Caution! You will not find any aloha spirit here. I’ve never bought anything here, and thank goodness for that. I walked by and my 5 y. o daughter needed to use the restroom. I walked her into the closest restroom, just happen to be this place. After coming out, we were harassed for not buying anything. The lady yelled…“Do you see the sign, bathroom for customers only!” I apologized and said it was an emergency. Normally that should be enough. However, she chased us to the UPS store next door and screamed out loud letting everyone at the UPS store know that her bathroom is not to be used except for her customers because she cleans it everyday. I hope you clean your bathrooms everyday… You do run a restaurant. Anyway, I won’t ever come back to this place whether its for a smoothie or to use the toilet.

I love all the smoothies here, tried almost all. Our families favorite mango passion fruit. I am addicted to this place better than any other smoothie place. My sons favorite is mocha banana, mine passion fruit mango. Everything is good.

The service was terrible. The first lady didn’t speak much English, the second man had no idea what was on the menu and rang me up for the wrong item. It took a solid five minutes for them to figure out what I was asking for. Only reason it’s two stars is that the milkshake wasn’t bad, but how hard is it to mix chocolate, milk and favored syrup?

I discovered this location sell Milk Tea, Tea and Smoothies with tapioca aka Bobas fairly recently. I purchased: — Strawberry smoothie with tapioca — Peach Green tea with tapioca Both delicious + tapioca is fresh, soft and chewy. I frequently buy Boba in general so I will be back. Customer service very friendly! I will upload a picture later.

They have the best smoothies. It’s a great place to go on a hot day. This place really is a fun place to go and socialize with the really nice owners and get that fresh cold smoothie to lighten up your day! I love this place

Décor is lovely, comfy and very hawaiian. Service is awesome. Food is great! Got a breakfast egg and cheese croissant. It just hit the spot. Will be back!

Only tried the coffee, chai latte and a bagel with cream cheese(twice). Both times the bagel was not good — not toasted properly(seemed like just warmed in a microwave). The chai latte was good, but they don’t always have it(first time I went here they were out). Nice interior with plenty of seating. Friendly service.

Think I’ll stick to Starbucks and Peets. I know I am impatient but he should have grabbed my ice coffee before he helped 2 new customers. It’s not like it was crowded. I could have been in and and wouldn’t have had time to post this review. He was polite though so I added a third star.

Love this place! The smoothies are excellent! The piña colada & mango orange are delish. If you get the tiki cup, bring it back in & they’ll give you $ 3 off your drink. You can buy 100% Kona coffee beans there which can be hard to find. They also have Hawaiian tea. I will definitely be back for more.

So… say you’re in a run down mall, waiting for a rental car company that isn’t having it’s best day. Eyed across is Maui Wowi Coffee. It’s not a long walk, and it’s not a far stretch. It’s more than coffee, it’s actually a small restaurant with some good options to eat. I went after the breakfast rush, but before the lunch crunch. The food smelled great ~ but having JUST ate, I didn’t indulge. The coffee… wasn’t much on the wow side, just more on the good cup of coffee side. Prices: extremely reasonable!

Came here on a Tuesday afternoon. Half of the smoothie options are blacked out from the menu. The one smoothie I requested was also not available and the cashier said my only option was strawberry. I said no thanks and left. Don’t advertise that you’re a smoothie establishment if you only have one flavor.

This place is great for takeout. The atmosphere for eat-in is great as well — very Hawaiian and comfy chairs, big screen TV, etc. The gravy for the loco moco was pretty good(not too salty just the way I like it!) and the two combo plate with kahlua pork and Hawaiian beef with a side of potato salad was pretty good. The Hawaiian beef tasted like a bolder Korean bulgogi dish. The potato salad had short noodle pasta in it and it was pretty good. BF really enjoyed and snarfed the spam masubi and the potato salad. Great service and the food came out pretty quickly. The cashier and the cook were very friendly and nice. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone!

