Lumber Liquidators

HORRIBLE ONGOING EXPERIENCE!!! My order was completely screwed up by them and I am still seeking resolution, my house is a mess due to an incompetent contractor that was recommended through their own HSS referral service. The contractor wasn’t there during install, only a couple of his workers who left needle like nails sticking up in T molding, mismatched wood that was from another batch, filled my bathroom with furniture and left the facility blocked so i could not get back in, installed wood with defects like big knot holes and resin splotches that should not have been in order but was, thanks to Lumber Liquidators screw up. It is near impossible to get anyone on phone at corporate. I called HSS 4 times to report problem but their call center never put me through to «customer solutions» team. Someone reduced the amount of wood in my order that got here but the store says they have no idea why it happened, they see my original order had enough product, they cant track who would have done it, too bad for me. This is a huge fiasco and every one, HSS the middleman, the contractor and the store and corporate are playing a game in which each blames the other. No one is taking responsibility and making sure my project gets finished. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
