Fast. Friendly. Good work. ATTENTION: when I read some of the other reviews, I was scared to go in there for 3 acrylic repairs and a polish change. But what I found out (once I did venture in) was that it’s been under new ownership since October 2014. Clearly the ownership prior to that was not as good as it is now. Don’t hesitate.

I have been here several times in the last 3 months for manicures and pedicures and have had a good experience each time. Had been here in the past with a less than satisfactory experience but glad I came back! Great attention to detail, friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend!

Strange experience! Walking in I noticed the Buddha altar and thought ah a nice relaxing place. Was so wrong. 3 women there with 5? Children. All the pedicure chairs were occupied. One woman had her one yr old on her lap. They really didn’t greet me but I had an appointment so I sat and waited. The woman with the little one was suddenly up and crying. Her friends consoling her and telling her to finish the pedicure. She chose to leave. Her friends finished up and paid. One woman said it was the worst pedi ever and wouldn’t come back. Looked like a disaster for the whole group. I was in the chair already and the owner was «working» on me. She was very fast and went through the motions, it was quick. That’s the only positive I can say. My big toe has already chipped and it’s only been ½ day. She turned a woman away that wanted a nail fill. Said they were too busy. I was one if 2 people there. ??? Don’t go there.

This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon.
I went to Heather, the owner, otherwise I would have called the owner for a refund. I told her that I wanted a full set for my sister’s wedding.
First of all– she rushed through the whole thing. She cut me with every tool she had! She filed into my skin and clipped into my cuticles and I kept telling her she was cutting me, but she just made a face and an «ouch noise» like that would fix it.
I politely asked numerous times while she was in the process of doing my nails to make them shorter, thinner, rounder, etc. (I really wasn’t trying to be obnoxious or difficult, they just looked awful) and with each request she said «later, later» so I waited.
I don’t know what happened to «later» because started painting my VERY uneven, crooked, and absurdly thick nails, and I stopped her to correct them. I apologized and said, «actually, Heather, can you even these nails out?» and showed her how ridiculously crooked they were. At this point she was really sick of me (apparently it’s annoying to tell her she’s cutting you, or that you are unhappy with the shape she chose for you).
She filed my nails– again cutting me (!!!), and rushing through it. She didn’t ask if that was better, she just started painting again. I was pretty upset at that point, and figured I’d rather go home and file them myself than sit here and let her continue to saw through the skin around my nails.
She finally finished, and without setting me up to dry my nails she shoved the receipt in my face and said «OK you go now. Go.»
I asked a few level-​headed people if I was overreacting, and showed them my nails. They balked at the cuts and pointed out that a few nails looked like they were on sideways.
I’m the first to admit that I know what I want, but I am always courteous and considerate when asking for it. It felt like Heather wanted me to be happy with whatever look she decided on, and was angry/​impatient when I asked for something different. (She also never tried to clean my cuts…)

Excellent. Went for a pedicure. Clean, Comfy chairs, friendly staff. Good prices in my opinion as well, I’ll definitely return.
