The two young men who came to our home were extremely polite and efficient. We felt that the price for the removal of the items was very fair and the service was very convenient. We appreciated that the drivers called in advance and again were both very polite. We would most definitely recommend your company to others.

Absolutely FANTASTIC!!! No, it’s not cheap, but these two men came when they said they would, took every piece of «junk» I had to get rid of and never complained! I would definitely use them again. Thank you.

I was moving out of a 3^rd floor walk-​up apartment in an old house. Can’t believe the stuff i’d saved over the course of 11 years. Anyway after the move, I had a lot of stuff that I have to get rid of. The crew (out of South Dennis, Ma) called me the morning of the appointment and said they were running ahead of time and asked if it was okay to come early and I said sure. They showed up shortly thereafter and I told them the easiest was to accomplish this task was to pull the truck around under the 3^rd floor deck and just toss the stuff over the side. We had a blast!
Kevin (I think that was his name, sorry it its not) and Chris 1 and Chris 2 came upstairs and just started throwing all my stuff into the truck. They even let me throw a few things. All went smoothly and quickly — done in about 20 minutes — took everything — all I had to do was the last vacuum. The guys were hard working and polite and even cleaned up the back yard were some of the lighter things sort of floated down and took all the yard stuff I had to get rid of too.
Cost was reasonable given all the junk that had to go. All in all, a good time was had by all =
great guys!

Overpriced. What they do is give you a high price and then it is slightly lower. Wow that’s great and your happy. Called bait and switch pretty clever. They arrive with no equipment nothing no ladder no lighting no broom it’s all up to you to provide. They charged $ 400.00 for one hour two workers (?) not bad for standing and basically doing nothing. They then shame into asking for a tip at 10% of the job. My bad only gave them a $ 20.00 what a fool. Left the premises a mess my job to clean up second time a fool. Most companies follow up and see how the job was done not them. They know better. Stay away.

They are fantastic! So nice and understanding. They were easy to work with and knowledgeable. It was a terrible time for our family and they really helped out.

I called the 1 – 800 number to make an appointment to remove a single bed from my dad’s assisted living center. The customer service agent quoted me a price of $ 129.00 which she said included all taxes, insurance etc.
I received a call on the date of removal from one of the workers stating that there would be a $ 50.00 surcharge for BOTH the mattress and box spring, bringing the price to $ 179.00 for a small bed! I told him that I wasn’t going to pay extra after having been quoted a price by their customer service person. I told him not to take the mattress and he said that he would call his supervisor. A short while later he called back and said that his supervisor approved the $ 129.00 price.
Moral of the story– when dealing with this firm make sure that the customer service agent sends you the quote electronically so that you will have proof if they try to charge you more.
After this experience I will not use them in the future.
