I’ve never had a worse experience with a company in my life! I ordered a flat iron on October 13, 2015. My credit card was billed on October 14, 2015. After not receiving my product 4 weeks later I tried calling the number on their website twice a day for a week leaving a voicemail each time because no one ever answered no matter what dept I tried. I then emailed with all of my order information and again ever received any correspondence back. I went on their website trying to see if I could pull up the order, which I was finally able to do and saw that the day after my credit card was billed my order had been canceled. I checked with my bank thinking my account had been credited, which it hasn’t. Other tried calling again 4 – 5 times a day for 3 – 4 days with no answer or call back… yet again! At that point in time I contacted the Better Business Bureau who tried contacting the company 3 times and just as I, they never received a response. This company never sent my product I ordered and actually cancelled the order without my knowledge and then kept my money! All I wanted was the flat iron I ordered. Now I’m at he point of having to take legal action all over a flat iron that I’ve paid for. I will NEVER do business with this company ever again and have made it public knowledge of what they have done. I’ve had several friends who were going to order and after hearing what happens to me didn’t. You are crooks and deserve to be shut down!!! Who knows how many other people they have done this to. The ONLY reason I’m giving 1 star is because it wouldn’t let me leave 0.

So we are at the LA county fair and go exploring in the air conditioned buildings for some cool cleaning products and kitchen gadgets. Eventually, my wife gets sucked in to demo the hair curler by this well dressed and suave stylist. He tells her she would look great in curls and continues to flirt with her on how great her hair looks, etc. I didn’t think anything of it because the guy was as queer as a $ 3 bill. She asked him if he’s going to curl all her hair and he says, jokingly in his fake euro trash accent«we’ll see». He also says the curls will stay for 12 hours and it will only take 5 minutes in the morning. 15 minutes the right half of her head is curled now and a large crowd has gathered. Apparently, the stylist did not turn on the flux capacitor or the 5 minutes promise is a bunch of B.s. This is when it all starts going south. The stylist asks us if she likes her hair. My wife and I are not sure if her hair looks better curled or straight. With only her hair half done, and looking like a clown, the guy asks if she’s going to pay by credit card or cash. My wife says she not sure and he lowers the price from 89.99 to 79.99. You then tries to pull the good cop bad cop sales tactic and pulled me aside and asks me how her hair looks. I tell him I prefer the hair straight that with only half her hair done, I can’t imagine that I would like it better with curls. He then continues the high pressure sales tactics and flirting and he’s giving up his commission lowers the price from 79 to 69. My wife says she doesn’t think she looks that great with that many curls and he is now trying to sell her a straightener which she doesn’t need. Her hair always is straight and doesn’t curl. he says euro accent and says if we don’t buy the product, he won’t finish curling or straightening what was already curled. This guy pulls the same tactic as the miracle shoes cleaner guys that’s only cleans 1 shoe and makes you look like a dork walking around with 1 clean shoe and 1 dirty shoes. I’m glad he wasn’t doing haircuts, the damage would have been irreversible. My wife says to him, you said you were going to use me as a model for your product. He then walks away all ticked off with only half her hair styled. he was also claiming there’s a money back guarantee even if you run over the product. I’m sure that he was lying about this too.
