The place smells really bad. As soon as you walk in you smell this funky odor like if something is rotten

Extremely disappointed the sign says 99cent ONLY store but nothing costs 99 cents… alot of the items cost 1.49, 3.99, 2.99 etc … I will no longer continue to shop here because of the false advertisement…

It really bothers me that they can still call themselves«99 cents Only» when *nothing* in there costs 99 cents. Not one thing. Most items are priced at 99.99 cents — which is a demonation impossible to pay, so they charge a dollar. At the same time they made that change in pricing, they started to sell stuff for more than a dollar. 99Cent only Store? More like the«We Charge Whatever We Want» Store!

I do a lot of shopping because 99 cents. They also have things that aren’t just $ 1. One can find great things here for any occasion. There can be long lines from time to time but I really like this store.

Seriously love this place! If you really shop here, you can find things that cost double or even triple the amount at Walmart or Target or gas stations. They have so many deals, even cheaper than 99 cents! I was able to get organic coconut water for only 2 for 99 cents and coconut water(organic or not) is always at least $ 2 everywhere else. I love that they carry few organic drinks and foods too and such affordable prices! I found organic energy drinks for 59 cents as well. Sometimes they have snacks that are also 2 or 3 for 99 cents that would normally be over a dollar at other grocery stores. Arizona teas sometimes go as low as 79 cents. You can also find a bunch of party supplies for such good prices. My fiancé and I also found really cool«Fat Tuesday» looking bottles to put our mixed alcoholic drinks in. I also find mailing envelopes here and cute stationary. They carry some Disney products and sometimes Hello Kitty too. Really look around when you shop at a 99 cents store. You’ll find so much stuff and save a fortune! :)

After the new relocation of this store to a different space in the same strip mall, its great. Clean, organized, and very well stocked! I scored on a 2 lb. container of Oikos non-fat plain Greek yogurt 10 days away from recommended sell date, that’s right 99 cents ONLY that’s like 6 – 7 bucks at the grocery store! Plenty of ample parking.

Is it a bad sign that the 99c store has a big sign raising their prices to 99.99c? This store doesn’t look like much from the outside, but is definitely fun to browse and walk the aisles. Found a lot of things here that the 99c Only store in Montclair didn’t have. Walked away with $ 15 worth of stuff today. Kick ass.

I was coming here all the time, now there’s one in La Verne and San Dimas. Another Recession Fighter Store, Frozen Food, Produce, etc. UPDATE: this store has moved across to the other side of the same strip mall. The Old location faces Arrow and the New location faces Towne. The new location was a thrift store and now is the 99Cents store.
