We really like Arby’s. We love their roast beef sandwiches. The addition of the brisket sandwiches are also really good. Love their potato cakes. Staff is friendly and helpful and the restaurant is clean.

I came by this place after work yesterday. It was even busy, yet other fast food spot seem to be packed. Makes you wonder why. Anyways, I ordered my food, which didn’t take very long. The dining area looked clean. The staff didn’t seem that freindly though. I didn’t use the restroom, so I can’t judge on that. The food was reasonably price(this is the Bay Area after all), so no complaints there. This place is alright. Nothing that wows me, just alright. I wouldn’t mind coming back in the future

It is amazing to me that some restaurants are not busy when other nearby restaurants are packed. I was looking for a fast food restaurant to have a quick bite. In and Out was swamped, Burger King was not what I was looking for, Nations too slow, so I made a quick and timely stop at Arby’s. I had the combo with the smaller of the roast beef sandwiches. Better than a mess of grease from MacDonald’s by far.

Just so-so. The place is a little gloomy inside, and help is not especially friendly. But the food is generally pretty good here. Nothing special.

Today was extremely busy at 11:30 for the amount of people working. I must say, the cashier(management possibly) is very efficient and organized. She took orders, passed orders, bagged drive thru at times… you just get tired watching her. The friendliness that I appreciate so much was lacking but I’d rather have my lunch quickly and skip the chit chat if it is busy. Nothing more frustrating while in a line than to have someone in front of you chatting up the cashier! Food is consistent– not great, not bad. Sandwiches are always smaller than portrayed… industry standard it seems. Overall, it was a pretty good lunch. My potato cakes were slightly undercooked but were quickly replaced without hassle. I would say that the smokehouse brisket is a good idea for a sandwich. I liked it ok but it needed more mayo &BBQ. It was a bit dry. After I doctored it a little, it tasted much better. I guess I should stick with the basic mid roast beef. After all, that’s what made them famous!

Let me start off with the wait time. No one in front of me and I waited for 15 minutes to receive my meal in the drive thru. I overheard someone working explain to looks like a manager that there was no bread for the beef n cheddar that I ordered. The manager informed her there’s more but frozen, bring it out and microwave it. I didn’t put much thought into it until I am home now in San Ramon, and my bread is hard as a rock. Wth? Although I don’t live next door, the fact that the fries were cold was no better than the hard bread. Very dissatisfied!

Service is okay. People are friendly. But it’s funny every time I come in, anytime of the day, there’s always a line in the drive thru.

By far the worst arbys ive ever been to. They put so much mayonnaise on the burgers its disgusting. The food is never hot its always old and funny looking. The frys always taste like old oil like they never clean there fryer. Never come here!

This was the 1st time in 20 years that I tried Arby’s. Now I know why. I wanted to try their brisket sandwich which I got to go. When I got home and unwrapped the sandwich it did not look anything like the picture hanging over the counter at Arby’s. The pictures show a bun that is jammed full of thin slices of brisket. There were 2 very thin slices of meat, a piece of cheese and three small soggy onion rings. The cost was $ 6. All I could taste was the barbecue sauce. Do not waste your time or your money stopping at the Pleasanton Arby’s or you will surely be sorry.

Dropped by here on the way back from a road trip, and it was a very welcome change from all the other fast food places we’d been going to. The first thing we noticed is that this place is clean and tidy, even the restrooms. I ordered a new menu item, the BBQ Beef Brisket sandwich and it was really, really good. Tender juicy brisket with sweet pickles and soft King’s Hawaiian bread… mmmmmm. Kids loved the Mr. Men and Little Miss kids meals and toys which were surprisingly good quality. Another stand-out was the customer service. After a long road-trip we got used to slovenly fast-food service, but here, the service was competent and efficient. Will definitely make a point of coming here again next time we are in this area!

They have the best fish sandwich of all the fast food type restaurants, however they don’t have it all the time. Nice large filet of fish(not a pressed patty like McD’s), lots of lettuce, and a good sauce. I like to add the Horsey sauce for an little added kick. The other food is pretty good, too. A better option to the usual fast food burger.

