Ask for a cup of water and the cashier tried to charge me 35 cents for a small cup of water. Go to mcdonalds a couple doors down and there is no charge. Terrible for a company to charge for what most do as good customer service.

I used to love this place. Wait, I used to love this place? Man, they are total garbage. 20 dollars for a dozen cookies? Ours were either overcooked or underbaked and were never satisfying, especially when they’re 2 dollars a cookie. The guy at the counter seemed confused about the pricing, since they had signage for«buy 3 get 1 free» and signage for«buy 6; buy 5 get 1 free.» Which is it? If you buy a dozen cookies, do you get two free, or three free? Math, ya’ll; that shit is a fickle mistress. I dunno. Whatever. I used to get either a cookie or a Cinnabon every time I went to Stoneridge when I was a kid. Now I’d rather just not go to Stoneridge at all. So.

I went to Stoneridge Mall to go shopping for a day and saw this place. I’ve had Mrs. Fields Cookies before but never knew there were actual stores! If you’re a fan of the packaged ones, you have to come give these a try! I think the best thing about this place is the nibblers. Personally, I like to try a variety of flavors and eating one full-sized cookie usually makes me to guilty to eat another one. Nibblers are essentially mini cookies but with the same exact flavors! You can order them increments of half-dozen, dozen, and more. They’re very reasonably priced too! They have a nice variety of cookies that you can choose from. What I thought was great was that they had most of the cookies in a semi-sweet version too. I don’t really like sweets when they’re a bit too sweet so I definitely tried some of those and they were great. My two favorites were definitely the peanut butter and the M&Ms. Definitely a place I would stop by the next time I come to Stoneridge!

Cookies are OK, some better than OK. They have good selection selection so unless someone just hates cookies you can find one for everyone.

In response to the review below, the first Mrs. Fields Cookies was actually opened in Palo Alto in 1977. Stoneridge Mall was not even built until 1980. Also, the chips used are not dark chocolate; they are semi-sweet. Sad that I have to give Mrs. Fields only 2 stars, especially since I worked there long ago. I went a few days ago and the cookies looked strangely different. I was told by the manager that they had a new recipe, and they were supposed to be healthier. They had discontinued one of my faves milk chocolate with macademia nuts. I tasted them when I got home, and they were terrible! The peanut butter cookies had a chemical taste to them. The chocolate chip tasted artificially sweet — maybe too much imitation vanilla. I did some research and found that after filing for bankruptcy in 2008, the company avoided a 2nd bankruptcy in December 2011 by giving up control of the company to its creditors. I’m guessing that in an effort to save money, those creditors have change the recipe the include much cheaper products. The result: a crappy product. Very disappointing!

Whenever I make a trip to the mall I can’t leave without picking up a few fresh cookies from Mrs. Fields Cookies. I love their chocolate chip, white chocolate macadamia, oatmeal raisin, and sugar cookies. They are absolutely scrumptious!

I purchased the mini cookies 13 for $ 4.49, and it was sooo delicious! The tiny piece of heaven practically melted in my mouth. I samples the sugar cookie with M&Ms, chocolate chip with walnut, and the macadamia nut with white chocolate. I didn’t care too much for the sugar M&Ms cookie, but the center of the M&Ms were soft and slightly melted allowing me to enjoy it more… It was still a bit warm and just enough softness…

Stoneridge Mall, the very first Mrs. Fields Cookie location, in case you didn’t know. Back in the late 80’s I tasted my very first Mrs. Fields semi-sweet chocolate chip cookie, and was astonished. It’s a high I chased for many years after. I spent days in the kitchen with a couple dozen Mrs. Fields cookies, trying to duplicate these. Being the type with an excellent pallet, I think I can tell what went in these.(Hey, Debbie– How close am I?): *Brown and white sugar(Not H.F.C.S.) *Butter(not margarine) *Vanilla *Eggs *Flour(mostly oat flour, some wheat flour) *A hint of baking soda *A pinch of salt(probably kosher salt) *Dark chocolate chips(I like to use Ghirardelli, or Dove, but Nestle’s seems to be the closest match to Fields’) Judging by the consistency, I’m guessing they start by flaking the sugar(dry) in the mixer, then add the unmelted(still hard) butter and only briefly mix. Then, add the eggs and vanilla, then the flours and soda. Last, add the chips. The trick if trying to duplicate them in your own kitchen is to not over-mix! Otherwise, I’ve been pretty good at duplicating these delicious cookies. A few years ago, something changed, the Mrs. Fields cookies taste a little different. Can’t quite put my finger on it. Almost like a waxy thing. But, even with that, they are still very good cookies. If you aren’t behind in mortgage payments, and want something really delicious to munch on(and burn off later at the gym), you can’t beat a Mrs. Fields cookie. Or two. Or three. Oh heck, just buy a dozen and get one free. I won’t tell on you.

I get a cookie cake for everyone in my family for their birthday and they never have it ready and I will call to order and it will take 3 hours and super rude. I don’t order to far ahead I really never know when we are going till the last min because I have kids in a million things and I don’t know when I can get there. I call the concord store they always have one ready and very sweet and accommodating have never been let down with concord.

SNICKERDOODLES and oatmeal raisins cookies and sometimes White Chocolate Macademia. Buy 4 get 1 free– regular size cookies. I can finish all 5 by myself so addicting! Yummy. The nibblers are good too. They have different options like if you buy 40 you get 20 free. I can finish up to 30 nibblers by myself. So addicting and tasty. I have tasted Mrs. Fields cookies at other locations, but since I like hard cookies this place meets my HARD expectation. ;)

While at the mall we decided that our son needed a cookie. He had the Manager’s Special which was a sugar cookie with TONS of sprinkles, but was it worth $ 2.25? Heck no! Don’t get me wrong, it was good, but too pricey. I totally could have bought sugar dough and added icing and sprinkles for a lot less. Sounds like I need to carry my entertainment book with me in case we get a cookie craving.

Unilocal has made me a fatty and i recently started watching what i eat so why did i have to go to the mall and walk by mrs. fields. it must have been the smell in the air. i’m so excited because i love this time of year and they have pumpkin harvest cookies. i love me some pumpkin! so i gave in to the temptation and got a cookie. i have had many things pumpkin but these cookies were up there on the best of list. a pumpkin cookie with white chocolate chunks and pecans made this one hell of a great way to cheat on the diet. i guess i’ll just have to go back before the holidays are over and cheat once again.

I’ve got the sugar shakes! I just ate an entire Chocolate Peanut Butter Dream Bar. Heavenly! My mom and I both got a bar and a medium soda. I had a BOGO coupon from the Entertainment book, so it came out to $ 4.48 for everything. Not too shabby.

Love those cookies!!! So nummy, so sweet, so chewy! Great gifts that won’t get regifted.(SCORE!!) Plus you can give it to that really skinny chick at work for her birthday and make yourself feel a little better. Sometimes the employees are a bit uninterested and/or slow, but seething burns calories, I hear.

«C is for Cookie, that’s good enough for me.»(extra points if you know who immortalized that line…) It’s Mrs. Field’s Cookies. BAM. That’s it. Done. ‘Nuff said. :)
