Worst service ever! The lady on the counter was so rude and has some attitude problem. We wanted family meal and asked for crispy chicken. She said they don’t have it and they only have original with an attitude. I patiently asked if they can make more, she said it will takes 25 to 30 minutes with an attitude. Don’t seem to care about customer!
Soon, I lost my appetite, I decided not to eat KFC. I would never come to this location!!! BAD SERVICE PERIOD!
Never come back to this place! Now I understand why they have such bad reviews in Unilocal!!!

I’ve been coming here for awhile now. I love this place always happy smiles, so the other day I went with my kids and Dad and we went up to the window and the girl with the red hair and piercings all over her face was extremely rude! I was surprised because I always deal with great people there, so she threw the food on my Dads lap and he said really not even a good day or anything and she just gave him a smirk and acted like she was going to come at him. I couldn’t believe that happened the people behind us stop next to us and said what was wrong with her. I guess because I work at a hotel, I expect good customer service and I always give good reviews, this is my first bad one from a place I love. I didn’t want to give a bad review considering I come here all the time but honestly I don’t understand why on earth they would hire her with all that on her face and no manners what so ever! Other than that everyone is so nice and smiles. Thank you for all the great smiles! I’ll be back but I’ll probably leave if I have to deal with her. Thank you again.

The service is horrible the girl working the drive thru was rude when I was ordering my food and then when I got to the window I asked for ranch and she literally rolled her eyes right in front of my face. Worst service ever.

Wow… Extremely rude employees. My fiancé is pregnant and is doing her best by eating healthy food, but she has her cravings too. We went to this KFC as a treat and the employees treated us like we were a burden. Food was average as far as KFC’s goes but the employees ruined our experience here. I hope the franchise owner sees these reviews and teaches his or her employees basic customer service.

One word: WORTHLESS
Meat half cooked and half assed. I knew I was going to have a negative experience. It is KFC. I don’t know why I even thought of giving them a shot with their crap food and service. I would like to see them all shut down accordingly.

The wait was ridiculous and there were only two cars in line. My food was cold. Rude service

NO STARS! RUDE EMPLOYEES. Im shocked at how rude these people are. Im a paying customer and its not my fault you hate your job. Treat people the way you wanted to be treated. The hispanic chick with the grey hair needs to be taught a lesson.

Wow it’s incredible how an owner of one of these lets rude ass employees work for them. Not only do they suck at getting orders right, they are rude while doing it. Came in and got some food and of course they got to order wrong when do they ever get it right? They didn’t have my cookie so she gave me a biscuit but I hate biscuits and the thought was nice but she didn’t even ask and she told me after I was already handed my food. No smile no «you’re welcome» after a thank you. Forgot why I don’t go to KFC much till just now. I will never go back to this pathetic excuse for a business. Go to Popeyes where the orders are correct and the employees actually smile once in a while

What is going on at this place? My review isn’t based on one visit. I’ve been many times and in the past few years, it’s been awful. Finally, we are done with it. If we want KFC, we’ll head over to San Dimas or Mountain.
One time, after not having several of the items I wanted, they sent me to the front to wait for my food. I was there for 20 minutes in the parking lot. I finally called them on my cell phone and, yea, they had forgot all about me. They brought me my food and, of course, the cookie was missing.
This past weekend, we went to get a family dinner there. It wasn’t even 5:00 yet, but they were out of wedges and nuggets and were «not going to cook any more for the day». So we changed our order. Of course, the cookies were missing.
Each and every time, something is amiss. The customer service is the worse. They act like they are doing you a big favor. I’ve tried to make complaints to the main office but they don’t ever respond. More than likely they pass on the complaint to the store manager — who CLEARLY doesn’t care.

My roommate always raved of KFC’s chicken pot pie so i finally ordered one, the crust was the best ever however there was way to much chicken, not enough veggies and what peas there were seemed to be canned and then theres the salt content way way way to much salt. overall the one star is for the crust. total fail KFC.

No! The chicken was so inedible, there were like 2 layers of «stuff» outside of the meat. There was what looked like normal fried chicken, golden & crispy, except it was soggy. Beneath that, there was what looked like a wet layer of flour & spices. It was so gross. Thank God for the biscuit & cole slaw. Such a disappointment & waste of money.

This is the saddest kfc ever! I always have to wait for them to cook my food and they usually never have the food I want. I’ve been coming here for over 10 only because I’ve always lived within walking distance but now I think it’s time to drive down to the next closest one.

I experienced such great service this morning from Travis, he was very peppy and seemed happy to work there.

Honestly if i could give this KFC no stars i would besides never getting my order right they have the worst customer service expecially that light skinned black girl the mash potatoes are sawgy and the chicken is always cold my drinks are always watered down and they alwats forget my cookie overall i hate this KFC and i think they should get new management or a whole new staff because they are an ebarrasment to the KFC FRANCHISES !!!

Came in cause they have a banner saying feed your family for less at kfc pomona, and I ask the cashier what’s less when all the prices are the same compared to other kfc. This is false advertising, no wonder why this location has low ratings. Shame shame.

They were extremely fast and the customer service was amazing. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner and he was such a pleasant individual. He is really about the customers and the quality of they’re service. I highly recommend this place to others.

Fast, efficient, friendly service. Knew how to handle the coupon I had for a 3 piece meal w/​2 sides for 4.99. Dinner just over 5 bucks cant beat that with a stick! I didnt have to ask for butter and honey she automatically put it in the bag for my buiscut.

This place is disgusting. From their employees to the food. Restrooms are dirty and the employees dont care. At all cost stay away from this place. It is truly the chicken that sickens.

I went yesterday on Mother’s Day because I’m a Mom and didn’t want to cook.
I had to wait 10 minutes for my chicken, and then I paid for a sixteen pieces and only got 12 pieces. Some of our pieces were not cooked all the way through either. It was just a horrible experience and I really hope something is done about their customer service. One of the girls that helped us asked if she could substitute our whole order for something else. It’s like why did you take our money if you don’t have what we ordered. It’s not hard it’s chicken for God sakes!

Do not eat at this KFC, this past friday my family ordered food from here and by saturday midnight all 5 OF US were throwing up, and shitting ourselves. It took us a whole day to get better. We didn’t eat anything for a whole day because our stomachs hurt.
I called the store to speak with the manager, the employee called her manager to see if she can give me his cell number and she did. I got the cell number called and it went straight to voicemail. He never called me back. What kind of customer service is this. My kids and I suffered a whole day with cramps, throwing up, and the shits and this fool couldn’t even respond to my message.
My kids made it a point to ask me to never buy food from this place again. And trust me we never will. So be careful out there. This kfc is dirty and they don’t care about the patrons. So disappointed, going to contact my lawyers to see what my options arenin this whole situation. Never again will we eat at a kfc.
