Basic subway. Seemed a bit understaffed at noon on a Saturday with only 2 people working. But they were still very quick and friendly. I ordered the turkey bacon and was really happy when I said I wanted everything on it, they were generous with the veggies. The store seemed really warm so we ate out in the mall. Definitely not as «nice» as a stand alone subway but I assume it’s because they’re in a mall. At least I didn’t end up paying fortune for lunch like I could’ve at one of the restaurants and subway is a step up from McDonald’s.

We went to Subway while shopping at Stoneridge mall. We ordered foot long rotisserie chicken sandwhich with wheat bread with ranch, chipotle sauce, shredded cheese with everything on it. The sandwich was super yummy. The place is small, but clean. I would visit here again.

Oh my worst subway ever, ordered 2 sandwiches. Gentlemen started making the first one, then lady continued to make the other. As gentlemen was making 1st sandwich lady was snatching mayo, mustard, etc. Out of hand cause i guess he was putting too much, really just let him finish my sandwich if its too much i would of said stop. She asked if we wanted the sandwiches toasted, «yes please» she quickly put in warmer and took out husband and i just looked at each other. Sandwich was cold not even toasted and to make it even worst the corners were hard on bread.

This store is a disgrace to the subway chain. The staff is rude, impolite and very unprofessional. Lowest level of customer service I have ever experienced. Should have read the reviews before entering. Will starve but never eat there again.

terrible service. bread was all messy when I ordered. I asked what kind of bread was just the normal one since I never go here and he just said what kind of bread a couple times? they weren’t polite. not recommended. I want to fight them tbh.

Going to Pleasanton you don’t have a lot of places to dine, and most of them are scattered throughout the mall along the outer rings. Subway was basically in the right spot at the right time for me. As soon as I walked in was greeted right away and there was no wait. I came in with my 8 month old, so I had my hands full. She was very cordial and even joked around with my little one while she prepped my sandwich. I opted for a oven roasted chicken on wheat. Went outside my comfort zone since I usually go tuna. It was a great choice and toasted to perfection. I added all my veggies with a little mustard and mayo to top it off. Quenched my hunger and added a cookie. The lady was nice enough to add a chocolate chip on top of the one I already ordered. In all a great experience in a slow Tuesday night, I know weekends are a lot busier so I’m truly grateful.

We love this location when the supervisor is working — I wish I could give the 5 stars just for that reason. He knows us by face along with order — we almost don’t even have to tell us what we’d like. He rarely charges us for extra things and is always fast. The other employees are ok, slow and don’t know what double meat means. They usual ring something up wrong everytime. If you go when they open they on have white bread and haven’t made the other types of bread

Th+is is horrible. I tried to submit my feedback to the manager but the manager is the owner and im pretty sure the people who work there are his family. So i expect nothing to change. I just wont go here again. The staff will not stop their own personal conversations EVER to take your order or even say hello. When you can finally get a word in to order they act like it is a huge inconvenience. I order the same thing every time but it is always a different price and they act offended when i don’t want to upgrade to a combo. I usually trust franchise restraunts like this papa murphys, mr. pickles, etc. But this one i can’t get behind. I did call and the owner told me things will get better when the subway app is avalible in Jan. It was no condolensce what so ever to be treated rude on.several.occasions here. I don’t care about an app i care about the actual customer service. I will now spend the extra dollar or two and go somewhere else.

Super long lines and not much of customer service being given. the workers absolutely look like they hate their job. Standing in line and awaiting to order food resembles the act of herding cattle. The workers are trying to get through the orders as quick as possible but the other works down the assembly line isnt as quick– this leaves all the patrons to be standing side by side, completely squished. i dont thnk it would be surprising when i say it is VERY uncomfortable. i ordered my chop salad with sweet onion dressing because it thought it would be quick and easy. unfortunately, there was still a wait. My order is finally done and i notice that they were kind of being cheap with the dressing portion but i didnt want to waste any more time, since the line wasnt getting any shorter– there were huffs and puffs and tons of angry looking faces. At first glance, the salad looked good. There seemed to be dressing coated quite evenly. BUT, LOOKSCANBEVERYDECEIVING. The reason why my salad looked so evenly coated was because it was coated in mainly water! Chop salad was edible but SUPER watery. I could hardly taste my dressing…

My sandwich was burnt and when I lifted it up to eat it, everything fell out and the bread was like paper. I kept glaring at the woman who made it and she ran to the back so she wouldn’t have to make it again. I did the survey on the receipt. Went in again two weeks later, same lady sandwich was still bad… this time she didn’t hand me the receipt. Really sneaky.