Clean and the food is good. Few people on weekend as it is in a business center area. Love Cordon Bleu.

The beef brisket sandwich with the onion rings in it are surprisingly good. It’s not the typical Arby’s reconstituted meat product, but actual meat. It is tender, juicy, and perfectly cooked. I would compare it to a real BBQ restaurant and its equally good. I went through the drive thru and ordered this around noon. No lines, no traffic, good service.

First time ever to try the food at Arby’s. I had roast beef sandwich with cheese. I asked for the sauce but they forgot. It was okay and fulfilling to my hungry tummy. I will try it again for sure together with their curly fries or other thing on the menu list. Service was fast too. So far, no complain.

i’ve been to this arby’s location a number of times, and yesterday may be the last time. i will just go to another arbys location in another city, to avoid rude customer service and slow workers. EVERYONELOOKEDLIKETHEYHATEDTHEIRJOB, even my little brother asked why the manager looked so mad or sad. point being they are all unfriendly. –no greeting when we walked in –cashier rolled her eyes at us when we ordered and at the things we ordered –creepy kitchen staff that stare with a creepy faces and smirks –manager sucks –food was okay. you can’t really expect much from arbys. –i am very polite and there was no reciprocation. no you’re welcome after i say thank you, no smile when i smile to pick up my order, not even a thank you for picking this place to eat. seriously they all should reconsider their profession if they want to work in the food industry, even more so in customer service. and if that’s not possible don’t ward off your customers with rude attitudes and creepy workers. i went there for food, but this in-store experience deserves NOSTARS, which is why i’ve given 2 stars.

Well My last few Arbys experience’s have certainly been more enjoyable than this one. I have always been a fan of Arbys and from what I can remember, had never had a disappointing meal with them. It had also been several years since I had been to one so, when I found out that they had one in Dublin? My babe(also a fan) and I, popped in the car and headed on over. The place is your average size for a fast food joint. The interior(in a way) reminds me of the 80’s, with the whole outdated color scheme and ambiance. Quite a few familiar things looked pretty appealing and even the curly fries though, today I was more in my health conscious mode and decided to go with there new Grand Turkey Swiss burger with bacon on wheat. It usually comes with mayo though, I opted out. I got the combo which comes with your choice of any side(which I really think is cool) you can choose from fried cheese sticks, jalapeño poppers, curly fries and something else I can’t recall. I decided to go for the Jalapeño poppers and an Iced tea for my drink. My babe got the combo of some classic Arbys roast beef burger with curly fries and a dc. Everything came to a total of like $ 13. and some change. It took the average fast food waiting time to get your food. When receiving nothing looked to mouthwatering appealing except for the curly fries. The turkey in my burger tasted more on the dry side the bacon was pretty bad with it being too hard and tasting almost manufactured. The bread(which I did not eat all of) was pretty good. The jalapeño poppers(with the two I had) were probably the least favorite I have ever had. They really lacked in any sort of flavor at all and the breading(typical fast food) was similar to a microwavable appetizer. I did have a bite of my babes curly fries which still remained as delicious as I remember. Overall, the item I got this time certainly didn’t compare to others however, it does not have me not wanting to come back and try the classics. The service was sincere and friendly, the price of course you can’t beat and the restaurant did appear to be pretty clean. I certainly will be back to visit again.

First time at an Arby’s! The main reason I came here was because I was thirsty and lazy. Long day at work, no seat on the Bart train and I get to sit in 580 East traffic. Drive-thru it is! I only got a large Diet Dr Pepper(so happy to see it on the menu!) and a snack of mozzarella sticks. You get 4 pieces, pretty large in size and crunchy. But SOOOO Salty! They were like salt licks! The saltiest things ever. I ate one and thought Hmm, maybe it was just that one. So I took a bite of another. Nope. Yucky! So don’t get the moz sticks! Service was great… it was drive-thu.
