Great t-​shirts for Hawaii! Many cotton shirts can be too heavy for the tropics, especially if you are in the sun much. I found that these bamboo fabric shirts to be very light and the perfect weight for Hawaii. I have washed them several times and so far they still look great. The design selected is some what limited, but other than that, no complaints.

Customer service sucked. I spent $ 400 on sheets and towels (Bundle set). Had them set to mail home in a few days. I realized (about 15 min. after purchasing) that I got an extra set of pillow cases in the bundle, which I didn’t need. I went back 15 min later and was told the only way I could change it was to call the 800 no. as they had already sent the order in. The young girl was very helpful and professional, but the older gentleman instead of offering to make the call, said I had to call. I felt it was extremely unprofessional, especially since I was the only person in the store. Customer service is everything.

I want their bed sheets in the worst way. My puppy would love them. Spoiled. Ha!
Just killing time in Kauai. Have been to other stores of theirs in California and Colorado. Everything feels amazing. Chris and Megan were incredibly helpful and friendly. Each store is individually owned so I go their card and thought I’d order the sheets thru them so they can get the store sales. I even got coupons for my future purchase on sheets. Can’t wait to use them! I did buy a little something for a friend, the only thing I bought to bring home while on vacation. He better like it!

My parents dragged me here claiming that bamboo clothing is the most comfortable clothing in the world. Boy, were they right. I treated myself to a pair of boxer briefs and socks, and have been loving them!
The manager, Courtney, was working. If you check-​in on Unilocal,you get a 15% discount. She was nice enough to re-​ring my order afterwards, ’cause I didn’t get around to checking in ’til after shopping.
They ship stuff overseas so if you’re visiting, don’t be shy. When I get more money, I’m going to order myself some bamboo sheets and ship them back to Monterey. Comfiest stuff ever! Totally worth stopping by when you’re in the mall.

Love this store!
They have a great selection of men’s and women’s clothing, as well as accessories, bedding, and towels. It’s all CRAZY soft and all made from bamboo! I have a bunch of their shirts and a few sets of their sheets. The sheets are to die for! They get softer and softer the more I wash them and they are an excellent price for the quality you are getting! I know I will never buy other sheets!
Also, the customer service is great! Friendly staff and since most people visiting the store don’t live on the island, they have a guarantee for their products that if they ever have any faults the will be replaced free of charge!
And to top it all off, the store smells great :)
