The colony place chilis is usually ok, but my last two visits have been awful. Cold food, bad service, and it’s not inexpensive. Won’t be back.

Ugh sorry bad terrible service especially behind the bar. Steak was mediocre at most. Nothing really positive :(

Just left this joke of a restaurant AFTER we ordered our food. The dining room is empty and the waiting room is full. The hostess is a sassy 16 year old who should go to manner school and it took 15 minutes to get a drink. Ordered chips and salsa and the waitress«forgot.» After waiting for 15 minutes we got the manager who was busy dealing with other unhappy customers(assuming similar issues) and she could have cared less that we were sitting around. Never will go back to this place!

I would give this one star except the poor girl who served us was really nice and it wasn’t her fault. Our food was horrible, just disgusting. We never complain when we go out; we’ve both worked in the restaurant industry so we get it, ya know? But the food here was just so wrong that I actually asked them to remove it from our bill as it was inedible. Our server was great and immediately apologized, and asked if she could get us something different, but we didn’t want anything else.

Looks like Chili’s has returned to a Tex Mex menu. Hopefully it’s not too late for this chain.

Horrible service, but read to the end. We waited for a server to acknowledge our existence for 15 minutes. Just about ready to walk out when she finally came over. Next, I love how they have tried to capitalize on a competitors idea of entertainment systems on the table, but here they want you to pay to use them. I guess you need these to entertain your guests since the service is so slow. Sadly, when the food came, the experience did not improve. Had the Ribeye, what a disappointment. It is almost impressive how little flavor the steak had, I would really have to put in an effort to cook a steak this poorly seasoned myself. My daughter had the half rack of ribs and was also not impressed. The quality of Chili’s has really gone downhill . I had also placed an order to go prior to receiving our food and it was not what we expected. I actually took the to go food back and spoke to the manager because of being so disappointed. The Manager was such a professional. After offering to cook me anything to make it right, he credited back the to go food and then some. I really wish the Manager the best and hope that either the staff improve or that he finds a job with a new company. I would almost consider trying it again only because of the management, he was that professional.

I’m not even sure where to start. From the beginning to the end the service at this place was absolutely horrible. I was in Plymouth staying at the hotel right near the Chili’s. It was snowing out and I decided to walk past Bertucci’s and go to the Chili’s, turned out to be a big mistake. In general I like the food at Chili’s so I figured I couldn’t go wrong. I sat down at the bar and probably waited there 5 – 10 minutes before I had to flag down, who I’m assuming was the bar tender, to get a beer. No name tags but the bartender was this chunky feminine guy with a terrible excuse for a beard. Anyhow. I got my beer and then I took it upon myself to grab a menu and start looking for food. It was a quick look at the menu, I knew I wanted a burger. I put the menu down and finished my beer and waited. and waited. More patrons came in that the bartender was familiar with, one was obviously his friend sitting solo in the corner of the bar. Then I finally asked«Think I could get another beer and order some food». The bartender literally just stared at me with a blank look. So I give him my food order and asked him a simple questions… again he just looked blankly at me. Finally I just ordered everything how I assumed it came… they had this new double burger option and some sort of panko onion rings I asked about. The bar tender was obviously too busy with the whole 8 other people sitting at the bar to properly answer anything I asked. SO anyhow. I finish my beer and wait and wait. he’s talking to his buddy, he’s doing everything BUT waiting the bar. Then another girl came in who I’m assuming was a bar tender? She was also in the corner talking to this friend. I don’t think the entire time I was there she didn’t anything but talk to this guy in the corner. My food finally comes and he dumps it in front of me. No napkins, no utensils, nothing… just a plate with a burger and onion rings. SO maybe 5 minutes go by and I have to ask him for some napkins, etc. so I can start eating. SO I order another beer and the kid gives me a look like I’m really putting him out, he charges my credit card, doesn’t say a word to me and then leaves… So he comes back like five minutes later and I’m like«Hey you charged my card for the beer, could I actually have one». Turns out he had gone to get one, they were out of Budweiser in the bar coolers. How about a «Hey, I just have to run out back and grab you one, we’re out up here»… don’t just pull a disappearing act on my after giving me shit service all night, was he really surprised I figured he forgot to give me my beer? It was just a horrible experience. I didn’t tip him well, but I tipped him, which killed me to do. The worst part is that this clown had keys on his shoulder. manager? Please… this kid needs to go, and the other girl that was«Working» with him should go to. neither did jack shit all night there. Worst service I’ve ever had from a bartender. Smarten the f*ck up. you could have made bank off me if you just kept the beers coming, and actually played the role of bartender — Donkey. I literally chugged that last beer and just got the hell out of there. Foods fine… service is horrendous.

Love this place for a quick bite that is fresh food with vegetables. The chicken and Steak fajitas are amazing and very fresh. They should provide bigger sides of sour cream, guacamole and salsa with the Fajitas. The salsa and chips are really good. Love sitting at bar with salsa and chips and TV.

