East Bay Mobile Notary Service

My escrow company retained Sandy of East Bay Mobile Notary to conduct a signing of the closing papers, as well as notarizing documents. There was a document revision that morning which Sandy had to print out, sort, replace many pages 2 hours before our meeting. She did all that without missing a beat, and the full package was accurate and complete.
During the signing the attorney wanted to insert additional documents, which would have meant another appointment as we had no way of printing and copying an incoming email. Sandy suggested we go back to her office where she downloaded the email, printed more documents and notarized it right in her office. This resulted in Sandy running late for her next appointment.
Her services were really above and beyond what we could have expected. She averted delay and additional expenses by thinking on her feet and being accommodating.
