The parking is really easy to find, service can be slow when it’s busy, the food is decent, but nothing I crave when my mind wanders while I’m hungry. The drinks are good, and the desserts are pretty good. But this place isn’t that great if you have food allergies or do t eat dairy, because there’s dairy in pretty much everything here. The place is always pretty busy somehow, and some of the servers I’ve gotten don’t know crap about the ingredients in some of the meals. Also, I’ve had food come out lukewarm before. Not a place I’d go if it were my own decision!

Picked up my mom at Stone Valley Mall and we were inclined to have dinner at The Cheesecake Factory. Luckily, we had just beaten the Monday(!) dinner crowd by a few minutes and were promptly seated. I had Chicken Madeira and my mom had some Crispy Crab Bites. The one gripe I have with Cheesecake Factory is that it take an eternity to get to your food. I really thought that since we beat the dinner rush, we would have our food and an above than average time. When you keep on looking on you your watch, you know that you have waited for your food too long. And what is somewhat a let down is that beyond the elegant and chic décor, the quality and taste of TCF food is no better than your local Chill’s or Applebee’s. Our sever was prompt and courteous, and their cheesckaes(which we ordered to go) are impecable. But my overall experience plus a medicore state docks one star down to two for The Cheescake Factory.

Really I think the only thing the Cheesecake Factory does well is cheesecake little overpriced you’re paying for the ambience but food is about A step above Denny’s in my opinion but it’s always a great place to gather for family get-togethers with plenty of room and casual dress TVs and a full bar

I have a complicated history with this place. I have many a wonderful meal here. The food is always good. I actually get a different plate each time and only been disappointed on two occasions. The service is hit or miss my favorite waitress just left for the Los Angeles area and she will be missed. The bar staff is always friendly and fast Tonight I had the garlic noodles and they were insane. The pasta was a percent al dente and the sauce was perfect. Now it is not a good date night dish as there is a ton of garlic, which is a good thing. The asparagus was a bit over cooked, but seasoned well. I highly recommend this dish. I did not add a protein, yet you can add chicken or shrimp. The desert was delicious. The Oreo s’more was hypnotic. I love burnt marshmallow and chocolate. I do wish the crust was a little thicker. Happy eating.

Two pairs of people who arrived after us get seated before us simply by complaining about the wait. Prices are high($ 3+ for a fountain drink?). Waitress was not trained on their new app that is advertised 10 times around the restaurant. Chicken Costoletto a little bland. Steak Diane was good. Use the app, especially if you’re going to split the check. You see your bill as they put it in. It also has images of the food, so might be better than their real menu.

Although it takes a long time to wait for a table, it’s so worth it. On a Wednesday night, it took 30 minutes to get a table, which actually wasn’t as bad as I’ve experienced waiting 2 hours for a table on a Friday night. Setting: If you’ve ever been to another Cheesecake Factory, it looks pretty much the same. Fairly large, lots of seating in booths and tables. I like that each table is pretty private, so it feels more secluded to your group. There’s also outside seating for warm days. Service: AMAZING. My party was at the restaurant for over 3 hours, and our waitress didn’t even try to rush us(which she probably should have, because so many people were waiting for a table). Food: Honestly, you can’t go wrong with anything. The menu is extensive and sometimes seems think of frightening, but whatever you pick will be good. I personally love the pastas, which are HUGE and always serve as leftovers for the next day! Also, the macaroni and. cheese balls(they are exactly what they sound like) are to die for! Sadly, I don’t like cheesecake, so I don’t have an opinion on that. EATTHEBREAD. But not too much. You’re bound to fall in love with the brown bread and end up not wanting to eat the real meal.

Have to say of all the times I’ve been here, it’s been the worse. Best part of all, no wait! Got seated right away. Drinks came out pretty fast… then it was a waiting game. Appetizers took forever!!! And when it did, the plates were hot, sadly food was not. It was down right cold! For the chicken pot stickers as my little one loves it. It was cold, the corn tamales cold. Entrees next, hubby got the Kobe burger and it was dried and bland. We also upgraded to sweet potato fries and got regular fries instead. The angel hair pasta, menu did not state it was spicy but it was quite spicy. The fastest process of the whole meal was paying our meal. Wait times usually long but now I know better no lines will mean food messed up and longer wait times might have a better food served.

