Since my first interaction with MD I’ve been pleased with my experience. From the phone conversation to in office, the staff was accommodating, patient, professional and just simply nice. Honestly, being nice to others is a lost art in my opinion.
I’m not new to Botox/​Dysport however, based on the knowledge and care from Dr. Gray, I felt as if it was my first experience. He was knowledgable, I wasn’t rushed, he spent time asking questions & listening, and simply sharing his wealth of information.
Would and will recommend MD Spa to my circle of friends and family.

Worst experience ever imagined — will never EVER go back to this Dr.

When Dr. Robert Gray performed my surgery neither Dr. Gray nor anyone at Lifestyle Lift informed me that he was leaving the practice. Had I known this I would not have had him do my surgery. On the day of my procedure he may have been in a hurry to get out of there; that might explain why he did such a lousy job on me. He left laser burns on my chin that remain red and raised after 14 months despite having steroid injections on three separate occasions by another doctor at LL. That same doctor had to re-​do the laser resurfacing on my upper lip area because Dr. Gray’s work was so shoddy. When I went to see Dr. Gray in his Pleasanton office after it became clear that the burns weren’t going away, he couldn’t get me out of his office fast enough. His complete lack of interest in the results of surgery or my need for corrective measures was astonishing. Dr. Gray and Lifestyle Lift had an obligation to inform me that he was leaving the practice and, in essence, abandoning me post-​op. Shame on them and shame on Dr. Gray for his callous treatment of a patient. It just goes to show that even with super qualifications (on paper) and board certifications, your surgeon should at least show an interest in you as a patient and want to correct any problems that arise from his handiwork. Dr. Gray showed no interest in my situation except for that of sending me back to LL for them to fix the mess he made.
