Got sausage with rigatoni and a side of meatballs. Pretty good! Service was very good also

I am always amazed when I go to a restaurant and the majority of the dining room is empty and yet they seat you in the bar area. Perhaps they did not have staff for the dining room, but I did find it odd. They seated us next to a family with kids who kicked the bench almost the entire time — just a little annoying. That being said, the service provided by the bartender who did double duty was very good. The rolls and oil on the table were excellent — could have used a little more oil, but if that’s my only complaint that’s a good thing. We ordered a large Verde pizza(A white style pizza with fresh mozzarella, prosciutto and arugula topped with a sweet, balsamic glaze) and it was delicious. Loved the crust. Would go back again when in the area.

Arrived, ordered drinks & were brought rolls w/dip after ordering our meals. My wife asked for butter — finally on our third«ask», butter arrived. As we watched 2 other tables that had arrived long after us receive their meals(app 30 minutes), I finally got our server’s attention & asked if she might check on our meals. «I just did & they ran out of meatballs» I did notice that another table arriving after us had been served meatballs. App 10 minutes later, our food arrived & was fine. A woman came shortly after whom I assume? was the manager(she never identified herself), apologized & said«dessert is on me». Server brought our check & asked what we would like for dessert. I asked for 2 cheesecakes. She didn’t answer, but held up 1 finger??? Ohhhhh… Did we BOTHNOTWAIT??? Unbelievable!!! We dine out pretty much every nite & live a mile away. Heads up, Bertucci’s? You just lost a few grand a year over a lousy $ 2 piece of cheesecake.

Normally I like this place last night not at all. Called ahead for a party of ten and walked in and they looked at me with a puzzled look. Our waitress did not seem interested in waiting on us. Barely checked on us. Now food. It was awful. The spegetti dishes were all under cooked and stuck together like it was cooked in a microwave and the Alfredo was watery. I was very unhappy with my service and will think twice before I go back

The pizza is pretty good and I like the Eggplant parmesan. I order online and there are coupons in the paper so there are ways to save $ 10. The hostess tonight was nice, but it took longer to bake a fresh cookie than she realized(last week they were wrapped up and ready to go so I didn’t bother ordering in advance). Unfortunately, that parking lot is super cramped with the massive snowbanks. It’s not entirely their fault. I was blocked in because someone parked in the area boxed-off in the middle(yellow stripes). Anyway, a staff member was quick to find the owner and have him move the Jeep so three of us could get out. The downside was that my pizza was room temp by the time I got home because it was done well before the eggplant parm. Anyway, I’ll be back.

Stayed next door at the Hampton and walked over just because it was close. The staff was friendly and helpful. The bread was good and very warm. I had the chicken Marcella, it was good as were the potatoes but the beans were charred. The portions were VERY small. I thought for what you got the prices were quite high. I’d skip this place since there is many other dining choices nearby.

I have had no issue dining at Bertucci’s in the past 10 years. I have dined at Braintree, Hingham, and Plymouth locations. I always experience good customer service and food quality and quantity. There’s no place can beat there prices for lunch just for $ 8.00 including salad whether it’s free or not. They have a good red sauce and pizza. I will keep going to Bertucci’s until further notice.

I think the quality of the pizza has gone down– haven’t been there in a few years until yesterday(I moved to la) but it wasn’t as good as I remembered… But still not bad. I love te tomato sauce here! Customer service was very good :-)

WIldly disappointed with my last(and it is my LAST) visit to Bertucci’s. The food was not up to par at all, the rolls were not hot, the Caesar salad was laughable– a pathetic excuse for a salad– but at least we got to stare at it for the whole meal, since our table was not cleared of starters, salad or wine glasses all night. The Bolognese was thin and not at all meaty, the lobster ravioli was fishy and unpalatable. The chicken piccata was made well and my friend said she enjoyed it. Our surly waitress had no interest in being the least bit friendly, and when we asked her about not clearing our table, she said the table was too long and she couldn’t reach our empty plates and such. All in all, we were not made to feel like guests, but more like a bother to her– this in combination with the lackluster food will keep me from returning.

