Pizza Guys

The staff is fast and courteous. They all seem to remember us and what we like. Our boys love the pizza, always pepperoni. They treat everyone well but are especially great with regular customers. We like the artichoke fiesta pizza. Excellent service and very reliable.

This place was awesome! I’m picky with my pizza and have generally been having a difficult time finding a good place in Pleasanton. I will definitely be ordering from here again.

Today was my first time at pizza guys and everything was amazing. We got the chipotle chicken pizza, cheesy garlic bread and cinnamon sticks. It was the best pizza I have had in a while. Ken and Brandon we incredibly sweet and helpful and even gave us free ice cream. I will definitely be coming back here.

Great customer service and food. The pasta they have is pretty good, especially as far as a pizza place is concerned. The employees were extremely nice and friendly and let me try some of their gluten free pizza for free which was delicious. I’ll definitely be going back there again.

Ken was very helpful, and was great with helping us out. One of the few places that actually care about customer service, highly recommended.

This is my go to pizza place while I’m at work… I’ve never been a fan of pizza (I know I know who doesn’t like pizza) but I literally love their California Garlic Chicken pizza! So delish! They deliver pretty quickly too :) I work at the residence inn so I’m always recommending them over the other choices we offer here because of their great deals and choices! Thanks again Greg for hooking it up for our housekeeper appreciation week since today is pizza day! We love you here at the Residence inn Pleasanton!

I’m pretty amazed that these guys make a pretty awesome pizza and deliver it so fast! I would never thought to call pizza guys if it wasn’t for the hotel I was in. And their prices are descent.

Brandon at Pizza Guys is a great example of what a great employee is. Greeted us. Gave us good choices and was friendly and helpful. Refreshing change from most places. Pizza was decent. The customer service will bring us back.

We ordered garlic bread. We do not eat meat. But as we opened the box we found a piece of bacon in the box. They made another one. The garlic bread was good but I would be little uncomfortable going next time.

First time ordering pizza for delivery online. We live in San Ramon & they still delivered our order to us. Delivery came much sooner than expected; we placed our order online at around 7pm & the website stated our order would arrive at 7:50. However, it is now 7:59 & we have pretty much finished our pizza. Plus, who doesn’t love free ice cream. Definitely will be ordering from this location again.

Positives:
They deliver as late as 9:33 (they close at 10 p.m.) and I was told they would take an order as late as 9:59 p.m. although I’m incredulous.
Negatives:
Slow ordering process
Pizza is delivered warm not hot
Pizza is very average tasting
Although I always tip, I get annoyed when a tip is demanded

First off, props to these guys for staying open later than almost all the other pizza joints. Secondly, don’t listen to the negative reviews! The pizza was SO good and the guy who helped us found a great deal for us, not to mention being super friendly and fast. We got a double pepperoni pizza with lots of cheese and it was perfect! Great stop on our way home from a late Dublin show. Go Torpedoes!

Pizza is always good and customer service is the best around. Sadly it is rare to get GREAT customer service these days, but when you do it makes an impression. This place does it right. Keep up the great work.

What a difference new management makes! Don’t be swayed by old negative reviews. Give them a shot! Great pizza at a price that can’t be beat. (My kids are addicted to Ham and pineapple.) I’ve lived around the corner from this location for 4 years. Tried it when i first moved in and was as not impressed. I was a dedicated Mtn mikes patron but found that my weekly visits were getting very costly. I gave Pizza Guys a try with a coupon about 9 months ago and now I ONLY go to them. Ken (who is the owner, I think) always makes me feel special and really all the employees go out of their way to provide excellent service. I only pick up since I live so close, so I can’t speak to delivery. But once I phone in an order it’s usually ready in about 12 min. If you’ve had a bad experience in the past or never tried I highly recommend giving them a call!

This is probably the best chain pizza in the area. The pizza is good and the people are extremely nice in there. We order for our office all the time

Great service! Ken took my order and was listening very attentively. He was very nice and friendly! The pizza is great and the delivery was fast!

My boyfriend and I recently moved out to Pleasanton and were really craving pizza. Luckily, the Pizza Guys put a coupon on our door advertising a two-​topping pizza and a 2-​liter of soda for $ 10, so we decided to try our luck and order pizza from them despite the recent Unilocal reviews.
Pros:
— The staff was friendly and knowledgable, greeted us as we walked in, and thanked us as we walked out with our fresh, hot pizza.
— The delivery guys now have bags to keep the pizzas warm as they are being delivered.
— We were told our pizza would be ready in 15 minutes, and it was! Prompt service.
— They never collect coupons either! You can use them over and over.
— Our pizza was fully cooked but the crust wasn’t burnt or super crispy; it was the perfect combination of chewy but cooked, and a great light brown color.
— The ingredients were fresh and the amount of toppings on our pizza was generous but not overpowering.

The Pizza Guys are under new management, and I really think that it has been a good thing for their business considering these older Unilocal reviews. We will definitely be returning here again!
