Hale William R MD

My knees have been bothering me and I am grateful that Dr. Hale is a knee specialist. He gave me 3 injections on my knee a year ago and I have no longer needed to wear a brace on my knee. I can now wear my high heels and not have any pain the next day. Thank you Dr. Hale for «fixing» my knee pain.
I also have to commend the professional and very passionate staff of Dr. Hale. I have seen them deal with difficult patients in the most professional manner! Ten Stars for each of his girls!!!

The Dr. might be great but I will never know. My son broke his leg so I called Dr. Hales office to see if they took new patients. I was directed to the billing office where I was firmly told they DID NOT TAKE MYERS, STEVENS, TOOHEY. Why she felt she had to talk to me rudely, I’ll never know. I then proceeded to call Dr.‘s for another 1 ½ hours — many of the Dr.‘s were over booked or out till next week. I called Myers to see if they could refer me to any of their Dr.‘s and they said they are a PPO and I can go to any Dr. I then called Dr. Hales office back and spoke to this very rude employee and told her that M.S.T. was part of First Health, she said she knew that and they did take First Health Insurance. I told her I had just wasted an hour and a half trying to find another Dr. because she gave told me they didn’t take said insurance when I first called her. She said and I quote, «I’m sorry YOU feel that way» when I asked her what she meant considering she was the one giving the wrong information and shouldn’t she apologize for her misinformation she said she did not feel she owed me an apology and hung up on me. So, Dr. Hale — I will never know if you are a good Dr. or not. Your employee torpedoed any chance of that. Good luck in your practice and good luck with your ever so unpleasant employee.
