BTW, so happens she casually threw out a regular pretzel dog in the trash a few minutes ago when a new batch came out… I think they need to chill and stop giving those coupons if they don’t even understand what they are offering…

Diablo Valley College Student Discount Spot #1 Promo: Buy 2 Pretzels Get 1 Free So you all know during the month of August ’09 I have been going to a list of restaurants that offer special promotions to college students. With a DVC Sticker on your Student ID, these places will offer you a special deal to help you save a little money. Auntie Anne’s Pretzel offers FOURTY-FOUR(44) different types of pretzels throughout the year! Just because I let the kind lady behind the counter know I was writing a review on Unilocal, she let me try many of the different kinds they have to offer. Some flavors include cinnamon, garlic, almond, jalapeño, pepperoni, etc. Auntie Anne’s Pretzel actually makes their own brand of ice lemonade that goes very well with any choice of pretzel you make. If you are not a crazy pretzel fan like me, please ask them for the Dip Sampler Pack so you can get a taste of the six(6) or so different sauces they have to offer. Nice and friendly place to just sit down and chat with a friend or two!

Wetzel’s Pretzels ain’t got nothing on Auntie Anne’s! With out fail, every time I’m at Stone Ridge Auntie Anne’s is mandatory. This is the only reason I don’t mind going to the mall with my wife because I know I’ll get my pretzel fix. I usually order either the almond pretzel or the regular salted pretzel. Both are equally as delicious but it just depends if I’m craving something salty or something sweet. Each pretzel is baked to perfection and coated with its perspective toppings. The salted pretzel is dipped in butter and gives it a lot of «fattening» flavor. The Almond pretzel is also dipped in the buttery goodness and then dipped in a crushed almond/sugar combination. Yum. The only negative thing about Auntie Anne’s is that they ONLY accept cash. No Credit/Debit cards allowed.

The garlic pretzel, original, and jalapeño cheddar are bomb! Perfect sized snack while you’re cruising around the mall. The almond sugar one(or whatever it’s called) is also very very tasty.

When I eat something with garlic in it, I want to say, «Ooh, this is so good. I can totally taste the garlic.» What I don’t want to say is, «Oh my god, my tongue is burning. My nose is sweating! Mom, quick, do you have any gum!!!». Do not, I repeat, do not order the Garlic Pretzel from Auntie Anne’s. Is there too much garlic in the pretzel dough, you ask? Well, I’m not sure because I couldn’t escape the chemical warfare that is the ¼ cup of garlic powder that was coating my pretzel. Thank goodness for my mom’s Cinnamon & Sugar Pretzel because it was the saving grace. To sum it up, go for the sweet and not the stank.

Best to buy your pretzels on a busy day — faster turn on fresh pretzels! This store supplied me with my caffine and sweet fix this holiday! Those cinnamon pretzel sticks were so yummy and soft! The almond one — didn’t have too much flavor. The lady’s that have helped me there were fast and did their job. Not overly friendly — they had things to do and apparently I was stopping them from completing those things. CASHONLY — that sucks!
