They don’t take care of their customers! I have a watch that has lost crystals, falls off because the latch stops working VERY quickly and the battery is awful. This will be numerous times of having to send the watch back for repair. The last time I had to send it their was mix up and it took forever! This time I went to send it back and apparently they have a new policy and now I have to pay for their poor product! I contacted them to try and resolve this and I got a boiler plate message back. They don’t care! I highly recommend not buying from Swarovski!!!

I had a little problem with an item that I had purchased at one of their stores out of state while on vacation, and they exchanged it for me with no problem. I had my receipt, and I called ahead to make sure they had the item in stock. They were very courteous and the exchange went smoothly. I could not ask for better customer service!

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. I just want to say that I rarely post any reviews but in this case, I feel like I hope my statement reaches upper management. I already called customer service & filed a complaint. My husband bought me a bracelet from this store for Valentine’s Day, I elected to return it, I had the receipt(we have a joint credit card account but the last 4 digits on my card are different). The manager in there, Jeni F was unbelievably rude & kept me in the store for over an hour researching every reason there was NOT to take it back. It was in the box, was unworn, had the tag attached & was within the return period of 14 days. I tried to reach out to her boss, Shawn S who is the district manager but was unable to get through to Shawn. I left two messages. Jeni did not offer any customer service, she actually rudely looked me up & down & made distasteful comments under her breath and then gave me a condescending smile when I was leaving. I will NEVER shop in this store again which is a shame as I really do love the jewelry and have several pieces. I truly feel the customer service was AWFUL as well as inappropriate especially in a high end store as this. Thank you for reading my review.

I called this establishment because when I went in, they didn’t have much in stock(due to Christmas and all that jazz). So I called because the worker told me that they’ll restock in a week. Being the impatient person that I am(yes, I know, it’s something I need to work on =[) I called the place and asked. I gave her the article number and she told me that 14 were suppose to come in that day. Ok… so I gave her my name and she told me she’d call as soon as they arrived. So, I waited all day impatiently assuming that they were suppose to be in that day. I sadly even had my friend to call… but then… she posed as me. How embarrassing! =[. They didn’t have it come that day so I figured oh, I’ll go tmr. Since I had to get other things at the mall, I swung by the store(doesn’t hurt right??) Apparently, they didn’t have the bracelet I wanted in stock yet. Talk about a total bummer! But, I gave them 4 stars because the girl on the phone was really polite. The lady at the store was really nice too. But, I ended up getting my bracelet at another store. In the end… I got my happy ending.hah. =]

I’ve visited this Swarosvski location in the past to purchase gifts for my mom, who loves their products. I’ve probably made 3 or 4 purchases in the last two or three years, and have always received friendly and prompt customer service. However, after tonight, I don’t think I’ll be returning to this location. I came in with a friend around 8:30pm(12÷17÷11) and we saw two young sales associates(two girls: one Asian and the other Caucasian) helping one customer. The store was empty except for that customer, yet my friend and I received no greeting or acknowledgement from either of the salespeople. I went straight for a display case that contained the item I wanted, and parked myself at that spot expecting that one of the girls would assist me. I stood there for 5 minutes, twiddling my thumbs and waiting because it was obvious that both of the girls saw us, yet neither of them offered help. Two pairs of customers came in after us, and both received greetings and prompt service. In fact, one of the pairs was taken to the register and were in the process of paying for their items when I realized that I had been standing there for 10 minutes without so much as a «hello.» I was pretty upset and no longer wanted to buy anything from people who were so rude, so my friend and I walked out and thanked one of the associates for her«excellent customer service.» I’ve already written Swarovski Corporate to let them know about this bizarre and unpleasant experience. Step your game up, Swarovski Boutique in Stoneridge Mall. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere since your snooty sales associates think that they’re too good to DOTHEIRJOBS and assist paying customers.

I like to go in to Swarovski stores to look at their jewelry, mainly because I have a wedding coming up and no accessories. The Asian Saleslady here is so nice. She was so enthusiastic too. My friend said she came in here before and she was just as enthusiastic. She made my friend(who thinks shes a princess) try on a tiara and my friend was soooo happy… haha. Unfortunately I didn’t really find anything I could use :(
