Well I tried the new double jack, very disappointed !!! Looked nothing like the picture advertising !!! The patties were overlooked Extra well, the tomatoes were not red and fresh and the lettuce was more white then green !!! You should be ashamed to serve a product that looked like what I was served plus there was wrapping paper in between my patties

I went to do a buy two sandwiches for $ 5.00…but it is not mix and match. Also, their onion rings were over-​priced and disasterous.
The servers were very good, though.

I think I am done with this jack in the box. Everytime I get something from there the food is cold an old tasting. So that’s it. Whatever happened to we don’t make it until you order it. It seems like the food is already ready before you place your order.

This location is the is the only Jack In the box that invites and welcomes homeless people that are very rude and threatening. Think someone in the employee of this jack in the box is making this location scary and unsafe by allowing threatening homeless people to loiter and bother customers for money

i have been coming here for many years. And within this past year have gotten my orders wrong so many times. I have also been charged for food I didn’t order and have also got home without the food I did order. The food also taste like its been sitting there. very disappointed.

Very disappointed the last couple of times I have gone there. Their buttery garlic burger was WAY too much garlic! They have always over-​charged for onion rings. It is now $ 2.59 for about seven rings of various sizes.
I ordered a medium combo and the girl have me a drink that resembled a Big Gulp. I will order a small next time… if there is a next time.

I’ve been coming here since It first opened and I was in high school (class of 2001). My order remains the same, Ultimate Cheese burger with curly fries and strawberry Fanta. The girl at the window was extra awesome, I asked for the «secret sauce» and she gave me two. Bottom line is, after thirteen years of me coming to this location I have never been disappointed but tonight I was exceptionally impressed. Hope to see you next week. Sorry I didn’t get your name girl at the window with the shirt that reads «BOSS» but who’s not the boss.
