Wareham, MA

Dropped my laundry off here. Left four large bags of clothes. Only three bags came back. Refused to refund my money without receipts for my clothes. Refused to acknowledge they even lost the clothes or give any hint to where they might be. Couldn’t speak to anyone in charge. Completely unprofessional.

I will never come back here again! The «manager» as she called herself is the most miserable person I have ever met. I come here once a week to wash blankets for a local Hotel and spend a lot of money each time. I can’t imagine how many others she has told to go somewhere else. She called me over to my machine and accused me of using to much soap, and that if the machine didn’t spin out she was not refunding me my money. I simply said to her I have been doing laundry a long time and she followed me to my seat and told me not to come back… real good customer service. Fire her and you will bring back a lot of business!

I was in the area and I don’t normally go here. The attendant was not friendly and was snappy when I asked for the key to the bathroom. She said I would have to wait she was busy. Five minutes later she was standing around reading a magazine.
The machines not the best.
To top it off they had a dog the attendant brought there. I love animals but I am severely allergic to dogs. I am washing my clothes I want them clean. I don’t want to add allergens to my clothes and trip over a dog.

If you want to experience what the ghetto is like and do laundry amongst shady characters, then by all means, come here.
I was 5 minutes late getting back to find my laundry taken out of the washer by the laundry attendant who talked like she had a mouthful of chewing tobacco. Everyone in the place stares you down. The washer did a terrible job washing my clothes, they were still dirty. I felt like I needed a bath after coming here. What a horrible experience.
Ugh. When did Plymouth become such a dump? Sad.