We came here to celebrate a late Mother’s Day dinner… Let me tell you it was pretty bad… the waitress thought she could take our order without writing it down when she couldn’t even remember what we had asked her to bring… it took years for our order and the salad came last. I ordered the Santa Fe salad and although it was a huge amount it did not taste good at all. My mom ordered the meat loaf and she said something tasted bad about it and they did not charge us for it… my brother and his gf asked if the burgers can come with lettuce and tomatoes on the side and I guess they ran out of it and tried to hide it in the burger with cabbage that was nasty! My mom was way too generous with the tip… Never coming back to this place again.

First time to this location and liked it. My gumbo was delicious. Friends burger was great too. Service was perfect. Can’t believe all the choices they have. This place resolves the issue of finding something you want to eat and making everybody happy.

The Cheesecake Factory here in Stoneridge is like any other Cheesecake Factories out there. The wait can be long from 30 – 40 minutes since this is such a popular chain restaurants and lots of families like to come here for dinner. My family and I ordered the calamari as an appetizer. It’s one of our favorite items on their appetizer list. It’s crispy, salty, and flavorful. However, I will admit that this is not one of the best calamari you can get. For my entrée, I ordered the garlic noodles with shrimp. I thought it tasted a little plain, dry and didn’t really taste the garlic like I thought I would. Nonetheless, I still enjoyed my meal with beer and the complimentary bread. Their brown bread is the best! I always like to ask the server for another fresh batch of brown bread to go. For dessert, I always order their red velvet cheesecake. It’s my favorite flavor that they have and every bite is a little taste of heaven with a dash of whipped cream. Their cheesecake slices are pretty generous and the prices for them are fair. The cheesecakes are the best part of the restaurant. Although it wouldn’t really be on the top of my list of restaurants, the Cheesecake Factory would be a decent place for a family lunch/dinner.

Came here for lunch on a Saturday. Place is pretty packed, wait time was about 30 – 40 min. So we grab a drink at the bar. Ordered an ultimate margarita and there was way too much ice in my drink, after a couple sips, the drink was done. Pet peeve, when your drink is made poorly! Finally got seated and ordered our dishes. Food came out and my Louisiana chicken pasta lunch portion had a tiny piece of chicken. Def way less than what is typically given at the valley fair Cheesecake Factory. My husband ordered a medium rare steak and it came out medium well. He told the waiter and they offered to give us a new steak. Waited another 20 mins, and it came out again as RAre… Had to return the steak again. By this time, everyone else at the table was finished eating and waited another 15 min for the steak to come out. Third time around it was cooked better, but he started to get full just eating so much mashed potatoes. Also, my drink the second time around was not even filled to the top of glass. Really?! Waiters are nice, but seriously horrible accuracy of food. How can someone get an order wrong twice!!! To me, that means the cooks are not attentive. Only reason I’m giving two stars is because of service. Probably will never come back to this location. I prefer valley fair Cheesecake Factory.

Went in for a bunch of to go slices and one plain whole cheesecake. The slices were beautifully packed and allowed us to try a few different varieties we wouldnt commit to fully by buying a whole cake. Everything we had was perfect. Wait time was acceptable given they were swamped. Well worth $ 50 or so.

I came here for a Monday date night with my boyfriend. We enjoy going out on week nights every once in a while to avoid the typical weekend crowds. We were seated right away, but felt squished in a smaller table right next to another group when there were more spacious tables nearby. Our waiter was super friendly! We ordered drinks and appetizers that arrived quickly while our entrees were being made. The kitchen must have suddenly gotten backed up though because our waiter came out apologizing for the wait and offered us complimentary salads in the meantime. Our entrees ended up coming out minutes later so we never received the salads, but I was satisfied with my chicken dish. We got a piece of Reese’s cheesecake to go and then headed back home. I’m sure we will be back again for another date night in the future!

Upon arrival, we met a HWA(hostess with attitude) wouldn’t look up, very snippy, and moved head around a lot while talking. She definitely shouldn’t be the first person greeting customers. After being seated, we had very slow, yet friendly, service. Tortilla soup was waaaaaay too salty and lukewarm. It’s puréed, and looks like day old baby food. The lettuce wraps had lettuce that smelled like mildew. The dipping sauces were delicious though. My strawberry martini was also very good. Our kid’s meals were very skimpy, so they left hungry. I had tiramisu cheesecake for dessert, it wasn’t good at all.

