McDonald’s

Most uncomfortable McDonalds I have ever been in. Poor service. Individuals asking for money. Customers just plain rude. Management unfortunately seemed to be numb to it. Will never go back.

Please avoid this worst McDonald. I will never go to that store again. Store Manager doesn’t want to disclose her name since she was so rude and did so wrong to my son, and she shouted at me since I asked why my son didn’t get any add-​on to his sundae. (My son loves caremel add-​on which it is supposed to come with it). When I asked why, she said she didn’t need to explain. She slammed her cashier drawer during the transaction. The Walmart employee saw what happened. She suggested me to contact McDonald corporate. Honestly I don’t have time for that. That will be McDonald’s loss to having a store manager like that! Eek!

Tried to get my check cashed here and they wouldn’t cash it because my address was not listed on the check. They would not see my ID or my pay stub that had my information on there from the same company who mailed me the check in the first place. Makes no sense. Never coming back.

Eh dang, it’s in Wally World. I was hoping a quick drive thru… Oh well still fast food. Til I waited nearly 20min for a small order for myself.
Buttttttt better than the person I noticed come up and complain & show the cashier that her burgers had no meat! Lol I was dying… Must of thought she was a vegetarian haha
Stars based on my food and experience. Food taste kinda bad for a comparison with other McDonald’s and service was slow. I gave a bonus star cause I’m full and mine had meat in it.

The worst service ever … Be aware people they are telling their costumers to «get out» for complaining about the food.
For example when we told them that more than half the fries that they gave us were all crump and burnt … middle of nowhere the GM … yes guys its «general manager» came and told us that «Just take your refund and get out» … The fact is we never asked for the refund. We were so so so hurt that we did not take our money or the fries that we paid our money for…
The basic fundamental for the food and Hospitality industry including the chain restaurants is not to insult their costumers.
We are not going to go there again … If you guys don’t want them to insult you please don’t go the the Mc Donald’s inside the Pleasanton Walmart.
Bad Bad Bad … service ever…

Very horrible service. There is a lady who takes the order and gives the delivery. She is so clumsy and has no hand gloves. All her dirt in your French fries for sure. No cleanliness. More than anything, they throws the To Go Cover and the receipt when delivering. I feel the Mc Donald’s management should take a serious note of this and correct to save their image. I always had the same experience here.

Service was minimal. I don’t usually eat anything but the nuggets and fries here and they were prepped well for fast food. They were warm and crispy, just as they should be. There are times when I have gone to other locations and they were cold and not cooked all the way. Literally felt like I was eating rubber. So I commend there preparation on this particular location.

What did you all expect? This is McDonald’s and you pay under $ 5 a person for a meal.
Our chicken nuggets were hot and crispy, and that’s the important part. We ate and then my fiancée and I went underwear shopping. Sounds like a good Sunday :-)

Normally the service here is average and the food is prepared just like every other McDonald’s, but recently I have been having a downhill experience. I went recently and they were only accepting cash, which took an additional period of time to process which lead to me rushing to the airport. Yeah, I understand I should have left more time, but you don’t expect to wait 25 minutes for a coffee when you’re the only person in line. The coffee was a vanilla iced coffee, I usually get that or hazelnut. It wasn’t creamy like the other places make it and the flavored syrup was lacking, I don’t think it had enough. I thought it might be a one time incident but went back recently and got the same schindig. My bet is untrained new employees.

Located inside Walmart, there are only about 12 tables in the dining area. Very limited menu, this McD’s does not offer what a full-​sized McD’s would have, including a smaller dollar menu. A good way to start or finish a day of shopping at WM. No carts are allowed in the dining area, so it probably best to eat here before shopping, which allows you to walk-​it-​off afterwards. Self-​serve soda dispenser, so order a small drink cuz refills are free. If you go here when you first enter WM, you can drink your soda with your meal, get a refill to drink while you shop, and snag another refill as you leave for the drive home. In front of McD’s, there’s a statue of Ronald McDonald sitting on a bench that you can sit next to.

If you want a five star heart attack this place is perfect. Now be honest are you going for food or cheap food. To be honest this is for all McDonalds not just this one.

My favorite snack in the golden arches is their ice cream cone. Yum! But this place only had a mediocre cone… size wasn’t so great. So I’ll just have to give it an OK.

It’s weird how they call this the McDonald’s Walmart just because there’s a McDonald’s inside? Que?
I looooove Walmart… I didn’t love it before because being in SF there is not one close by… luckily for me this one is right across the street from my work!
I can get all my normal household items like toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning supplies, kitty litter etc. for cheap.
Not only that I can get any of my vast array of toiletries — shampoo, soap, toothpaste, hair products. well you get the picture!!!
Sometimes, I do tend to overspend… but I feel like I’m getting such a great deal all the time!!!

So why is this called a Mickey D Walmart? Well it’s cuz there’s a Mickey D’s inside the store! I only come here when we’re visiting friends in the area. This place is jammed packed with everything under the sun. Which can explain why I always feel clausterphobic when I step into this store! :(
They are messier and cheaper than Target but I’m not a fan. Part of me hates the Walmart experience cuz of the way corporate treats their employees (they are little more than indentured servants!).
Dammit you make a lot of money Walmart, treat your employees better!
