I absolutely loved the treatment I was given, I thought they were fantastic people. Ann and Jenny are fantastic at listening to what you would like and will try as hard as they can to ensure you are happy

I honestly love to come here. The ladies do a wonderful job at shellac manicures. I like in oakland but I don’t mind coming all the way out to pleasanton for their service. But that’s what they kind of lack in. I had an experience that wasn’t too great and actually had me second guessing if I even would come back. One day I came on my lunch to get a manicure done. Luckily the shop wasn’t too busy, almost wasn’t busy at all so I thought I would somewhat be in & out of there. I was greeted by one lady(not good with names) who sat me down and brought over the nail colors to me. I’m sitting there for almost TENMINUTES before a technician comes to put acetone on my nails… and that’s all she did. so as I’m letting my nails soak in the acetone another customer walks in and she is helped right away by the staff, but mind you I’ve been sitting there for a little more than 15 minutes and the furthest I’ve got was getting my nails soaked in acetone. I was kind of like«you’ve got to be kidding me» by this time it’s been about 20 minutes before anyone has started my manicure. I shouldn’t be soaking my nails in acetone for 10 minutes. more like 5… so once I thought that I was finally done being tossed around a third technician comes to remove the acetone but she doesn’t even start my manicure instead she goes to help another customer that JUSTWALKEDINTHEDOOR when I’ve been sitting there for more than 20 minutes. Mind you I’ve been coming to the shop on a regular for about 3 months… I just felt the staff was very rude that day something was off and I felt very offended… I was being tossed around and barley even helped. I asked the technician if there was a problem but she wanted to act like she didn’t know what I was saying so I didn’t say no more. It sucks bc they do really well at the shop…

Nail bar, football, all they need is a bar! Satisfied with my $ 26 gel mani. They were busy but accommodating to everyone who walked through the door with a little wait.

This is a best place to get mani and pedi done. Also, they have good customer services. Especially, employees and employer are very friendly. I LOVEJC nails forever.

This salon is adorable and I really thought I was going to like it here but they are deceptive about their prices and did a terrible job on my upsold gel manicure. I got the middle package for my pedicure which was fairly nice but the polish(not gel) was uneven and messy, something I didn’t truly notice until I was outside. I wanted to try out a color on my toes that was different from my fingers and they literally laughed at me for having two different colors but hey it’s my choice and I had a reason for it. But my gel manicure on my hands was the biggest disappointment. I asked just for gel. No special treatments. The woman helping me asked if I wanted a massage of the arms(something I get at every other salon included with a manicure) and before I said anything she just went on with it, so I thought it came with it. Then she asked if I wanted the hot paraffin wax and when I asked how much she mumbled something resembling«comes with» so I went with that too. After all was said and done it was $ 75 for both! To top that off they take credit for payment but not tip. They wanted to charge $.50 to get cash out of my own account to tip them, with a minimum of $ 20 out of the machine but they had no change to give me back if I tipped with that which is funny considering they only accept cash tips! I instead went to my own bank across the street to get a tip of my own choosing. She of course said«we expect nothing» but they sure made it so I had to tip a lot. I was not about to tip $ 20 on a $ 75 mani/pedi that they hid the costs on. And after I left I not only realized my toes were sloppy but the two coats of gel on my fingers were so thin they are see-through and streaky. Biggest waste of my money. I will not be coming back here.

I’ve been to many nail salons all around this area and I always come back to JC Nails. The manicurists do such a great job. I’ve never had a manicure or pedicure I didn’t like. I love all of the pedicure options. Lots of color options. Everyone is friendly. The place is clean and my nails always look good. I am a huge fan of shellac. And this is one of the only places where it actually stays on my nails. I think just about everyone there has done my nails. I think Tin does an excellent job! Request him if you get the chance! Some reviews mention they are a little pricey. I disagree. You get what you pay for. This place is worth it!

I’m new to the Dublin area so as I was looking for furniture I noticed a couple of doors down a nail salon that was a bar. I thought that was cool so I went as a walk in. I stated I wanted a color change only. I had one young man prep my gel nails in foil, a young lady change my feet color and she started my nails yet another young man finished my gel. As my gel was coming off the young girl and I had small talk and she asked if it was my first time there and I said yes. As she finished taking off the gel she started doing things like a manicure. I felt like it was too much yet I figured I was getting extra since it was my first time. When all was done I was told $ 36. I said oh no way. Not for a color change. The second guy stated she did a manicure. I said I didn’t ask for that. So needless to say they had poor communication I ended up paying $ 30. I gave all three people that work on me a tip. It was a great experience other than the mix up. Everyone was very pleasant. I can’t wait to go again. I have a new nail place

LOOOOVVVVEEEE!!! You get your nails done at an adorably chic bar. Why didn’t I think of this?! Employees are so gracious and kind, salon is impeccably clean and very upscale — will never go anywhere else. My nails turned out BEAUTIFUL. Absolutely love this little gem.

I usually don’t post negative reviews and only try to reward great service. But this is not the case with JC nails. Unfortunately I didn’t receive great service. I get my nails done to relax and have great looking nails and toes right? It’s one luxury I allow myself. I live right by JC nails, so I thought I’d give them a try. I wish I had not. It’s a typical nail salon, nothing special about it. Actually, when I asked for the message chair to be turned on, they seems to look at me like I was crazy, laughed a bit between themselves, and then put it on, but it was all the way at the top, not even hitting my back. I couldn’t reach the control, so I just shook around until it turned off. Why have a message chair if you’re not going to allow your customers to use it? That’s not why my review is bad. It’s bad because I was up sold on my pedicure. Which is common, but they made me believe that I couldn’t only choose from the top two(most expensive) packages. When I asked about just a regular pedicure, they responded with more up-selling. Annoying. Just do what I want. Then. It was not relaxing at all. My foot massage was kind of intense making me move all around. And the girl doing my nails was all over the place with the cuticle clippers, trying to go so fast. SLOWDOWN! This is my skin lady! 7 of my 10 fingers have cuts on them. SEVEN! One she cut so bad that it bleed for about 20 minutes. They had a really hard time completing my manicure because of the blood. They of course apologized… but it sucked! It hurt so bad and it looks like crap! Now every time I wash my hands, it stings terribly. They offered me nothing. Tried to have me pay full price. When I told them I didn’t want to pay full price, they tried to question me about it. Would you pay full price for painful and ugly cuts all over your fingers? Probably not. Next time I’ll put my fingers in a meat grinder for free to achieve this look. Better business sense would have had them give me a service at a discounted rate for next time. Make it up to me. But no. Nothing. 5 $ off. Never coming back here. That’s for sure.

Pro: –took me right in at lunch without an appt –speed. Took off my very old nails that were coming off. Cleaned the nails. And redid a pink and white set in basically an hour –quality was obviously important to them — the TVs were a nice distraction — like my nails a lot. Very happy Con: I’d say the only one was the price. $ 39 for a pink and white fill is pretty steep. Plus everyone was leaving quite generous tips so it ran me $ 50 bucks. That’s a lot. I’ll probably keep checking around just for the price issue but may end up here anyway.
