Words cannot describe how lucky I was to work with New Cal Realty team — Heman Khan Galzie, Athena Silva and Jennifer Wills. This was our third time we sold and purchase the property and was the best one of all three. We were guided the whole way through this crazy process with such care and professionalism.
One of my favorite things I loved working with New Cal Realty is that they made selling and buying a house a learning experience by taking time and explaining everything to me. I would like to point out that it took this team 2 months to sell the property and purchase new property and handling to keys to me. This is the fastest process I came across. If there was a better rating than ‘A+’, New Cal Realty would get it.

I met Ali Qureshi at his open house and was instantly impressed by his professionalism, local market knowledge and his pricing strategy. During this first encounter, I decided to list my condo with Ali. Ali came to my house and showed me comps of nearby sale and helped me price my house. Within only 7 days in the market, I was able to get multiple offers and ended up selling my house 50k over asking price. Ali also helped me buy a house after selling my house. I cannot thank him enough for what he did for me and my family. I highly recommend Ali to my friends and family.

Heman Galzie is one excellent Real Estate Broker that I’ve had the pleasure of working with. I came to him in search of an investment property in a tough tough low inventory market. When people around me were sharing stories of lengthy turn times in finding a home and getting outbid again and again, Heman was incredibly able to get my wife and I a rental property in Mountain House in less than 45 days! Not just in record time, but at one heck of a deal. The guy is a born negotiator, and I’m glad to have him as a trusted adviser. His team made the transaction seamless and easy. They provided great advice when we were bidding for this house, they knew the market and the location and i trusted them and took their advice. We spend only 2 weekends looking for a house. When i tell this to people they are shocked. This is how good SG was he understood the type of place we were looking for and the locations. He showed us a few houses online first to narrow down and figure out what kind of house we might like. Then he was off on his own and he came back to us with 4 houses all of whom we loved but then we finally liked our current house the most and we bid.

If you are looking for a no hassle home buying experience these are the guys. I relocated from Indiana and after hearing great things about NewCal from a friend decided to give them a chance. Ali Qureshi and his team were extremely professional, efficient and patient during the process. We had Ali as our agent to buy our second home which we are renting out. Ali has been knowledgeable and guided us with such professionalism that we had a very smooth process overall.
Ali understood our needs and purpose of buying the home.
Ali has a thorough knowledge of house marketing in bay area. We were guided with such proficiency that we were are to make good decisions. Ali was never pushy and would attend to our concerns anytime we reached out. He provided all the needed information for making a decision to buy a home. This includes property details, rental analysis, providing comps, location details and other other related information.
Ali understood our budget and shrived to keep to the same. He worked with the builders to get us a good quote. With all details handy with us, it wasn’t hard to make a good decision. And we placed an offer for the home we wanted and fitted our needs in just a month. By the end of the second month we were second home owners.
One of the main requirement and concern we had was that we should be able to rent the house as soon as possible. Ali even took up that task. He placed adds in Zillow, Trulia, craigslist and other needed areas and started showing the house for rental tenants. We did not have to worry about anything. Ali shortlisted future tenants and did all verification needed. Again, i need to applaud Ali’s knowledge of the area as he priced the rent perfectly that we got some very good tenants. Our house will be rented in 2 weeks from the day we got the keys.
Ali even worked with contractors to get our backyard done on time. We live in Fremont and the rental investment home we bought was at Mountain House. We had to visit the property only when really needed and Ali took care of the rest.
Ali is an agent that takes the stress off you during the process, guides you with his knowledge and expertise, and works on it as if it was his home. We were astonished alot of times with the minor details that were taken care that we didn’t think about. One thing i know for sure is that whether its to buy another home, sell existing home or need some sort of property management service Ali would be my Go for sure person. He is the best (I have experience with other agents as this is my second home) and i would strongly recommend him.

«One of the WORST realtor Mr. Ali Qureshi with New Cal Realty»
I wish I could rate Mr. Ali Qureshi a 5 star and agree to most of the comments below. But I can’t lie.
I will be honest our beginning with Mr. Ali was on similar notes. He was knowledgeable and professional however he couldn’t wear this mask for long.
After almost 2 months of home search with Mr. Ali (In which He was hardly available. and If he was. only At his own convenience) Mr. Ali comes with following lame and highly unprofessional behavior.
He was Arrogant, Rude and most Inconsiderate realtor we ever came across.
Mr. Ali claims to have an experience of 9 years however he has been receiving the reviews on his work Only for last 6 months. It seems like Mr. Ali was in his hibernation period since last 8 ½ years.
Let me pen down the incidents which explains the above:
In the last property which Mr. Ali showed us in his so called extremely busy schedule, here’s what Mr. Ali comes up with:
Mr. Ali claims to be a realtor who deals Only in Million dollar homes and a deal like ours (pre-​approved for a little more less than half a million) is of no value to him. Still he was doing us a huge favor by being our realtor. This not only shows Mr. Ali’s arrogance towards his clients but also puts him under question of discriminating his clients on their financial status…(No wonder why we were always last on his priority list and we had to keep requesting him to show properties.)
On me being polite with Mr. Ali and trying to explain him our timing preference to see the properties Mr. Ali comments where «I don’t Care what time you work… I had appointments and I can’t be available for you. You should be thankful that I came in the evening and showed you the property. (Note: All he said in a «Disrespective» tone & please note that Evening was Mr. Ali’s convenience and NOT ours).
Forget professionalism, I wish Mr. Ali had just shown a little more mannerism while talking to a woman. He showed a «Highly Disrespectful Behavior» towards me which I never expected.
There where number of incidents which showed lack of professionalism from Mr. Ali’s side out of which one was not giving us the right information about the interest rate on one of the loan category and then just simply saying «Oh I missed telling you that».
Mr. Ali’s this miss would have landed us into big trouble.
For all home buyers, If you are pre-​approved for a Big Fat chunk of money (Million dollar or so), I am sure Mr. Ali would go Head over Heels for you.
For the rest it’s a waste of your valuable time.

My boyfriend and I were referred to this company from a friend of his and we were so thankful. Although buying a home is very stressful, Heman and his team were wonderful. We have officially been owners of our first home for 4 months now and I couldn’t be more thankful.
