The Owner Jeff Mack used to run a couple of martial arts schools where he scammed the public. Judging by the reviews his barber shop is based on the same bad unethical business model. In his martial arts days he’d sign up a bunch of students then skip town and do another business. If you work for him he’ll short you your pay, lie to you and then if you get a loyal following of customers talk bad about you because he is threatened by your success. A truly unethical bad man, he literally lied to generations of well intentioned parents and kids who beleived in him. I imagine that’s why the high turnover rate in staff.

I’ve been going to this place since it was in its original building down the street. And stuck with it when it moved because they provided a good service and I like supporting local small businesses. However, lately it seems that the service has fallen off greatly. Every time I go in there is a new stylist, always seems understaffed, and the last two cuts I’ve gotten have been sub-​par, at best. I really hope this improves because if not I’ll probably have to try out the new chain store nearby. If I’m going to get a so-​so haircut, at least I can pay less for it.

This establishment provides hair services in a range of style and expertise. From the electric hair shear mode to the razor cut. I’d suggest you state your preferences before getting into a chair who provides your haircut will determine your method. I’m older ad use Elizabeth who works with me to find and sustain a look I feel confident to present to the world.

I do not think they are in business any more. The new mall did however put in a Sport’s Cut or something like that franchise 50′ from Metro’s front door so hopefully Metro people are OK and possibly even running the franchise, but the notion of an upscale, country club level of service actually does not play well outside of the country club unless it truly has been there for 30 – 45 years and owns the client base which Metro did not. The area commands franchise, low cost hair cutting, which is too bad — — this was a nice concept!

Little Falls, NJ
Moved in the area 2 years ago and me and my 3 boys have being going ever since. Today I show up at 10 to 4 only to be turned away because they close at 4. They are certainly not concerned about customer loyalty and our business. This me and my 3 boys will find a place that does.
