Great ice cream. Rich cream, real flavors, generous servings, good kids running the place. The lemon ice cream was outstanding, good paired with the black raspberry. I wish I lived nearby!

Frosty Scoops is a seasonal outside ice cream stand located in front of The Common Man Inn & Spa in Plymouth, open daily rain or shine from 1PM to 10PM. This is a great place to stop for ice cream while touring through New Hampshire on a hot summer day. My former boss and his family always stop at Frosty Scoops for ice cream on their way to VT with their camper. There is ample of covered picnic table seating nearby and a small kids play area. This ice cream stand features up to 25 flavors of Common Man Homemade Ice Cream and frozen yogurt serving up cones($ 2-$ 4), waffle cones(add 50 cents), sundaes($ 4-$ 5), frappes/floats($ 4), snowballs($ 4-$ 5), banana splits($ 6), and Common Man sodas. Doggie dishes are free. Some of the ice cream flavors offered here include Chocolate, White Mtn Truffle, Coffee, Unbaked, Strawberry, Moose Racks, Oreo, Vanilla, Black Raspberry Chip, Maple Walnut, Caramel Sea Salt, Cookie Dough, Chocolate Chip, Mint Chip, Black Raspberry, Lemon, Arnold Palmer(sorbet), and Peanut Butter Cup(this flavor sold out on last visit). Some 2014 specials are offered here. If it’s raining outside at this location, Frosty Scoops offers 25 percent off any order. Mondays $ 1 Kiddie Cones(12& under), Tuesdays Pick A Card Day(freebies), Wednesdays Seniors & Veterans Day(25 percent off), and Thursdays Dog Day Out(bring dog for free doggie dish and get $ 1 off order). I stopped at Frosty Scoops recently for ice cream. The Maple Walnut Sundae(1 scoop of vanilla ice cream drizzled with NH Maple Syrup, crushed walnuts & whipped cream) sounded very good. However, I decided on a Brownie Sundae($ 5), which had a scoop of ice cream(I chose White Mth Truffle), a soft fudge brownie, topped with hot fudge, whipped cream, crushed walnuts and a cherry on top. This good sized brownie sundae was very sweet. The ice cream was refreshing and creamy and not rich. The brownie with the hot fudge sauce was soft, sweet, and rich. The crushed walnuts and light whipped cream were a nice touch. That was a great summertime treat! CREDIT/DEBIT CARDSACCEPTED
