Wingstop

I love wingstop and there wings and fries are bomb. I got the orginal hot, lemon pepper, and mango habanero and satisfied with my order. Their fries albiet soggy but always delicious. I would have given them 5 stars if the wait wasn’t as long.

Just walked out of the wingstop in Pomona now. I know they are new and recently opened, but wow they lack common sense and common curdisey. I have never Unilocaled before, but i am appalled at their employees. I waited about 10 minutes at the counter before i asked someone if they could take my order. They were not busy just talking and did not want to take initiative. She got my name then couldn’t take my order and would not say why. After waiting about 20 minutes i finally said im done waiting. I worked all day and was looking forward to wingstop. There were also two teenage boys who came in, the mother had placed the order online. They claimed they could not find the order, when they started the process the cashier told the biys ughhhhh well did you pay. And proceeded to laugh with the other girl at the register. Soooooooo rude. Worse service, I will continue going to the glendora location, they are attentive, fast and CLEAN.

Rude employees, they close at 12 pm. I was there at 1125 and they said their dining room was closed .
Also the chicken wings were swimming in oil so bad that the sauce was separated from the chicken.

Favorite WingStop location by far. The employees are always super nice, food is consistently good, and the manager is rad as heck.

Absolutely filthy establishment. Employees super rude and can barely speak English. If they don’t understand what you’re saying they ignore you. No gloves or hair nets were visible, for all I know the Parmesan could’ve been dandruff. I saw one of the cooks reach down his pants and continue working… Eat at your own risk. The black guy was cool though :)

Visited the store a couple days ago and staff is super friendly! Food was perfect and I got lots of veggies with my order, however my boyfriend’s fries had too much salt.

Not sure how I missed this place all these years, but boy am I glad cancer I found it! My nephew and I were underwater and needed some food. Glad we stopped here! Stephanie (Steph) was our guide and she was fantastic and funny. When the wings made it to the table, they were practically begging to be eaten. My nephew got a huge crush gout on Steph and we all had a chuckle.

Wing stop is great their wings and fries are delicious, but don’t ever order online they will tell you they’re ready in 20 min and when you get there 30 min later they still don’t have them ready till like 45 min later, it’s ridiculous. It happen to me three times already.

I live two minutes away from a different Wingstop but the Pomona Wingstop is the best I had in the Inland Empire I love the atmosphere the customer service when u go in there their jamming to some olé school music a lot of young people work their and they seem to be happy good job guys

Delicious food like always just missing extra Cajun on my fries:(but I told them and they added more Cajun so hurray:) Louisiana rub and lemon pepper are the best:)

They get super busy during dinner time… I mean like packed! So its better to call in first or order online…

I always have a problem at this wing stop.
— never made my online order the printer was out of paper
— double charged my credit card from an online order that they lost (yes twice)
–made me bone in wings on a boneless Monday
— gave me the wrong order
If it’s not one thing it’s another I do not recommend this Wingstop

The chickens are okay, they arent amazing. I have had both boneless and bone in. Boneless has way too much flour on it and the bone in isnt crunchy crispy, a bit soggy. It doesnt help that the area is crappy. I dunno stay away unless ur craving wings lik crazy.

I’ve been to other wing stops and this one is by far the best one. The manager is nice and really good with his manners. Now it is wing stop so it is a Lil pricey but not so much. The men know how to cook the wings the best, no disrespect to my girls though. The fries and the ranch is the best I’ve tasted as well. Now if your going to go here on the weekends it may be packed but it’s worth it at the end. Enjoy!

Probably been to wingstop maybe 20 times in my life. just thought I would finally write them a review.
Wings, fries, and a drink. yes please.
Standard and consistent wings, I usually get them well-​done since I like the crunch. Fries are good because I think they have a little sugar on them. nice touch.
call ahead otherwise youll be waiting for you order for 15 minutes since theyre made to order

My boneless wings were So greasy and salty! I didn’t enjoy my food. The only thing I enjoyed was the bottled water I brought with me. Boo!!!

Always friendly staff. Great wings and they will let you watch the game you want. Awsome.

A little irritated. Used the app to order instead of just showing up in the store and ordering. I figured it would be faster. I placed my order and got a confirmation email that my order had been placed and would be ready in 20 minutes. When I got to the store the cashier looked all over the place and apologized profusely. Apparently my order had never been received by the store. It’s safe to say I was irritated beyond belief, I waited extra time before heading to the store to find out my order hadn’t even been placed. All I got where a bunch of I’m sorrys instead. I’ve been to many locations and never had an issue with either ordering online or with the app. I don’t know what their issue is but now that I look on here I’m not the first to complain about this.
The inside wing stop is bigger than most locations which is nicer. They had tons of signs advertising the app and online ordering but don’t advertise online and app ordering if you can’t get orders. Common sense people.
The food overall was good and i had to ask for my fries well done because the other fries they were serving didn’t look appealing. My wings were crunchy and delicious!

ESPN playing on multiple tv’s and good music in the background mixed with crispy wings! No complaints

I did the app, got there… no wings. I guess the machine cut my order in half so they didn’t drop anything even though you SEE the order and the time.
So i go and the guy’s like… well. it’ll only be a 9 minute wait. ‘scuse me, I’m not an idiot. I know it’s not going to take only 9 minutes to cook 20 wings of 2 different flavors and drop fries… He gives me a consolation water cup as I wait instead… but at least he apologized profusely.
Wings…were OK.
20 minutes later, I got my mediocre wings. I’d probably be happier if I got it right away since I DID USE THE APP AND PLANNED FOR IT.
If you use the app, I suggest calling and making sure.
