Quest Diagnostics Incorporated

I’m giving all three stars to the women (all women so far) that work there. They are seriously over-​worked and do their best to maintain a pleasant environment. If I could give them 5 stars and base this on the staff only, that’s the way it would be.
Now for the Quest part… they need more employees there. They don’t care if you have to sit for two hours after fasting in the morning, because they are too cheap to add more staff. Then, I recently noticed that they have a shrinking staff doing more work. Before they just completed forms by hand, whereas now they have to key everything into the system. This probably adds five to ten minutes per patient. Then they got rid of the receptionist they had. I overheard one of them telling another she was starving because sh had been working for seven hours and couldn’t ever get just a second to eat. They didn’t mean for me to hear this and felt horrible that it might sound like they were complaining. This wasn’t the case at all.
So ZERO stars for Quest the Company, and Five stars for the nice people that work there and work so hard with too few resources.
