My experience with Suzie (owner) and her daughter Gina was one I will never forget. Talk about customer service, anyone in business could learn from these ladies. I had purchased a pair of their custom classic seats at the Goodguys Car Show in Pleasanton on the 20^th of this month. Long story short, I measured wrong and their seats wouldn’t fit in my 63 VW dune buggy. Suzie truly felt bad that their seats didn’t fit. I tried to come up with a solution to fix my error and they did everything to help me. In the end, they were kind enough to refund my money which I wasn’t expecting them to do. Gina even offered to meet me on her day off so I could return the seats and get my refund. Who does that ! I would recommend anyone looking for quality seats and excellent customer service to call Cerullo Performance Seating and Accessories.

Absolutely worst office etiquette in the business. The woman in the front most have been 90 years old and was horrible. I wouldn’t do business with them if it was free.