It’s dependable. The thing that separates chain restaurants for me is customer service and do they keep quality high. At this Bertucci’s, I say, yes they do. It’s next to a hotel and maybe that’s why they fill orders like a machine, accurate and fast. Also, this location is a lot quieter than most, again I think because the crowd is different and not so many screaming kids as most of them. Pizza– at no Bertucci’s have I had a pizza that would be more than a 3 star anywhere, they just don’t make a great pizza– too dry and not enough toppings. But the pasta is good and the portions are strong. Chicken Domani– so happy they brought it back from the archives because it’s DELICIOUS. Like chicken piccata with spinach added and a little garlic. Rigatoni Rosario, the Tuscan Chicken wings, roasted vegetables appetizer are fantastic! They make one of my favorite Caesar salads, great grilled chicken, a nice dressing and as much shaved Parmesan as you like. Catering orders are even better– the portions say feeds 5 – 6 and we routinely serve 10 out of an order of Chicken Piccata that comes WITH salad included and as many of the to-die-for rolls as you like added. Good value, good food, good service– all my boxes are ticked off here!

Not sure about all the bad reviews. Granted this is a chain restaurant but so is Olive Garden. Service was excellent and the food was tasty. The meal starts with fresh and hot ciabatta rolls and seasoned oil. Appetizer was the Cheese and Meat plate. Nice start though the toasted bread left some to be desired(especially after the rolls). Main course was the Mediterranean Pesto Salmon Salad. Salmon was moist and flaky with a simple yet tasty Balsamic dressing. Also had the Ultimate Bertucci Brick Oven Pizza. Though it sounds like all ingredients would be throughout the pizza, each ingredient was individually on 2 slices. Would recommend and yes you could have Authentic Italian in the area, but there are no complaints about Bertucci’s. Beats Olive Garden.

Beware the chicken domani! Sure the menu says chicken in wine sauce, gemelli pasta, asiago cheese and SPINACH !! Sounds awesome. Until you take a big ol’ healthy bite of spinach and find out it’s wrapped in with SAGE and BASIL!!! Talk about instant projectile vomit into the closest napkin. And the server? She’s right there to tell you that AFTERTHEFACT! Otherwise, Bertucci’s is a solid B-, B on a good night.

This place is ok. Bertuccis has good food but you dont get big portions at this place. They have some good pasta but the pizza here is to be desired. Called once for pickup when was on the Train when we got to Burtucci’s on time they had not even started making the dinners yet. There were not many people in the restaurant either, Just neglect on their part. The food is good, prices are high and small portions, if you got the money and want something different go for it, or head to one of the other many — many places in plymouth to eat

TERRIBLE!!! Worst service/meal my boyfriend or I have ever had. Our waiter didn’t know how to open a wine bottle so he asked us awkwardly to do it ourselves as he blocked his managers view if us. He never cleared table, had the dirtiest finger nail I’ve ever seen. Food came out and it was awesome. Rubbery microwaved chicken And dry pasta. He then basically told us to hurry up because he has to clock out so he needed our check. Somehow this meal costed us $ 75??? This app is making give 1 star… Otherwise I’d wouldn’t give bertuccis any. Don’t go here.

Staying at the Hampton Inn & Suites, I wanted a quick bite to eat. Decided to walk over to Bertucci’s. i was unaware that it was a chain. The theme of the restaurant was nice and the workers seemed friendly. We were given bread with oil to dip with hints of garlic taste. The bread and oil dip was delicious. Probably the best bread and oil combo I’ve had at a chain restaurant. I ordered baked tortellini and chicken gratinati. It was definitely not the best out there but it’s good for a chain. Also, the verde pizza was delicious. The fresh arugula and garlic combo was a taste of heaven. I would recommend this place to anyone staying at the Hampton Inn & Suites who want a quick bite to eat.

I think the pizza here is better than the pizza at their Hingham location. Great ice tea.

I like this location but they always seem to want to keep that free lunch salad they offer top secret. Last time I asked, they said they only tell people about the free lunch salad AFTER they order, maybe to get them to buy an appetizer? Hmmm… I do really love the pizza and the rolls and the dipping sauce though — simple and delicious. Just don’t let them stiff you on the salad ;)
