This is my second time here and it’s delicious as ever. The first time we were here, we were starving, as we didn’t have anything to eat all day. We craved Phở and appreciated the fact that this seemed like the only phở place open after 10pm. The food was spectacular and everything was so savory. We had the chicken wings and shrimp spring rolls as an appetizer. The peanut sauce for the spring rolls was delicious and I don’t know what it is about the chicken wings, but the salty, carmelized, lightly fried batter coating each piece was bomb. Each piece was too good. My sister got the regular-sized seafood phở with vermicelli noodles and I got the beef phở. They were both pretty good and have plenty of flavor without the need to add anything extra. We went again today to see if it was actually as good as the first time we went, because we weren’t as hungry as this time. The food was still fantastic today. I got the Dry vermicelli noodles this time with the grilled shrimp. It was pretty tasty and fresh, perfect for these hot summer days. Only thing I would advise is BYOC(bring your own chopsticks!), they provide the stick-like ones that splinter easily.

I’ve been coming here since they first opened. The phở is always consistent and good. I’ve had the chicken and the beef. The chicken is good and the beef is nicely cooked and very lean. The last time I went I had a craving for spring rolls. The fresh rolls here were always very good and they seem very proud of them. This time, it was a different experience. The roll was very tough, like it had been refrigerated overnight. The peanut sauce had no peanut flavor and was very gooey, like it was mostly honey. On the other hand, the fried egg rolls were much better than they had been in the past. More flavor, very crispy and fresh. So, a hit and a miss.

I used to like this way more, now it sucks with all the changes, I must be some managements changes. The spring rolls were huge and loaded up before! Now it’s 60% lettuce, who puts lettuce in spring rolls? Never again. Also the table condiments used to be better.

I came here on a Saturday afternoon. There wasn’t a ton of people, which I prefer. Our waiter was very kind and patient while I ordered, which I really appreciate.

The food was so delicious! Went with my parents when we were in the area and craving phở, and found this place on Unilocal. The owner is super nice and made our dinner a very enjoyable one This place gets pretty busy, but totally worth it!

So sad this place changed owners. I love how everything was fresh and the staff was so friendly. Now it just seems like any other phở place. Food was ok. Service was ok. Just miss the old owner.

My favorite place for phở in the east bay. But it seems to be under new management with a new name now. Does anyone know what happened? The food and service is still good but we miss the former owner and staff.

This spot is in close proximity to the theatre and shopping, what could go wrong?! Phở is good however this place is missing quite a few staples for a Vietnamese cuisine restaurant. There’s limited variety in the menu and such as having mainly imitation crab meat in the Seafood noodles order – no squid, fishball, fish patty, etc. WHY?! Also, they do not serve avacado milk shake. 3 stars for having«NOMSG» in their dishes.

Excellent, flavorful food at fair prices. Friendly staff. Cute décor, though it’s a rather small space. Give their lettuce pork wraps and chicken phở a try!

This place is kind of hard to find, but once you do, you won’t regret it, especially since the wait isn’t long, even with the after movie rush. My phở was good. My friend’s rice dish was good. What will make me come back again and again are the chicken wings. Crispy, juicy, yum! Dare I say, the best I’ve ever had? Things for the restaurant to work on: timing of food that is being brought out. Chicken wings were brought out first. Makes sense, then 5 minutes later, my phở, then 10 minutes later, my friend’s rice dish. Pro-tip: order an app so everyone has something to snack on while they bring out the food at random times. Pro-tip: to find the place, walk away from the movie theater, towards the fountain, past Fudrucker’s and make a right down the first alley.

Loved this place! Customer service: 5⁄5 Phở: 5⁄5 Didn’t finish my soup so I asked for a to go bowl and they did it for me AND gave me more broth without even asking. Great phở too, not too salty.

My favorite phở place ever! I started to like phở after trying this place and finally decided to travel around Vietnam for phở lol. This place is very clean unlike other phở places in this area. They use clean and healthy ingredients(no MSG yay!).

Cute little place tucked away by the Hacienda theater. I had the #9 dry noodle bowl. My husband had phở with beef and meatballs. My dish was perfect. Filling yet fresh and healthy. My husband enjoyed his as well… her didn’t care for the.meatballs. Got a stamp card. We’ll be back!

