L’occitane

This review is for a very special person who works at L’Occitane! His name is ELI and he is AMAZING.
My man and I went by L’Occitane one evening as we were strolling through the mall, and we both LOVE this line for skin-​care and their perfumes/​cologne. They have some of the greatest smells manifested into their line! Best part is that they do not test on animals which is so important to us.
Well, anyway. Eli greeted us with a great big smile, and was full of happiness. He just radiated with positivity which made us want to hang for a while and try some new products. They are seriously lucky to have such a hard-​working and friendly employee! He is the epitome of a perfect salesman.
Eli helped to explain about products that he loved, and was actually able to point out reasons WHY he loved them instead of just going with the bland and typical, «This cream is lovely, you should buy this one.» He actually talked about the ingredients, and what products can do for your skin.
After explaining a bit about different products, he mentioned how they give facials there in the salon. You just have to call ahead of time to book an appointment. Apparently he and a few other ladies who work here are the ones who give the facials, so you can count on a professional and lovely experience. Your skin will feel amazing. Poppy, the store manager does a fabulous job explaining the benefits of each product and does her best to make sure each customer is taken care of. I had so many questions about the new formulation of Divine and she helped me find the perfect items and informed me of all the promotions. She’s truly a great employee and I’m tickled with delight with my new purchases. Thank you, Poppy!

Re-opened…with special discounts!

I have a friend who is a real fan of this place. A special trip is necessary when she runs short of her favorite items. This trip I checked out their items for men. They really have some nice items. I found an aftershave and a cologne which I really liked, so bought them.
Have you ever heard that jingle, «a little dab will do ya» well it holds true for the men’s items at L’occitane.
Hey guys, give it a try. My lady loves the way it smells, maybe yours will also.

I am a big fan of L’Occitaine products!
Their stores have varying levels of service depending on the location. This store is clean and the staff are usually friendly and helpful, however they are always trying to get me to buy other items ‘I DON’T WANT” and that gets really annoying really fast.
Still a fan of L’Occitaine –maybe they can train their staff a little?

The shea hand and foot cream cannot be beat here! Sure, the stuff is pricey, but totally worth it if you have dry/​sensitive skin. Everything here smells very natural and is not overpowering like some of the other bath/​body stores. The service here is very attentive and they do a beautiful job of wrapping your purchase if it’s a gift. A big plus here is that you can return without a receipt b/​c the prices never change.
