5+! Despite the arena already having pretty decent footing for the price of board, they have gone ahead and redone them! They have completed the outdoor arenas as well as the roundpens and are planning the footing for the indoor arena. I am really liking the new footing and the crew doing it has been super respectful and easy to work with. My horse is even happier! Any extra edge for the ol’ guy is great, and the new footing is amazing! Come check it out!

I love this barn! The facility is beautifully maintained and not a muddy mess when it rains. Feeding is very generous and excellent quality. The owner is very caring and compassionate and does her best keep this a top notch facility. Very little drama compared to other barns I have been at.