Great customer service does not make up for mediocre food. I ordered the kalua pork, which came with 2 small scoops of rice, 1 small scoop of potato salad, and 2 pieces of pineapple. The pork was a bit dry and needed more flavor and the meal lacked substance altogether. I went with high hopes from a decent rating on Unilocal, but I left unsatisfied and unwilling to return.

Friendly and courteous service along with good atmosphere. Staff was on point with getting service out on time for customers. Anyway, I had the chicken/beef Hawaiian plate for lunch, though I was a bit misled by the potato salad. Still, what motivated me to write the review was the customer service: They accommodated my food allergies(particularly to rice and pasta) without fuss or the usual awkward looks from such a request. Now remember the whole misleading potato salad? When I found out that it was mostly pasta, I was told that they had no other versions of the potato salad. I simply declined their offer to remove the offending salad from my plate and carried on with my meal. Moments later, I was surprised when the owner so kindly gave replacement salad greens even if it was an error on my part for assuming. Now that’s service! Food-wise, the meal was decent though the portions were on the lesser side compared to their competitors. Flavorful and tender meat satisfied today’s Hawaiian BBQ craving. Next time, I should also probably try a smoothie.

5 stars for the smoothies and frozen coffee drinks *god so good* 4 stars for the food taste and quality 1 – 2 stars for food variety. i love a place with alot of drink options. Never have i been in a café that has had this many coffee and smoothie options. that being said i didn’t really get the concept. it’s supposed to be like a hawaiin café i guess? but the food options they have r SOOOOO Limited. i actually thought this place was another one i found on Unilocal,so when i came in expecting hawaiin food i was really bummed out. hubby and i had the rice bowls, mine terriyaki chicken an his kalua pork, both were amazing and a decent size for lunch. The place was super clean anf the staff were amazing so i had to round this place up from 3 stars to 4, especially with those killer smoothies. Come here for smoothies and coffees/frappes, they are so superior– even surpassing starbucks and jambajuice in terms of quality, flavour, and fruity variety. with only two rice bowl options and two combo plates; all either chicken or pork w/rice, i wouldn’t come in for the food again. their menu is so limited i don’t even see the point of serving«dinner/lunch» items anyway. That being said i’d totally come in just for the amazing coconut cappucino frapp or the awesome mango smoothies!

My son got a peach smoothie here and loved it — he rarely finishes anything, he’s six, but he drank this one down to the last drop! My drink was an iced mocha with macadamia. It was delicious and the flavors did not taste fake and artificially sweetened at all. It’s a bit on the pricey side, but the quality in this case warrants it. I’m rarely in the area but if I were nearby I’d try to stop in!

Cute little café with a cute little barista :) I originally was looking for Hawaiian shave ice, but settled for the Mocha Banana Cappuccino Smoothie– which was delicious! The girl that works there, Jenny, was super friendly and cheerful. The place was clean, bright, and had some Hawaiian products for sale(like kona coffee beans and sauces). They have a frequent buyer program that is tracked electronically by your phone number too– which is great if you tend to lose those little stamp cards like me! I believe the deal is if you buy 10 drinks you get the 11th free. My only suggestion to the owners of this place is to PLEASE serve Hawaiian shave ice!!! I would change my review to 5 stars if you had that on the menu– and totally would drive from Hayward specifically for that because no one else serves it in the East Bay. that I know of… I don’t know, I’m still on the hunt! Anyway, great service, delicious drinks, and good location(easy to find).

I found this place while I was driving around looking for a Starbucks. Because I saw their sign«Maui Wowi Coffee & Smoothies» it reeled me in as the idea of Hawaiian coffee sounded amazing. I walked in and right away I felt welcomed. The setting inside is adorable and the staff make you feel very welcomed. As I waited for my drink, I chatted with the owner and it’s only obvious that he loves giving customers good service. Great drinks! Ehh, okay food. If you like kona coffee, it’s a must try! They have a good selection.
