Honesty, integrity, trust and follow-through are sometimes words to describe only a hand full people, Especially in the customer service field. I very rarely give reviews, but I really felt that Rich went above and beyond what he was called to do. On his own time Rich called Rheem. He spoke on my behalf regarding the faulty parts that Rheem sent to fix my water heater that was still under warranty. Finally when the appropriate parts were received. Rich immediately came over and fixed my water heater. He refused to charge me for the visit because he felt very strongly that Rheem should’ve sent the appropriate parts the First time. I’m so grateful that I called Rich! I truly believe that he cares and will do whatever it takes to get the job done.

I had a great experience with Rich from Quality Indoor. My furnace was making a metal popping sound before the fan began to blow hot air. I went through my home warranty and Rich came out twice. The first time we couldn’t recreate the sound but the second time, Rich figured it out. It turned out to be a cheap fix of replacing the aluminum framed air filter that was rattling when the air turned on with a filter with a cardboard frame. The furnace runs so quiet. He also delivered a box of filters to my house for free and the cost per filter was lower than online. I didn’t know a thing about my furnace and Rich could have told me something was wrong with my furnace and billed my home warranty. I wouldn’t have known the difference. Instead, he was patient, honest, and explained everything to me. I would recommend Quality Indoor to all my friends.

Rich is a lifesaver! He is the king of troubleshooting! He was able to get my ancient heater back online in less than 15 minutes! And this summer he came out and got my original to my 1980’s house air-conditioner back running! He is so genuine, and will not sell you something you don’t need. Rich is truly a gem, and the Tri Valley is blessed with his services!

Rich Aldrich from Quality Indoor Environment Heating & Air Conditioning just came and serviced our A/C because it wasn’t working properly. Come to find out that the previous tech from a different company(who serviced our heater over the winter because it wasn’t working) purposely sabotaged our A/C connection by purposely bending back the fan connection wire. Rich caught this simple fix and told us of the sabotage. He says it’s unfortunately pretty common to find things like this(for some dishonest techs to «fix» the heater in the winter and make it so they get a call again in the spring for the A/C unit). So watch out! Thank goodness for us, Rich was honest and was in and out in less than 10 minutes. He could have come up with a «problem» to fix and charged us a lot(hey, I’m not an HVAC person… I would never know!) but he didn’t. And for this I’m grateful. That’s why I’m on here reviewing.
