Is there a 10-​Star rating?
I have gone to this Journeys before but never got the customer service that I did with my recent purchase. I was in a desperate hunt for red heels, dressy or peep-​toe pumps, for a wedding just a few days away. I went through every single store at the mall and could not find anything, OR anyone who would be willing to assist me the way Jacob at Journeys did.
He is so awesome! So helpful, so friendly, and has superb customer service. Jacob saved me about $ 40 in shipping and price! I was at the verge of purchasing the shoes online and overnight ship it.
Thank you, thank you, thank you! I will definitely shop again at this store AND recommend it to everyone I know.

My friend and I poked into this Journeys in search of shoes for my boyfriend. But we ended up chatting up a storm with the workers that kept showering us with shoes and accessories that were on sale. They were even trying to bargain with us, and offered to sell us shoes for $ 10 and $ 5! Probably old styles in random sizes, but it was the thought that counts. My friend ended up purchasing a purse for $.99! Not too shabby! I bought a pair a shoes for my boyfriend with no hassle or fuss. In the event that the shoes don’t fit, just bring it back (and don’t wear them out), and returning it is easy as 1−2−3.
Great customer service, lots of shoe options, and tons of sale items! I will be shopping at this Journeys more often.

I used to shop at Journey’s all the time… But then they stopped carrying shoes that I liked. We recently visited this location and right as we walked into the store, the employee greeted us and offered to help right away. Luckily, my hubby found a pair of shoes that he liked. They had his size, we bought the shoes. Decently priced, excellent service, and friendly staff.