Came in for some margs and nibbles with my boyfriend. We sat at the bar with possibly the rudest bartender I’ve ever encountered. It was around 9:30(they close at midnight) and she seemed annoyed that we sat down. I ordered the house marg. yes it was the $ 5 special but it was so weak. couldn’t taste any tequila. We ordered the $ 20 meal for 2. an app and 2 entrees. We got the cheese fries, honey chipolte Chix crispers(wayy too sweet) and the grilled Chix salad. Food was meh, but the service just got worse. A large group of 12 people came in to a table(not even the bar!) and the bartender was so annoyed with them, she began talking shit about the group to US and another couple at the bar. About how she’s never gonna get to go home, how they were annoying her, rolling her eyes. And my favorite«I have to be here in the morning, I don’t want to be here all night.» I also heard her telling the server waiting on this group that she made their drinks super weak. You are a BARTENDER and it is SATURDAY night. why are you surprised that people are coming out for food and drinks!!! Last nail in the coffin was ordering a Presidente Marg. the most top-shelf one they have which I KNOW should have at least a hint of tequila. Nope a $ 8 – 9 glass of sour mix. Grossly under pouring, major bitchy attitude and talking shit to customers about other customers. I will never return based on this terrible bartender!!!

Consider myself to be a bit of self-proclaimed Chili’s aficionado. On the Chili’s hierarchy this is on sits near the top. Great beer prices, apps, happy hour deals, friendly wait staff. Not looking for much when you dine at Chili’s, however this chain restaurant doesn’t disappoint.

I do not recommend anyone to dine at this establishment. Recently I order take out through their online menu while riding on the train. When I arrived to pick up The order the server told the order just went in. On top of that the food tasted funny And I received no Apologizes from the manager.

This place is hit or miss. I ate here for my birthday 3 years in a row, and a couple times in between. Some of the items on the menu are awesome, some I actually called a regret. Avoid the quesadillas, there’s a Taco Bell next door with much better and cheaper ones, along with anything having to do with Tacos or Burritos. Service was fine, I’m not expecting much from a place like this, would have been nice to seen a male host for once in my life though.

Very Hit or Miss! Mainly miss on Chili’s Togo orders…, In the past i would have said this was a decent place to buy food. The Menu was very good and the service did well but that was years ago now. For the last few years Chili’s has sunk. If you make a Togo order online or over the phone chances are if you show up on time to pick up your order you’ll be waiting another 15 – 30 minutes to get your order, especially if you order before 3:00pm. Seemingly that is when customer care is at their lowest with alot younger servers just hanging around leaning against walls and ignoring you. Theres nothing like walking into Togo pickup and Chili’s having you wait at a bar for over 5 – 10 minutes for the bartender to show up to even ask for your pickup in front of a bunch of customers wondering whos that person just standing around for no reason, making you feel welcome… The food is good not great, ive had a few orders come to me actually burnt but thats seldom now these days. If you order online there are choices to switch up your meal by adding ingredients or taking them off; If you choose to take an ingredient off your dish dont be surprised to see it show up after ordering it anyway. The main problem is between the cooks and pickup, the person that puts together the meals as they do not ever and i mean ever get it right. You can order one meal and receive another or check the salad dressing as your chances on getting the one you wanted may not be there. I wrote this because ive liked Chili’s for a long while but its been nothing but let downs every time i have ordered there for a year now, either something missing in my order, something burnt, i’ve received very small portions in one order that was unbelievable, and even though ive called with concern quite a few times, Ive only had an issue fixed once out of many times. I really liked chili’s back in the day when it first opened here, but i need a more reliable restaurant where i get what i paid for.

A mixed bag. Have had good quesedillas and enchiladas here and the service was ok but last time my girlfriend had a burger which was very undercooked and the waitress was not good. Probably what you’d expect from a typical chain restaurant. I’m going to stick with family owned restaurants from now on. No more national chain restaurants for me!

Chili’s… Chili’s, Chili’s Chili’s… I don’t even know what to say! I can’t critique the food! Why you ask? Because we never got any food! We didn’t even see a waiter or waitress! My friends and I walk into Chili’s, Dave carrying their new bundle of joy Sasha, and the hostess seats us for five(me, m’lady, Dave, his lady and I guess their 8 month old baby girl). Dave asks if they have a sling for the baby’s car seat. The hostess looks at us funny and then says, «I can turn a high chair upside down and that should work». She grabs four menu’s and a kid’s menu with crayons(y’know, for Sasha, the 8 month year old) and leads us over to the giant booth in the corner, very nice, very roomy and Dave is able to fit his baby(in her car seat thingy) into the booth– so no need for the upside down high chair. We then look through the menu and chat for a few minutes… a few minutes becomes five, ten etc. when finally, after 20 mins(I kid you not!) of not seeing a waiter, a waitress, a manager– not even the hostess! we look out the window and see from across the parking lot TGI Friday’s. We bail Chili’s and walk right out the front door with out seeing a SINGLE employee of Chili’s! We couldn’t even make a scene if we wanted to! How sad! BTWTGI Friday’s not only had a sling, but they asked US if we wanted one! And we saw a waitress three minutes into being seated! Hell yeah! So I guess this review isn’t on the food(which I’m sure would have been cold and crappy anyway) but really on what an interesting experience we had here at Chili’s, Plymouth!

Food is just ok now. Too many chicken crispers… on salads & in tacos & fajitas. New options not as good as the older versions. Bring back the plain chicken soft tacos, the mushroom jack fajitas, the chicken fajita quesadillas and the chicken fried chicken. And really chili’s… no more awesome blossom? What’s the point? My friends and I used to eat here quite a bit but the new menu doesn’t appeal to us. Maybe if you brought back the old stuff and just tried the new stuff for a while we might come back. From now on our regular lunches and dinners will be eaten elsewhere.
