I would like to start by saying the person that wrote a bad review on Anthony is seriously mistaken. I think he is an amazing manager and very professional. I called in and got a price on fuel pump for my car and spoke with him. He not only was very nice on the phone, but aslo gave me a great deal on it seeing i was low on funds. I have sent many friends to see him personally and all my friends have nothing but good things to say about the company and Anthony.
On another note I went to the other persons page who wrote a bad review and found out thats all she does. It seems to me there is no pleasing this girl unless she gets things for free. This is not what this site is for, people like her should not be allowed to have access to these sites.

I have referred probably five people to this place. Ive been a customer for over 15 years.
I have purchased about 4 radiators from them my last one started leaking. The last two people that I referred had radiators that started leaking after two years.
They both had invoices that said lifetime warranty that 1−800-Radiator would not stand behind poor quality junk. They wont stand behind there own printed warranty.
Condescending and Disrespectful to two separate family members about the warranty. This place needs to get there act together. I am sure you would win in court with a receipt that says lifetime warranty and the radiator leaks. Autozone has better warranties and backs them up.

Anthony is the mgr of this business location and he is one un-​professional, condescending asshole.
Purchased an AC compressor and it was defective after trying it out for 2 weeks. So the hassle and trouble went in about installing, un-​installing, picking up, dropping off & re-​pick-​up was 2 days worth of work and expenses involving the handyman on all parties.
I made a complaint to the business w Anthony requesting a discount off the part to compensate for the trouble, he declined claiming its their policy, but what was in-​called for was his ill manner & insults about how they treat their $ 10k client abiding by their policy and that I’m no nobody special for them to even consider changing their policy and went on with his insulting attitudes and arrogance. That was not only un-​called for and incredibly mean.
As a business, you deal w complaints and if you do not agree w the complaints, you don’t turn out right mean about it just to defend your business. Not to mention, as a manager of the business has nothing to do w the corporate policies but rather managing the operation of. You handle the complaints and make the acknowledgment. You do not turn out right mean to shut your customers up despite your policies.
Anthony was completely un-​professional, mean and insulting. If you have a complaint about any kind, don’t even bother. If it goes w their policy, great; if not, learn them first and just walk away if your feedback are against their policies. A civilized and well acknowledged convo will NOT be had, you will simply be ridiculed.
You can accept things as they are, but it does not mean that’s the way things should be.
Assholes never cease to amaze me…

Was looking around for a Radiator and everyone just for the part wanted to charge over 140 with no warranty! Called 1800 Radiator they were so helpful and gave me such an amazing price with a warranty LIFE TIME!!! and the bonus they delivered to my house for NO CHARGE!!! One satisfied customer!!!

Good job guys. The end results was great.
