I dropped off two coats for some simple repairs. The sales associate was not sure on the pricing, wrote my name and number down and said he would call me that day with a price. Three days later the seamstress called with a price that seemed reasonable. When I picked the items up the price was double and my wife’s coat was not cleaned (which is one thing I was paying for). I was charged for repairs i never okayed over the phone and when I brought the coat home, the change that fell through the hole in my wife’s coat was not removed. In fact it had been sewn into the liner. I was told the owner would call me to rectify the situation. I never heard from him until I was sent a coupon via email for $ 5 off.

I have been using the Cleanist for a few years now and just this year got set up on their home delivery service. It is a GAME CHANGER. Arthur is a pleasure to work with and he picks up my cloths on Monday and drops them off Thursday. The price is no different as far as I can tell but the convenience is incredible.

5 stars on quality of work and 6 stars on customer service. Small mix up regarding delivery during the week and then it was Sunday. Sent an email to Tom the owner as I needed my clothes for a business trip on Monday. Tom moved quickly and had my clothes delivered on a day when they are closed! Thank You, you have a client for life !

Expensive not friendly and cannot use coupons if not presented at drop off. I usually go to another dry cleaner in the area that is more affordable and just as good.

Was sad to see the West Plymouth branch close, but the crew on Court Street make up for the inconvenience. Very customer-​oriented, very friendly. They see you coming and have your order ready for you. Not too crazy about the cut-​back in hours, but I hope the economy will bounce back enough for things to turn around.
