Phở is good. Fast service(7:00 pm sun) and clean and fast. They have plenty of space for big families. And is nice looking for a date too. The food as i said is good i tried the phở(sea) and it was good other then that ive been there only once but ill return.

Phở is decent here. Not a standout, but good. Portions seem a bit on the small side. Seafood combo was a bit light on the seafood and heavy on the noodles. I would have preferred more soup than noodle but I suspect most people are the opposite. Broth was nicely flavored. They only served cilantro with it as well. I like having both basil or cilantro with basil being a preference. The place is nicer than your average phở place. Service was very good.

Not feeling that great so decided to get some soup Togo. The beef stew soup was perfect. Tasted great and the small is definitely a large portion for one person. Not really a soup person un less if I’m sick, but this one was better than I expected, I could see myself having this on any rainy day . So nice to try something new, I’m all about new things, people need to step out of there box and just order something they have never had before

I have been trying out a lot of the Vietnamese restaurants in the area and this restaurant is a solid 3 stars. The food is really just middle of the road, and the portions are smaller than other Vietnamese restaurants with similar prices. The service is comprised of just 1 waitress who looks bored most of the time, but will help you if you call her over. Restaurant was clean enough but mostly empty when I was eating there(it was a Thursday night).

I came here many times when I was sick and even ordered take out but the last time I went I was so appalled that I refuse to go back. Here is what happened… I brought my boyfriend here for the first time. I was so excited for us to find a new phở place here in California. I had been about 5 times before… one week I had gone three times!(I was sick so I welcomed the soup). We had ordered and they give you a choice between large or small. In my opinion… The only size difference is the bowl because I ordered a small and he ordered a large and it was the same amount! Same thing happened when we did take out! I have pictures to prove that they don’t give you much. When we brought it to the attention of staff(an Asian woman) she responded in such a rude and embarrassing way. She said she doesn’t deal with that it’s the kitchen. Then my boyfriend said he didn’t want it anymore so she said«why you no pay… everybody else pay…» She took it off bill and my boyfriend still did not want the soup and she just argued with us loudly. I couldn’t believe what she said. To top it off… and this makes me laugh. The busboy was talking in his phone while cleaning the tables. Never again. Found a new place in Dublin.

Compared to other Thai restaurants, I think the food lacks auntencity. I have been here a few times and it was bad. Their Chicken fried rice is just very dry chicken. I also have doubts on their quality of the chicken. does not seem to be fresh.

Came 2 times. Both times phở broth cold. No basil or lemon with the sprouts. Cilantro only? We never had cilantro on phở before and my 2 tuff not generous portion of rare beef couldn’t cook in the cold soup. 1st visit had very little noodles. Skimping a bit?

Went here for lunch. We ordered the Combo Phở and Pork Chop with Egg Cake over Ric, the Vietnamese Egg Roll. Both dishes were ok but the appetizer wasn’t very good. Not outstanding food but not bad either. Prices are higher than in the Peninsula. Good enough to return. Walking distance from work. Service is prompt and friendly. Need to try other places before coming back here.

I was surprised it took me a year to catch Phở Tastic when I live right blown the street! They offer a very extensive menu, the drinks being the most diverse and different from other Vietnamese places I’ve dined(pineapple coconut milk, leche and jackfruit milkshakes…). The portions are large, but I found my shrimp noodles a little simplistic and overtaken by the noodles.

Phở Tastic is a great place for lunch any day of the week! The first time I tried the place I was lucky to walk in just prior to the lunch rush. Let me tell you it is packed at lunch time. Service is quick and really friendly. I have tried a few items on the menu and am yet to get a dish I was not happy with. Their Phở is great, and its because the meat, noodles, etc are always fresh. The portions sizes seem to me to be just right and the perfect blend. To make the place that much better the people there are always so nice and helpful. If your in east bay and looking for a great Phở place I would tell you to stap by Phở Tastic!!!

The only reason I come here is because it’s close to my house. Food is ok. I only get phở. Terrible service. I’m always looking for napkins, spoons, or forks. Almost always empty. I suggest Phở Saigon in Dublin.

