Dunkin’ Donuts

LOVE! This place is great, the employees are the best. Especially Becca and Alex always so cheerful and they have wonderful customer service! Such a good place to go for your morning coffee!

They always make my iced coffee just right. It’s a few cents more than my usual Livonia location but it’s so worth it.

Usually fairly quick for getting coffee in the morning if you didn’t have time to make some yourself.

My orders are usually wrong but when it’s made right I enjoy it.

They always mess up my coffee order! I live by this dunkin and I regret it every time I go there. I used to order my coffee with 3 sugars and 1 cream and they kept dumping a ton of cream into the coffee where all you could taste was cream. Today I went there, which I regret, and asked for 3 sugars and just a little cream, like half a cream. I received 3 creams and half a sugar. Seriously?! Although I like dunkin’ coffee, it’s not worth the disappointment to go here. Tim Hortons just got a loyal customer

I went there, was only one in drive thru. It took them twenty five mins. to do my order. I got a drink and a few donuts. He must have asked me 4 times, «I forgot what did you want»? I received my order. It was still wrong. And my donuts were stale :(

This dunkin donuts is very professional and serves great food. Love the hot coca and colattas. Great job staff!!!

But that said, they did a great job, were super friendly and had me out the door and on my way in snap!
It was 5pm and my 50 munchkins were a fresh as first thing in the morning! (i tried a couple on my way out of the parking lot!)

The food at DD is usually pretty consistent between locations and it is the service which makes the difference. This location is well staffed and fast. They’ll get through a 10 person line in no time during the morning rush.

I’ve been back a few times and the quality of the breakfast sandwiches is always pretty high. I don’t drink coffee. I wish they sold fountain drinks, I’d probably give them a 4 star if so.
The bacon, egg, cheese, bagel sandwich is pretty good. I prefer mine on a salt bagel. Today I tried the new entry, a bacon & egg breakfast sandwich which uses a glazed donut as the bread. Surprisingly very good!
1÷30÷14 Update — I just got served the absolute worst excuse for fast food «hash browns» ever! They tasted like they had sat in dirty mop water, and were burned to top it off. I was (un)lucky enough to get 6 of these half-​dollar size disasters in an order (clearly short based on the container size). Maybe DD should skip this and stick to what they’re good at…

Went here once cuz I was chilling nearby but thought this place was okay. Went during the afternoon so it’s expected I wouldn’t get the freshest donuts.
Crossaint sandwich was good.
Probably my second time at a Dunkin Donuts since I usually go to Krispy Kreme but overall, good good.
Not much more I can say about donuts… but! The place is conveniently at a gas station so pump and get a donut? Not bad lol

I lived in Boston for four years and I developed a love for, or at least an addiction for, Dunkin Donuts coffee and Coffee Rolls (their donuty version of a cinnamon roll). I don’t know why there are no Dunkin Donuts eateries in Ann Arbor, but it makes the boring village all the more crappy. This is one of the closest ones to AA and it’s on the way to several points East. Connected to a gas station which always makes for a strange dine-​in environment, but it can also be very convenient if you’re on the go. I love Dunkin Donuts!!! — but I prefer the one in Canton across from IKEA.
