Del Taco

Came in and got my food within 3 – 4 mins. All food was fresh and hot! The cashier was very kind. More visits to come

This review is for this specific Del taco. I love Del taco in general. Don’t care if it’s not «real Mexican» food, I like it a lot.
But this is the worst Del taco location I have ever been to. I have given it many chances and it is always terrible. Went again a few days ago because I was in the area and I ordered a few tacos. Seriously one taco had NO MEAT AT ALL and about 8 shreds of cheese. I am not exaggerating. There was no meat. At all. In the other tacos there was hardly any. I know Del taco usually isn’t generous with meat and cheese with some exceptions, but this was next to none. It was pathetic. I am sad I didn’t check them until I got home and by then I was too far for it to be worth it to go back. But I will never again visit this location. It’s terrible.

Terrible customer service. I ordered food and refused to pay a and drove right through. The guy taking my order was unbelievably rude and disrespectful. Said something about me to the customers inside the restaurant and they in return looked at me in my vehicle. Made me very uncomfortable, how are we as customers suppose to feel we are getting safe food that we are purchasing when such employees are working at these places. I will never return to this restaurant and they will never get my money. They should get zero stars as a rating.

Can’t beat the price for taco tuesday, not sure why when it is raining out they bother freezing the place inside. Used to eat outside in the summer, but I guess they would rather have people leave, and blame all the panhandlers that gather by the bus stop outside. Used to look like skid row, with several homeless camped out with dogs in the outside eating area. I recommend either eat fast inside, or go in and order, drive through is sooo slow.

Man oh man, wooooow!!! This place is strictly a DRIVE — THRU Del Taco. I would not enter at costs.

Worst Del taco experience ever. I always regret coming here because
A. Takes forever
B. Order gets screwed up
C. Inappropriate associates
Go to the Rio Rancho location

Very bad customer service. Was the only one in there and had to wait 5 minutes before someone took my order. Workers were using their phones and laughing when they were supposed to be working! Don’t recommend

So slowwwww. It’s called fast food for a reason!
I’ve literally been in line for 30 minutes. And it’s been horrendously slow.
Normally I like this drive through but you’re never out in less then 30 minutes.
Half the time they get your order wrong too.

Location just gets worse. Drive thru its unusually slow for Del Taco. Staff though friendly is not very good. The repeatedly ask if you want sauce on the average of 3 times, once being when you order at the speaker and twice when your at the window. Food prep is inconsistent including temp. 50% of time the coffee is crap. Many times they forget to give you a receipt which I think they do on purpose when the experience is bad (can’t provide a survey). Only redeeming quality is price and that it’s open 24 hours. Compared to other Del Taco locations, this one is the worse.

Waited 20 minutes for chicken quesadilla. Had others that came in far later than me. Of course they got their food first. Just terrible.

The worst deal taco ever. The last three times there they have gotten my order wrong. And for whatever reason would make me back up in the drive-​through so there drive-​through time was lesser. They don’t even greet you when you pull up they make you sit there for 7 to 8 minutes before they even make you pay give you your drink or anything some of the worst customer service ever

The worse! Had to wait in line for over 25 minutes to get my food. And to top it off it was wrong! They need more workers and better training !!!

I have been going here off and on after work for 3 years. It gets worse all the time. This morning at 4am was my last time going. I was the only customer being helped. There was no rush or hurry. I got a coke zero with my order. The lady at the window handed me the soda. I immediately knew there was a problem with it. I can feel that there was no ice in it. I could also feel that it was warm. I I opened the lid and saw no ice and no cabonation. I showed it to her. I flat out asked her, why she would give it to me like that. She said, i don’t know what’s wrong. The DUMBEST people work there. I’ll just go to Albertos up the street

I don’t understand the adage, «Time waits for no man». Time does not get to decide, I do, and If choose to wait, then time is forced to wait for me. Do not let insignificant objects hold power over your life. Choose your course, and be sporadic in doing so. No man waits for time!
Oh…Del Taco… Great for a Tuesday night delight. 3 taco for .99 cents, both hard shelled and soft shelled tacos. Their del beef burrito is my meat of choice. Choose your meat and be satisfied with the decision that you make. Enjoy your meat!
Also, their churros have a lil sumin sumin it them.

I love del taco for the chicken soft tacos. I can keep coming back for more and never get sick of it! I also like the turkey tacos and their classic beef tacos. Best time to come is taco tues for 3 tacos for $ 0.99. Or thurs, 3 chicken soft tacos for $ 2.09! Nothing beats this deal!!!
At this location, the server was very polite and friendly who helped us! She even asked how many hot sauce we wanted to make sure we have enough sauce. I would always choose del taco over Taco Bell. I would not recommend dining in. But if you are hungry and want a quick bite, I feel it’s a bit healthier than getting mc Donald’s. This location even opens 24 hrs! Whoo hoo!!!

Very bad Wish I was a health inspector would shut them down just for how dirty the dining area was. Went in was only person there ordering 6 people working waited over 5 minutes before someone finally came over a number of them walked by looked at me and didn’t ever ask if I had been helped. Turned to dining area tables dirty some had dried refried beans on them and others had spilled drink liquid on them and the floor was discusting they need people who want to work for their money. Will never go back to this one

I don’t normally review individual stores in a chain, but I have to review this one. We were out in Pomona to visit a friend who was in the area, and we all decided to grab some food rather than make dinner. Definitely a mistake!
EVERYTHING we got from this location was horrible. Husband’s typical order is a macho combo, and although he did eat it, it was definitely not as good as he expects. I got some soft chicken tacos, but I only ended up eating half of one of them. My fries were super-​soggy and inedible. The things our friends got were equally awful, and we all agreed to never go back again. I don’t know what’s wrong with this Del Taco, but go to a different one!

This is solely based off of the wait in the drive thru… I am being held HOSTAGE in this drive thru! I got in line at 2:13am and have NOT even ordered but because there are cars behind me I can NOT get out! It is now 2:23am and I am barely ordering! I have a feeling this will take me at least another 10 – 15 minutes! Ridiculous!