Average phở soup but good enough to return. Service is fine and so is the ambience. Wife thought her soup was on the salty side and I thought the soup lacked complexity. Also feel like we are in a fishbowl sitting near the windows at night.

Phở-not-so-tastic Please don’t call this phở if you’re missing the bean sprouts, jalapeño, basil, and lemon. I got a large phở to go. I thought I was missing a bag with the small portion they packed. And the single tiny packet of hoisin sauce and sriracha, puh-lease. To their credit, the food was fresh and nicely packaged. The broth for the phở was definitely lacking flavor. I liked the freshness of the meat but there just wasn’t enough. I have never finished a whole order of phở– small or large. I’m a little lady, and I was still hungry. I also got their fresh summer roll. This was good. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning. If you never had phở, this is a good starter place. But if you want the real deal, go to Saigon Café in Livermore.

There bun, phở, and spring rolls here are amazing. Their bun here had the perfect ratio of vermincili to vegetables. I had the egg rolls over it & the egg rolls were perfect and filling. It was crispy and you could tell it was freshly made, not premise and put out for like 30 minutes. Their phở was good too, the soup was flavorful, I drank all the soup. Their spring rolls were perfect. It had the perfect ratio of everything & they poached the shrimp perfectly. I don’t like peanut sauce, but my mom said she loved it & was better than most other places. Overall, I would keep coming back to this place.

I had the Pork Verm bowl. Pork didn’t have the real BBQ grilled taste(wasn’t cooked on a real grilled to impart that flavor) and hence I was disappointed. But being spoiled for years with SF lunches does not surprise me in my disappointment.

Don’t get the Shaking Beef dish here. I ordered it to go and they did not warn me about how much sauce is in the container. so I just carried the bag normally and when I opened it to get the food out, a bunch of sauce leaked out from the container into the bag. :(It also didn’t taste very good, the beef was hard to chew and didn’t have a lot of flavor. I’ve gotten other dishes here, the phở tai and the grilled pork vermicelli bowl, and they were okay.

My experience at Phở Tastic was not fantastic. I kept my expectations low, but I was still slightly disappointed. This restaurant is probably the cleanest Vietnamese restaurant that I’ve ever been to. It’s also fairly new, very spacious with clean carpets & painted walls, and their bathrooms were quite large for an Asian restaurant. Their interior is very nice, with large windows as their walls. It’s a pretty restaurant to dine at in Pleasanton. As for the food, it was very mediocre. I love Phở and it’s the main item that I usually order whenever I go to a Vietnamese restaurant. The price is fair, but I was disappointed when I order their large bowl. Once I received my bowl of Phở, I immediately knew that their portions was less than your average bowl that you’ll get at a typical Vietnamese restaurant. I came here for dinner and as expected, I wasn’t full at all. For lunch, the portions would be fine; but for dinner, you’ll probably need to order more food than just a bowl of their Phở. I liked their numerous items on their menu, including their impressive different choices of milk tea. There are a lot of positive attributes to this restaurant, such as their cleanliness, their speed of service, their interior design and their different choices of items on their menu. As for the quality of their food, it was very mediocre and their portions were on the smaller side. I don’t think I would come here for dinner again, but I may come here for lunch next time.

Yes it resembles an old fast-food restaurant — partial because it used to be a Carl’s Jr — but that’s besides the point. The phở here is good, not«Photastic» but it’s pretty good. Much like Martina M, my go to is usually another Phở place in Dublin which shall remain anonymous, but THIS place is literally a walk down the street. It’s the 2nd asian cuisine place in their shopping center and I’d like to see it grow(the first being the fun little sushi bar down the way). It’s a good price, as expected, an ok broth, but the size is intimidating. I almost feel that they could get rid of the cue line, make those tables, cut the restaurant in half and make the other half a mini asian market… I mean it’s a big space for a phở joint(in Ptown), yes there are larger places(i.e. like in Vegas) but they’re always filled no matter when it is. Here, you’re playing towards a slowly growing asian community that is already familiar with going to our neighbor to the east to gather our asian delicacies. But to Phở Tastic I say cook onward and upward! Add a Bahn Mi and I’ll personally be a happier camper — then again you don’t have to less you change your name to «Phở Get About It» and make whatever Vietnamese dishes you want. enjoy.