Come hungry. The menu is huge and the portions are even bigger. If you order a salad off the menu you might want to share because they are HUGE. Even the normal dinner dishes are huge portions. I can eat and majority of the time I break up the dish into two meals. Tonight there was a long wait but we lucked out and found a high bar top table in the bar to sit and eat at. Those tables are first come first serve. If you are on a date stock those tables if there is a long wait. I HIGHLYRECOMMENDTHATYOUREQUESTCHRIS H ASYOURSERVER. Here is why!!! * Great personality and you can tell he loves doing what he is doing. * Hustles around quickly to get things done. * Always had the drinks refilled without even asking. * Would recommend plates and items for everyone. * Never rushed us to order or to get out! **Cheesecake Factory take note to how Chris H works. He should train waiters/waitresses on how to work.** We had ordered: Appetizer: Soy glazed edemamme Dinner: Eggplant Parmesan and Crusted Chicken Romno Dessert: Cheesecake to go of course

I’ve been here on multiple occasions and from what I’ve tried, this is one of the better Cheesecake Factories around. Service is always super friendly and approachable, and the place is super clean. Only downside would probably be slow-ish service when they’re busy, but you can’t really help that. The kale and quinoa salad here is a must! The kale is sooooo crunchy and perfect and the quinoa doesn’t taste bland or lost at all. I recommend adding some avocado on the side, it’s uh-may-zing.

My friends and I had lunch here recently and really enjoyed ourselves. We got there early, at 11am, and the place already had a line. But they seated us within about 5 minutes. I guess everyone else had the same idea about getting their early to avoid the crowd. It did take a bit of time for our waitress to come by but once she did, she was attentive the rest of our time there. She took our drink and food order and came back pretty quickly with our drinks and bread. For entrees, I had the Super Antioxidant Salad — Salad Greens, Spinach, Kale, Avocado, Broccoli, Grapes, Roasted Pear, Blueberries, Onion, Sunflower Seeds and Almonds with Lemon-Blueberry Vinaigrette. It was delicious. So filling and filled with yummy stuff. My friends had the avocado egg rolls, baked potato soup and orange chicken lunch special. Everything was done to our liking. My friends really enjoyed their food. We also did dessert. I had the carrot cake as I can’t eat a lot of diary. So no cheesecake for me. We friends had cheesecake. We all liked our dessert. the carrot cake was not too heavy and had a nice frosting on top. Lots of nuts on the side. Yum! I definitely will be back here as my friends and I shop at the mall often.

This was probably the worst dining experience I’ve had here and usually it’s been so good in the past. Disappointed. CONS: –We waited 45 minutes for our dinner and our entrees came out one at a time, long periods apart. –AC is blasting so high inside restaurant –lighting is way too dim inside(mainly by booth area) that I could probably have eaten a bug and not even noticed. –my herb salmon rice was GROSS bc it was hard and tasted like old rice. Salmon was cold and overcooked and asparagus was shriveled and the size of toothpicks. Usually it’s been good in the past, too. PROS –waitress was very nice and checked on us. –cheesecake is always consistent I wish their service was as consistently good as their cheesecake is.

It has been ages since I went to a Cheesecake factory. Decided to stop by for dinner with my Co workers one day due to its proximity. The environment is very chill and casual so it is a great place to grab a drink after work. Service is kind of slow, but the workers are very nice and apologetic to any mistakes. We ordered a large variety of food to share with our big party. Ranging from plates of appetizers to pastas. My favorite dish was the lemon roasted chicken and basil pasta. The disappointment was the jambalaya chicken pasta as it was very bland. Overall, solid spot to come hang out and chill with friends. Don’t expect too much on the food!

Great time at the factory… I havent been to a cheesecake factory in years and I feel personally they have gotten so much better over the years, menu and the resteraunt as a whole. Today I came with a good friend to release some stress and shop a bit. I ordered the Jamaican Black pepper shrimp and it was so good and flavorful. I struggled between Salmon and shrimp, and chose well. My friend ordered the Chicken Madeira at our waiters reccomendation which she very much enjoyed. We also had the Firecracker Salmon as an appetizer which was super tasty. I ordered a shot of tequila and the ultimate margarita with was pretty good, but our waiter reccomended a well mannered martini for my friend which she detested(she isnt a drinker at all and said there was no liquor in it). Lol, I dont drink martinis but the face she made when she sipped that drink make me try it… it tastes like ice and olive juice, I couldnt even drink it and I dont believe in wasting liquor. The waiter had the bar remake the drink and it was no different. The waiter asked my friend if she wanted another drink, she ordered another drink and enjoyed it. We were still charged for the«filthy» martini which was almost untouched so I downed it. Gross! All in all I had a really good time, the food was great and our waiter was a cool kat with some pretty cool artwork on his arms that was attentive and not afraid to interact or suggest things. I will be back to this location again and will try to come alot more often after this experience. Cheers to the Cheesecake factory and our server Chavarus!!! Didnt make 5 stars because the Well mannered Martini proved to be ill mannered.