Worst subway I have ever been to! The staff is rude and they seem so impatient. The ingredients do not look fresh at all. They veggie trays have pieces of other veggies and they look so messy. I asked to put spinach on top of my flatizza and they said they ran out of spinach but when the lady after me asked for spinach on her sandwich they took out the bag of spinach out of the fridge!!! Some nerve! I also asked for my flatizza to be extra crispy and it still came out soft and a bit soggy.

The people are really rude. One would think how can you mess up a simple sandwich? Well, they find a way! One day they gave me someone’s else’s sandwich. When I went back, they actually told me to get back in line and they would remake it. Keep in mind I stood in line for 10 minutes prior to this and then I has to wait another 5. The guy that works there is nice and enthusiastic. He actually greets you. I live Subway but not this one!

No stars. Horrible service. Portions are so stingey. Sloppy sandwiches… Watched others in front of me get stingey sandwiches and a lady even turned to me and said«wow, that’s it?». As I was about to pay for my sub, I saw 2 cockroaches crawling up the wall. Ewwww. Threw away my sandwich as I walked out the door. Never again!!! Food poisoned by a simple BLT once here too. Don’t know why I came back, just thought maybe I could give them one more chance… But no. DON’T COMEHERE! Even the soda machine was broken. Didn’t even get ice for my drink.

It is true. They have really bad service here. They are VERY stingy with the dressing! The girl that made my sandwich seriously put like a drop of dressing. Another time, they charged me $ 5 for a $ 3.50 sandwich & I didn’t notice until the next day. The most memorable experience however was: I was standing in line and a woman had ordered a sandwich. She was very observant and saw a FLY land on top of the meat of her sandwich. She changed her mind and told the guy she doesn’t want the sandwich anymore and walked out. The guy put the meat back!!! Disgusting!!! Shame on me for even going back. Because I work at the mall, I have no other choice but to go here sometimes… I don’t eat McDonalds and Panda Express is a bit too pricey to eat on a daily basis. My favorite, Anderson’s Bakery and all the other food places are not convenient when you have a 30 minute lunch. This Subway sucks.

My nephew picked Subway for lunch because he thought that we would be dining in an actual subway. His mommy and daddy have been telling about subways on the east coast. Little did he know that the lunch choice was nothing that he’s ever had before!(His parents have never taken him!) Luckily they had a kids meal for $ 4,. The meal comes with a 4″ sub, sliced apples or yogurt, a juice box, and a «toy»(reusable bag). Sadly they didn’t have peanut butter and jelly(his favorite). It’s hard to ask a 4-year old what he wants on his sandwich! During the lunch rush the lines are pretty long. This location is next to Mc Donalds in the Stoneridge Mall. Watch out for the coin operated kiddie ride machines on this wing, you might just get suckered into letting your kiddie ride Thomas the train after seeing another kid ride it! Props for having iced tea sweetened with natural honey next to the fountain drinks for a healthier alternative!

looking at the long negative reviews here, I am not surprised why I had poor service here too. I usually like to eat at subway because the foods aren’t too greasy like many take out places. There aren’t enough tables and chair for customers to sit. This place can be busy simply because of the location(being in the mall). i ordered a foot long sandwich which usually comes with 8 slices of turkey breast but for some reason, they only place 7 slices in. I asked the guy to please do the usual as most franchises do and add in the normal 8 slices. he simply ignored me and went on doing other stuff. I was shocked to find the kid’s meal sandwich only has 2 slices of turkey breast. I think subway need to regulate their franchises or these business owners will keep on doing dishonest business practice to ruin the franchise as a whole. That’s like going to get a 6 piece chicken nugget and find out they only put 4 – 5 nuggets in your box. I am going to have to write up to their head quarter so these dishonest business owners won’t ruin it for the other honest subways. I won’t mention any race but I do notice certain type of people always tend to do these underhanded stuff.

Customer service is key! I don’t care if this is lunch rush hour. I came in Friday at 1 pm — so end of lunch rush. There was a little bit of a line but nothing to sweat over. One lady asked my order — and only took the bread order part. Another lady asked what kind of meat — I wanted a veggie. She said«What no meat? Kinda rolled her eyes and then she slide it to the next lady. That lady asked what kind of condinment — I wanted vinegar/oil and mustard. Then she asked what kind of cheese — Swiss. Then asked what kind of veggie. I said everything but no olives. She repeated — No Olives, I said No Olives, thanks. I looked over to see what size sodas they had and look back at the lady making my sandwich — Frickin’ Olives on it! So I told her«No olives, can you take them off, thanks» She huffed — yes HUFFED! Then picked it out. Then slide my sandwich to the guy who rolls it in paper and then handed it to the cashier. A lot of frickin’ people making a sandwich not one of them smiled, well, except for the lady taken my money! Rude, rushed workers. Just not coming back there. Ever. I’d rather drive to ToGo’s near Cost Plus in the back of the mall for a sandwich.