Nice to get a bowl of soup nearby the movie theatre. Small place that is constantly moving tables to accommodate the crowds. Soup was clear so they decant the solids off nicely and they work hard on making the broth. Service is somewhat slow as its busy here. I wouldn’t come here just for the Phở as there are quieter, more peaceful places I prefer but this is fine for a movie night.

Sorry, just because the restaurant is located in Dublin, doesn’t give it the right to charge an arm and a leg. I ordered the eggrolls, combination rice plate and a regular combo phở? Really? The regular I swear is a small bowl. Usually when I go eat at a phở restaurant, I can NEVER finish a small bowl. This bowl I did. and still got room to eat some more… The cook here has a sweet tooth. The fish sauce(nuoc mam) tasted like candy. so damn sweet… the combo rice plate, ugh. the meats were marinated in too much sugar! The phở broth was sweet as well… I had to drown it in Sriracha sauce to counter balance the sweetness… Never ever coming back! Nasty as $#@&!

While the service was quick and nice and prices were reasonable, the food was fairly blah. I had a bowl of chicken phở, which was pretty bland, and the spring rolls were the same – pretty bland. It wasn’t a bad spot, but I wouldn’t make any effort to go back again.

The first couple times we went it was springtime. So we sat outside and the weather was nice and we enjoyed ourselves. The food wasn’t too bad either. However, I just recently went again and my boyfriend ended up getting food poisoning from some super old chicken in his noodle dish. I am not a picky or discerning eater but I could tell that chicken was old as time. Like week old leftovers that stinks of «fridge» or «freezer». You know the smell and taste. It was so gross he just left his chicken bits on the side of his plate and ended up spending the night in the bathroom. The food here is also slightly more expensive than other phở places, and they aren’t as generous with their meats. And no one paid attention to us after we got our food, but the white lady and her kid got doted on. Not of a fan of this kind of «young Asians don’t need service at an Asian restaurant» vibe. These stars are for the décor and location.

Okay It’s not quite 4 start but it’s also not 3 star. Something in between for sure! Although it is hidden on the side between all the other big name restaurant chains and stores this little restaurant can get busy during lunch time. We came here at 1 and became packed very fast. First the good part. It is cheap and it conveniently located right next to the movie theater. They have a kids menu which I appreciate as my youngest loves phở but my oldest likes the BBQ chicken and I was very happy that I didn’t have to order the entrée size! The server/owner was nice and fast in taking our orders and bringing out our food and very attentive on our needs such as bringing out scissor to cut my son’s noodles and even bringing a cup with ice as the broth was super hot and my child was so hungry and couldn’t wait to devour his phở! But if you ask me if I this is a good phở place I would say NOPE. Definitely not the best place. I was sad to see that my rice noodles were all stuck together and were actually dry! How is that possible… The broth was okay not as rich and deep as I like but overall can’t complain as it did fill our bellies. My son loved the chicken and when I tasted a piece it actually was not bad either. Would we come here again just to eat phở. probably not, but would we grab a bowl if we are already here probably! :)

Went here for lunch last week because my co-worker raved about it. & boy was she was right. This place is hidden next to the Hacienda theaters. As soon as we walked in we were greeted & seated. They were pretty busy too as it was lunchtime on a Thursday. There was one guy that was a server, cashier & bus boy. It was pretty amazing to see. I wouldn’t be surprised if he was also the owner because you can tell you really liked what he was doing. The place itself was all decorated for the holidays, like decked out! I love it! When you order tea, it comes in a little teapot that has a diffuser since they serve loose tea, pretty legit. I ordered #14: Bun Chay, vegetarian. It was so yummy! Gah, so full! Oh FYI for all the vegetarians out there, there is a green ‘V’ by all dishes that are offered as vegetarian :) Just went on their website to double-check the name of the dish that I ordered & noticed that they have ONLINEORDERING available. Pretty cool! & also NOMSG in any of their dishes! That’s awesome! Great, quick & friendly service & delicious food! I will for sure be back :)
