Called for a water leak in my refrigerator. Prompt appointment, confirmed by email and phone. Justin called ahead to let me know he was on his way, After explaining what was going on, he went to work and took care of the problem at a reasonable price.

Called Mr. Appliance when the ceramic top on my range was damaged. He took the information on my range and called back in a few minutes with the bad news that the part was no longer manufactured and none could be located. He was very friendly and went the extra mile to try and find the part. I certainly will call him for any future appliance repair.
