I ordered six piece chicken nugget kids meal but only got four pieces. I called McDonalds and talked to them but they keep hanging up on me.

Fast food is what you expect it to be. Beware that this location always messes up the orders. They always forget something. I don’t know if they’re trying to make a reputation like Starbuck’s of messing up the spelling of your name on the cup but atleast the coffee chain makes the coffee per your order. Definitely a M has a bad rep. I worked at a fast food place many moons ago and we never f! Up the orders this bad. I think there was only one time this place got my order right. I hope the owner reads the reviews and does something about how the restaurant is being managed on a daily basis.

They don’t even deserve one star. HORRIBLEDISGUSTING Customer Service. RUDE! RUDE! RUDE! They acted like they don’t want to be there. Why don’t you quit? There’s so many others who are willing to actually WORK to get paid. They SCREWED up my orders AGAIN and AGAIN and AGAIN!!! Never get the orders right. Don’t need much brain to get these orders right. So many times I was CHEATED, I always find something missing in my bag or the wrong item which is much cheaper than what I ordered. Today, they tried to sell me a ¾ full of McFlurry that I paid FULLPRICE for. FULL price!!! I want FULL cup of what I ordered not ¾ cup. WORSTMCDONALD!!! Will contact the corporate office to proper train their employees.

The service here is usually pretty quick. The fries isn’t as salty like other places. Hash browns here are always tasty :) The place is always clean from the outside. I haven’t been inside yet. This would be my go to mcdonalds in Dublin

Order is NEVER correct and staff always cusses in Spanish. Went to drive thru last night, no line, and waited 3 ½ minutes for someone to respond to my repeated«hello». Placed order, went to 1st window to music blasting and staff cussing in Spanish, I know this bcuz I speak the language. Just bcuz the staff is Hispanic does not mean that the«locals» don’t understand. Have complained repeated times to the owners to no avail. Whether you speak Spanish, Persian, Chinese or whatever, the staff should be more respectful towards the customers. Will never go back. Oh yeah, and order was wrong

If I could give 0 stars I would… I don’t generally eat fast food, maybe once a month I stop by. No matter who the staff is or what time of the day it is, my order is never right. Sometimes when I ask for no onions and there’ll be onions, so I go back in, they look at the receipt like«oh it doesn’t say no onions» but the fact of the matter is I ASKED, and I know I asked for no onions. It’s partially my fault I guess, because I don’t look at my $ 6 dollar receipts-____– but I really feel like the staff could care less and rather blame the customer instead of being good customer service representatives and apologizing and offering to fix the order. It’s not like I’m trying to get free bacon, Mac sauce or ranting about the amount of sauces they don’t give. I ask for no onions y’all ! My visit this morning I asked for a sausage egg and cheese mcgridle, she repeated my order but lo and behold I get home to mcgridle buns with a sausage patty… It’s crazy.

Went in today for a quick snack on my way home to Modesto, from Sunnyvale. The food was decent and quick service. The customer service was also fast and decent as well. I placed my usual order of a mcdouble and McChicken with a small fries and a small Dr Pepper. The place inside was being cleaned as well as the outside. I decided to use the restroom before continuing my usual long trip home to Modesto. Everything was going great during my visit until I found out the stall I used had no TP. Therefore I’m sorry to say but my visit today was unpleasant. Think I might look elsewhere for a future stop next time. I know it’s a small thing but small things make a huge difference. Enough to make you want to return in the future. Or in my case think twice before returning.

I got 2 Quarter Pounders and 2 Filet-O-Fish, one order of fries and a chocolate shake, and it came to over $ 25.00. What? It should have been $ 19.44. I was in a hurry so I didn’t question it. they are ripping people off. I am never going back. I can get a much better burger at Habit Burger for less.

I come here almost every morning for coffee and breakfast before work… Today I was leaving for an 8 hour drive and wanted to have lunch with me in the car so I wouldn’t have to stop. I arrived literally at 1025 and they said I could not order any lunch item till 1030 sharp. Really? I know it’s only 5 minutes but the fact of the matter is I was already in line, I could have waited and held up other people but proceeded forward and waited again till I got to the front window. Still with 2 minutes left they said I had to drive back around and get back in line as it wasn’t 1030 yet. I really have no problem with the policy, but what I do have a problem with is the customer service.

The worst McDonald’s to visit very and organize and they are not being attention to what we talking about this drive through literally repeated three times tell you have to understand when we were talking about so I get to the window I paid and I went to the next window you give me the glass of Coke so fast he almost spilled over on my clothes and I was like man can you take it easy slow down oh we are on time you got to move move so I pulled over on the side and I asked if I can speak to the manager and I walked inside I had to go see the manager literally manager didn’t have time to talk to me so this is the worst place to visit and they had to order wrong as well

They have a menu that they claim is until 4 am on the sign, and then the don’t serve it past lunch… This was honestly a worse experience than if they had just been closed when they said they were open… I wish I didn’t even go through the drive through at all.

HORRIBLESERVICE!!! AND they mess up my order not once, not twice… but THREETIMES!!! How can you mess up an order ESPECIALLY in a drive-thru!!! That doesn’t make sense at all. You have the monitor where your order is entered and displayed for the customers which includes the total amount. Customers are able to review their order before driving up to the window to pay for it. So you drive up to pay for it and then go to the next window to get your food. After you get your food, you wouldn’t look before leaving because you’re thinking that all your ordered items is there and not to mention you’re on the run. When you DO get a chance to open your bag up, you go and find that you’re missing an item or they got your order WRONG! It’s a DRIVE-THRU and what’s the point of having a Drive-Thru if you’re going to mess up an order. Pleasanton area is «supposedly» a semi-upscale place to live in and I’m shocked at the horrible service that’s provided. I expect the service level to be high and not this poor. My orders are usually correct when going to the Drive-Thru, but many times it’s been disappointing since my order is messed up by them. I wonder if it just so happen or pure bad luck? McDonald’s was a favorite fast food restaurant that I love going to since I was a child, but because I’m so disappointed with those incidents that I decided to stop going to any McDonald’s chain. Service wasn’t all that great either. I see young teenagers who look like they didn’t want to help customers taking their orders at all. They take their sweet time and not being efficient. It gives me a sense that they’re not being professional even when they’re in the customer service field. They don’t look too happy working there either but they should’ve been able to make the best out of it because experience is what matters the most. After ranting my frustration, my view of McDonald’s is never the same again. I won’t say that I will never go to another McD’s chain again but I WILLNOTGOTOTHISCHAINEVERAGAIN!!! **Please excuse all the caps and exclamation points. I was only venting out of frustration as a customer and no offense. Please forgive.**

I dont know what the bad reviews are all about, I have pretty straight forward service here with the drive through. Its a Mickey D’s people, dont expect amazing service. I am basically in and out in less than 5 minutes, how do they do it? For a McDonald’s they’re pretty clean, esp for a 24hour facility. I don’t order much other than the chicken nuggets for the little guy –he can definately use the calorie content. They get you you though with deals. I’ve found myself ordering the 20 nugget meal deal for my 14 month old baby. He eats ½ a nugget to 1 on a good day. But hey… there was a sale on chicken nuggets! For myself I usually order the egg white delight. Its 250 cals, filling, hot and easy. So why the hell not? I’m a working mom. I have McDonalds for breakfast don’t judge me.
