I have been a patient for 20 years. By the grace of God I haven’t had an issue in over 2 years. I called with an emergency that needed an immediate cortisone injection. I was told I was considered a new patient because I haven’t been there in a year
I was told he could see me in January! WHAT??? The girl was a robot! No feeling, no caring, zilch! I asked to speak to the Doctor personally. She wouldn’t even allow me to leave a message. I remember countless talks with this doctor about how he went to medical school to help people with skin problems. I was truly truly disappointed by this. I would like to think he would be as well. Although she stated this was his policy (I really hope not) I would think twice about selecting this practice.

They messed up the billing and instructed me NOT to pay my bill and wait to be rebilled. They wouldn’t send me an email to confirm and refused to communicate via email. They never rebilled me, I called the office to follow-​up a month later and learned they sent it to a collection agency. They refused to have Dr. Sastre speak with me. Office staff is unorganized, condescending and rude. Don’t waste your time with these idiots.
