Hands down the WORST subway I’ve EVER been to. I went there yesterday and got the turkey and black forrest ham. It was the only food I had in my system yesterday. And it ended up making me VERY sick. And they make crappy sandwhiches and they even charge you if your sandwhich is toasted are you freakin kidding me. I live in San ramon and the Subway on Bollinger in the Safeway shopping center is the best one around. They dont charge you to get your sandwhich toasted. The prices in the pleasanton one is MUCH higher than the one in San Ramon. Dont waste your time going to the Hopyard subway.

The subway on hopyard is interesting one. They can’t fold a sandwich in half if their life depended on it. Happens EVERYTIME. You unwrap it and the whole thing falls apart.

This review is on the employee «Robert» he will skimp on every ingredient even if you ask for more. Never going here again when he is working. I’m not sure what the name of the girl that works there but she makes a perfect sandwich every time which is why I frequent this one. I now know better. Otherwise 5 stars

I’m completely done with subways restaurants all together, last week I was in sacramento. I ate at the subway off Madison and collage oaks, I got so sick to my stomach. I wrote it off, Cause I love subway; until I had subway at the hopyard location in pleasanton last night. I woke up at 4am so sick to my stomach causing me to throw up! I had bad experience in both locations within a week of each other. I will NEVER EVER eat at ANY subways again.

Normally I wouldn’t come to Subway, but this time I was craving a cheap and filling dinner for me and my wallet. This particular location isn’t bad, as I distinctly remember the friendly server and the extra pepperoni that she was able to add free of charge. As far as food goes, a Subway is a Subway, and you get what you pay for. The meatball marinara isn’t $ 5 anymore though.

This is the Subway in the mall. I don’t know what it was… was I too late in the day? 6:30pm?
But walked in. I could smell the cleaner — which is good to know it’s clean but not what I want to eat around. That’s fine, I was just getting a sandwich for my son.
Ordered, they had what I needed.
It was fine, the service fine, but meh, I’ve experienced better.

Only had half an hour for lunch today. and I know I can always rely on Subway being a go to spot!
This Subway is clean and definitely keeps the line moving! Went to lunch around 12:25 today and made it back to the office before my 1:00 meeting!
I always go for the Spicy Italian on Honey Oat, but today I ordered the Turkey and Ham on Honey Oat, which is a great alternative.
Will definitely be coming back here when I need a fast place to eat!

It wasn’t awful but yet, it’s still Subway. Just like McDonald’s, you can expect a certain level of consistency and a lack of great ingredients.
When we stopped, the shopping center parking lot was really full. It was difficult to find a spot. There wasn’t one customer in the store until we entered. That worried me. It didn’t look dirty but it didn’t look clean either.
The people behind the counter were friendly and efficient, but I could hardly hear them, and we had to repeat ourselves several times.
I got half an Italian BMT, which is the only sandwich I (sort of) like. I don’t really care whether it’s 6 inches long or 5.5 – it’s half a sandwich. The bread at Subway still disappoints, but it’s not nearly as bad as when I first tried their stores in 1990. Their meats and cheeses are McDonald’s-quality choices. Don’t expect much.
The taste was exactly what you’d expect from Subway.

Subway I like you. You are simple and not over the top with flash.
This Subway in particular is one that I enjoy.
Notes
–This Subway is very clean even down to the staff. I came in and one of the guys was on the phone. He put it down right away and washed his hands for the full amount of time needed and then came to get my order. I find a lot of places rush to get you out of their way so its nice to see someone take the time to stay clean with your food.
— Everything seems fresh for Subway standards so I dont have any complaints about that at all. I walk into Subway knowing what I am getting into.
–Service is nice and the employee was simple and friendly.
I am happy to give this place 5 stars. It might seem like I am a bit loose with this rating but in terms of Subways this is the nicest one ive been in.

Today was my first time coming to this Subway. The staff was very friendly and the shop was very clean inside. The food bins looked really clean and organized and were filled with food versus being half empty. I went in around noon which is typical lunch rush time, so for the store to look like that, I give them major props. I worked for Subway for 3 years, and to be able to keep a shop looking like that, especially around the lunch rush, is really impressive. Good job!

My son was getting the cold cut combo with double meat while I was a few doors down picking up our Honey Baked Ham. I was wondering what the charge was for double meat and looked at his receipt — just a single line item of the total. This is the third Subway we have seen with a vague receipt. Seems like a good way for an owner to make some extra $$$. Seemed a little strange to pay $ 10+ for a sandwich and drink, but maybe that double meat thing is $ 3 or $ 4?

Came in at 1 PM and ordered the Chicken Teriyaki 6 inch with Sweet Onion Dressing. It was a full house about 8 people in Line. A confusion arose when one of the crew asked someone what sauce they wanted in their sandwich. The woman responded, and they proceeded to dress the sandwich with her requested sauce. The problem was it wasnt her sandwich. So we all had a brief delay on our food orders of about 3 – 5 minutes. They recovered quickly and I was very impressed. My sandwich came out warm, well structured, decent.

The customer service here is outstanding. I don’t usually go to Subway, but they always do a great job here. Not only are the sandwiches better than most any Subway I’ve been too, but the staff is extremely friendly and accommodating.
I’ll continue to be a loyal customer for as long as I work nearby.

Haven’t actually been to a subway in quite a while, but decided to come here for breakfast this morning. I got the english muffin with egg whites, ham, and a bunch of veggies. I really enjoyed it.
My only real big issue with my experience is I got up to the cashier, and asked if there were free refills on the coffee when I was paying he said yes, so I got a cup. Then as I was leaving I walked up to get a refill, and as he was handing me my refill he said there’s usually no refills, but that it’s okay this time. Well fine then don’t tell me there are! And proceed to get me one! I don’t wanna feel like I have to tip someone, because he’s doing me some sort of favor getting me a refill, just tell me the truth from the start when I’m paying.

Best Subway Ever!!! Seriously, other Subways should take notes from this place…
Came in for lunch, they are fast, efficient, and generous! If you ask for extra pickles, onions, or whatever, they will give it to you and with a smile on their face. Their bread was warm, toppings were super fresh, and everything was clean.
If I’m ever working in the Pleasanton area again, I’m definitely hitting this place up for lunch again and again, it’s healthy, fast, and super yummy!!! Everyone who worked there had a smile on their face too!
